 I'm experiencing a recurring issue with Premiere Pro (version: 25.1.0, Build 73))on Windows (version: 24H2, Build 26100.3194). While working the app freezes and I have to end the process using task manager. When I try to relaunch, only the menu bar loads, while the rest of the interface remains blank (screenshot attached)Steps I've Tried (Didn't Work):Updating the GPU driverRestarting the systemReinstalling Premiere Pro (using Adobe CC Cleaner to remove only Premiere Pro)Uninstalling OneDrive (just in case it was causing issues with the Documents folder)Additional Details:I haven't installed any new software or drivers recently.Strangely, the issue resolves itself if I shut down my system overnight. Premiere Pro works fine for a couple of days before the problem randomly reappears.As a workaround, I switch to a different user account on my system, where Premiere Pro works without any issues.Has anyone else faced this issue? Hi, When editing in Adobe Premiere Pro,  I am getting black lines when using a transition I got from Envato. I have sent the premiere file to a friend and they don't seem to have the issue when running things on their computer.  I have attached a video to better display the issue I am having. When I unclick uniform scale (as you can see in the video) the blakc lines go away, but the zoom transition doesn't really work if I do that. Hello, I am new to editing and I am working on a project where I am required to synch audio with footage before I can work on anything. The video file doesn't actually have audio to help me synch and it's shorter than the audio file (Footage is 10 mins and audio about 50). I do have another file which is the same length as the audio and I think the way to do this is to use the longer clip as an indicator to synch my video first, as in match the clips, and then synch audio with video. Am I correct in that or is there another way to do this?I can provide more info if needed.

I used to be able to make micro audio fades quickly and easily - fade ins and outs that were less than one video frame in length. Now, with some new update, the only way I can do those micro fades is if I switch to audio time units in the timeline settings. Otherwise it only lets me audio fade by video frame intervals. Is there a way to fix this?

I can't find an answer to this.I want to animate the path of a rectanglular box within the text properties window with ease in / ease out, not linear keyframes.If I right click the keyframe in the Effect Controls window, the only option is linear.Does anyone know if it is possible to create a bezier curve on shape path keyframes?To be clear, I want this to happen within the text properties window, not as a separate layer in my sequence.

I had a couple more exports to do this morning, left over from a full day's work yesterday. I can't get Premiere to work well at all, especially exporting as h264. Exporting in ProRes seems to work pretty well. but of course I need to deliver in the smaller .mp4 formats. I need premiere to be more consistent.

Just starting off by saying I do alot of technical work such as penetration testing and development. I don't want to sound bad but who ever designed the features of premiere must be dealt with swiftly. The overall the intuitiveness of premiere is the worst thing I have ever seen and I have dealt with many janky applications before. It's not the the application is janky it's more so the person who designed it purposely tried to make it as unintuitive as possible. Almost like 1 person made the entire UI and ignored any feedback from the outside.For a company that solely makes these products and has such a high reputation and cost this actually unbelievable. i give it a 2/10 it's a video editor that can't edit videos very well unless you understand all the gimicks you put into the program instead of just making things nice and easy. I am just asking for simple things too, somethig simple becomes a 15 minute headache + bugs.  I was only trying to find my seque

it takes like a couple of seconds to update instead of the regular instant and that realls slows my editing, takes me out the zone and makes it impossible to reach deadlines. my specs are:Intel Ultra 924RAMRTX 4060

Dear folks, I am trying to copy custom created metadata from a project on my machine to another machine and that does not work. Please help!!! I’d even pay for the support here. Steps on my machine:Metadata Display Window > New SchemaTo that Schema, I add a property > For my client I created 11 custom fields (see screenshot attached)I fill the fields with keywordsBy adding the data to a customized field, the metadata is not only part of the premiere project, but it gets part tf the file. For some MXF und even mp4 files files a sidecar file is created. On clients machine:All footage incl. sidecar files copiedPremiere project copiedOpened and here comes the part, where it doesn’t work. I was assuming, that my custom metadata fields would show up in the project panel as they would on my machine, but they don’t. Bonjour,Je rencontre ce problème pour la première fois.À l'export sur Adobe Media Encoder, je n'arrive pas à avoir la vidéo ni le son de mes fichiers .MOV.Media Encoder m'affiche "avertissement" avec un panneau. J'ai reçu un message d'erreur m'indiquant de me rendre sur Creative Cloud mais je n'avais aucune indication et je ne savais pas quoi faire.Ppour précision, j'arrive à exporter les sous-titres, le texte, les fichiers .PNG et .M4A de la vidéo.Ce que je ne comprends pas, c'est que j'ai simplement ajouté des fichiers vidéos à une vidéo déjà existante. Je n'avais pas ce problème avant. Et la vidéo sortait complète lors du dernier export.Si vous pouvez m'aider.Merci beaucoup. 

For a project, I regularly have to rename a lot of timelines based on a template from Excel. I used to do this manually, which takes a lot of time. Now I would like to automate this with the help of Automation Blocks. Unfortunately, I don't know what the appropriate script has to look like to realise this. Based on another script I have tried this so far as you can see on the screenshot. Unfortunately it does not work like this. What do I have to change to make it work?

So like it says in the title before I installed windows 11, I was not having this issue whatsoever where when I render out a video it would only use the CPU.However, now whenever I try to it only uses the CPU. I have went into the settings and made sure everything was set to hardwear encoding, I even went into my graphic settings and set it to highest priority, I went into  the NVIDIA control pannel and tweaked all the setting I could for Premiere so that it would use my GPU like it used to. This all has done nothing to solve the issue, and now any render I do says it till take over 6 hours but will crash after the first 30 mins.I have made sure to update my drivers to the latest studio drivers in case anyone asks.Also this is all the same hardwear in the computer from when I moved from windows 10 to 11. The only thing that was changed was the storage device that windows was loaded on. Any help with this issue would be greatly appricated. thank you all very much.

After the effect is applied is it possible to go back into vanishing point and move the text that you just applied. I know some videos show a new layer being added after clicking okay when done with vanishing point but no layer gets added. Also my problem is having to erase and redo the vanishing point over and over to get the text in the right spot.

Hi,i've got a weird error. All of my keyboard shortcuts in premiere have disappeared. Reinstalling the program, resetting my preferences, or choosing a keyboard layout preset in the shortcut settings doesn't help. I'm not sure what else I could try to fix this. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Hello, how are you?I've been searching for a solution for a while, but I can't seen to find any. The thing is... I've been capturing some gameplay footage, with files that last an hour or even more. When I watch the files in any player (Windows Media Player, VLC, Media Player Classic) they play fine, the audio and the video seems to be on sync and OK.But after I import to Adobe Premiere, it just gets out of sync. Even when I watch in the Source Monitor, before dragging to the timeline.It looks like there is a problem when conforming the audio.But even the time duration is different from the original, there is some frames or even seconds of difference inside Premiere.And this happens with different codecs, AVI (from FRAPS), H.264 (with AAC audio and MP3)...I've tried cleaning the cache, deleting the software and reinstalling again, converting - everything.Some are saying this is a recurrent bug on Adobe Premiere. Isn't there any fix or something that I could do?It's really strange that

I have a series of color videos in a timeline that were converted to B&W by changing the RGB values evenly to reduce the chroma. I'd like to change all of them back to the original color as a group with one command if possible without having to select each one and convert, thus saving time. Any thoughts on how to do this?

I am using Premiere Pro (PP) 24 version for editing on windows surface pro with 16GB RAM (13GB allocated for PP).  The video resolution is HD (1920x1080). The preview setting I am using is 1/4 with 50% fit. Is this lag because the ram or memory are not sufficient considering the resolution and the complexity of the project?  Though I got 8GB GPU available but I believe GPUs sit idle unless I am using GPU accelerated programs/files. Is there any other solution other than upgrading hardware?  Has anyone used any sort of online/web services for cloud based editing? 

Hey everyone, A few days ago the director for my new music video transferred all video files and the PP project with the cut to my drive so I can do some final touches. All shots were shot with Sony A7 III raw. Now when I open the project and relink all media (there's nothing missing) the video is about 20sec before the audio. It isn't for every clip, some are synced correctly. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? Both of us are with the newest Premiere version, I have all of the files and am linking them correctly.I really hope there's a fix to this as I have been trying everything for the last 2-3hrs with no progress, and don't think manual nudging will help as not everything is affected.Thank you! 🙂

On the latest version of Premier Pro Beta 26.5 and also version 25.1 On the public release,  I'm getting a strange bug that happens completely at random, And is not present at all on version 25.0 While editing I've noticed several times  during playback when I am zooming in or out of the timeline A ripple delete will happen and completely remove some of my clips From where my playhead is currently at, Also when this happens strangely enough it will start playback over from the beginning of the time line Even though I do not have that setting on. this is messed up my entire morning dealing with this issue, ended up just going back to version 25.0 to finish which worked fine. Nothing has changed as far as my setup goes been using the same settings and same keyboard shortcuts for years now. Seems to be only related to the latest version of premiere pro. Just thought I would put this out there and maybe it could be looked into for a possible fix and future releases than

Good day Adobe Community, I keep running into this selection bug when accessing RBG curves in the Lumetri Color panel in any project I open up and work on. I do have the latest updates. This bug appears to be two-part. The first part will not allow the RGB channels to be selected. Once I can kick this part of the bug an able to select channels, then the pointer will not appear to make changes (whether to pen or curve changing pointer). I do all kinds of things to kick out of this double bug, including but not unlimited to:- Close and reopen the Lumetri Color panel- Twirl up and down- Move the playhead back and forth over the clip so Premiere Pro can figure out what clip is being targeted- Twirl around 'n' around somewhere else- Etc. etc. What generally works, as a last resort, is saving and closing the project, then reopening the project. To say another way, I have the correct channel selected (once I get passed the channel selection bug) and when hovering over
