I finished editing a project, but when I reopened it, one of my sequences was missing from the timeline. I can scrub through the sequence, but I can't edit it or see any clips or channels.One thing I noticed is that if you hover over the "void," it still shows info for whichever clip you're hovering over.I've shared screenshots of two sequences for comparison. I’ve already reinstalled the software and cleared the cache, and I also tried the latest beta version, but it crashes when I try to open the project. It's really random and quite frustrating. I also tried turning off GPU UI option as well with no effect.Premiere Pro Version: 25.1.0 (Build 73)Windows 10 Pro: Version 22H2 (Build 19045.5371)RAM 128GBGPU: 4070ti Super

The .mp4 videos on my SSD play back normally in the Media Player, but when I Import them into my project and try to view them in the Source monitor all I get is sound. How do I get Visual back?

Ever since I started working more professionally with other artists I have noticed in industry standard softwares they link their paths to assets based off the project location. In SideFX's Houdini this is how most files are imported and saved.*Image below*For example, If I have a project with the file path, Volumes/Desktop/Project Folder/v001/ProjectName.hip and my folder with the footage file path is, Volumes/Desktop/Project Folder/v001/Footage/FootageFile.mp4  If; $HIP = Volumes/Desktop/Project Folder/v001/and the footage folder is in the same place as the project file, just like algebra I can notate it as,$HIP/Footage/FootageFile.mp4$HIP/ + Footage/FootageFile.mp4 = Volumes/Desktop/Project Folder/v001/Footage/FootageFile.mp4 *Image Below*Is this possible for PPro? It would make it a lot easier as the person downloading it wouldnt have to relink the files regardless of location with the condition of the file path steming from the project location. 

Ich versuche mein mit der Sony A7R III aufgenommenes Video vergeblich zu stabilsierien, sobald ich die Verkrümmungsstabilisierung starten will, heißt es ja, dass im Hintergrund was läuft. Allerdings ändert sich auch nach Minuten nicht die Frame_Anzahl.   Genutzt wird ein iMac Pro mit:   3,2 GHz Intel Xeon W (8 Kern)   32 GB 2666 MHz DDR4   Radeon Pro Vega 56 8 GB   unter:   Mac OS 10.14.6   mit Adobe Premiere Pro 13.1.4       Was kann ich jetzt machen dass das funktioniert, nach einiger Zeit tut sich gar nichts mehr ändern und Adobe Premiere hängt sich einfach auf.

Qiite often, when I begin a Premire Pro project, it will automatically trigger  ALL my One Drive video files to automatically download off the cloud. Not just the ones I am importing, but all of them. ANd I don't have to be importing a file for it to happen, it just seems to happen. I haven't been able to find a solution anywhere.

scene edit detection not working on 24.1.0 ... I need to Quit the program and re-open my project file for Scene Edit Detection to detect scene cuts again

Hola gente! cuento con un equipo relativamente antiguo, pero que aun da la batalla y  me encuentro con la sorpresa que solo han dejado la ultima versión solo para bajar, siendo mi equipo incompatible. encuentro que obligarnos a solo usar solo esa opción, no lo encuentro aceptable! espero encontrar algo de apoyo de la comunidad! saludos a todos!

1. Adobe Premiere Pro 25.02. Windows 113. Open Premiere, start a project, import a simple JPG file, create a new sequence, drop the JPG into the sequence.4. Nothing shows up in the Program or Source windows. I have tired everything. Even after reinstalling Windows 11, Adobe CC, Adobe Pr, Nvidia drivers it still doesn't work.I've tried changing the Renderer setting to "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only."  as some forum discussions have suggested.I've tried changing the Audio Harware default input to "No Input" as some forum discussions have suggested.I've deleted the media cache too. I'm going to lose my clients if this is not fixed, and frankly, I'm quite furious about this. 

Hello I m using Premiere Pro version 25.1.0 (Build 73). IOS Sonoma 14.4.1 . Every time I open Premiere a message pops up "Some Color Management Features Not Supported". And I have 3 options: Close Project, Continue in this version and Uptade Premiere Pro. So I have choosen "Uptade Premiere Pro", but there is no option to uptade the app. So I have to choose the "Continue in this version". And the a another message pops up "Some Color Management Features Not Supported". Why this is happened?   Thank you very much.

I'm learning extension coding using extendscript. And I'm trying a very simple function of muting a sequence by pressing a button in the extension. 1. I'm able to detect a sequence and get its info2. However when I'm trying the mute function, it's saying that eithera. Tracked is locked (when it is not)b. Track is already muted (when its not)I'm trying to figure out if this is Apple silicon extendscript problem, or am I doing something completely wrong? Any help would be great!

Im having a bit of an odd issue, i have two of the same video track in the sequence at different sizes as i chop between scenes throughout the video. but its started jumping large when i hit play then jumps back when i stop. but if i lower preview quality it doesnt happen. any help would be apreciated ive attached a video.  

I set my ingest settings to create proxies like this  but not all of them worked, so I had to make some of them manually with these settingsBut now when I'm editing, I noticed that many of my clips (interviews) cut off in the middle. When I looked at windows explorer to see what was going on, I noticed that many of my proxy clips are shorter than the originals. I can't figure out why that would have happened, how to fix it, or how to see the end of all these clips in premiere. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help 🙂  

My PC is powerful ok! Like rtx4090, 64gb ram and i913900, nvme's all around with more than 3gb/s speeds.Once I boot up my PC and start working in premiere everything flows like butter! Even scrubbing the timeline with selection follows playhead which is intense.  (And I don't really know why, I get it, it activates the lumetri panel but still) After I continue working for a couple of hours everything start becoming slow and laggy and it's really painful. The only solution that seems to work is to restart my computer and to a lesser extent restart the premiere to be able to work a another few hours. Feels like a trial!   Pls do help me understand why this is happening so I at least find a solution that doesn't involve a restart of the PC or premiere. Memory is getting filled when I scrub the timeline but when I minimize and maximize the premiere it kinds of empty itWhich makes things a bit better in those cases but the laggy performance being build over tim

Suddenly yesterday, when I add a photo to the timeline, I'll duplicate it on the sequence and then the program will freeze. I'll be able to move the scrubber and hear the audio but the scrubber itself doesn't move. It's like the program is working, but the graphics aren't updating. And it happens only when I add photos. I edited an entire timeline this morning just cutting a video with no photos and had no issues. But when I start adding BROLL, the problems begin. It looks like they're all the same jpeg photos that I was using before. I tried rolling back to a previous version of premiere and reinstalling my graphics drivers. I didn't do anything differently yesterday, it just started happening. I did update to the newest Windows 11 after it started happening to see if that would fix it, but it did not. Any other suggestions? Maybe reseating the RAM? Could dropbox be causing it? Would be weird since I've always been using Dropbox... 32GB gskill RAMAMD 3900XASUS AM4 TUF Motherboard

So i just downloaded the premiere pro trial to try it out. But when i want to drag some files i only get the audio one. I have been looking for solutions from anywhere.

Why do my video chapters disappear when uploading my video to Google Drive? 

I've always had this problem and had to find a workaround but it's becoming more of a pain.  When I drag vector graphics from CC libraries into a Premiere Pro timeline, the color is never accurate and I don't know why.  Sometimes it isn't always obvious but it's almost always incorrect. In Illustrator, I have a red hexagon filled with the color #e30513.The document color mode is RGB.In Edit > Color Settings I have tried different RGB color spaces:Rec.709 Gamma 2.4sRGB IEC61966Adobe RGBRec.709 PQ I then add this to CC Libraries, go to Premiere Pro and drag it into a timeline.In Premiere Pro, the hexagon is the right color in the Libraries panel but in the timeline it looks more pink then red.  I can't get the file to be the right color on the timeline!  Something else very confusing about this is that After Effects interprets the color correctly.  If I simply duplicate the graphic, right click, and "replace with After Effects composition", the

premiere pro video transitions stop working, any ideas

Hi! Really needing some help! I downloaded an awesome transitions pack for premiere pro on envato...the creator of the pack is premiumilk.  Transitions were great!  Worked for like 3 videos, and then they stopped working. It used to be when I opened the project with the preset transitions, I would drag the transition on the timeline and delete the built in video (purple rectangular box) to the transition (thus my tracks already in the timeline would then have the transition applied to them) and would be left with two yellowish boxes. But now, when I drag the transition in the timeline, I only get the video that comes with the transition and no way as far as I can tell to delete the video without deleting the transition as well. I'll upload some screen shots to try and show what I mean... Any ideas?  I've check and the sequence settings are the same..

I have mouse lag in Premiere Pro 2025. When I start to play media in timeline so I have a lagg with my wireless mouse. How can I fix it? It is Rampage Zenith Pro 4K

For the past few HOURS I've been trying to figure out how to do a simple crossfade effect between clips where there is no dip to black. It appears as though I can only apply the transition between one set of clips where it will actually work. When it works, the transition shows diagnoal lines. Cross dissolve works here... If I try to apply the effect to any other pair of clips in the project, it simply just doesn't work. There's not error notification, rendering doesn't help, etc.  Cross dissolve does not work here... I've read about "handles" and tried working around to create the effect with the clips overlapping. Not even sure why I have to account for this when the only working instance doesn't overlap? Regardless, when I attempt this it just does not blend smoothly. There is always a dip to black or the footage juts.  Can somebody please tell me how to troubleshoot this.

I was using Adobe Premiere version 25.1 normally, had just finished editing a project, and when I tried to start a new one, an error occurred that froze the program.I can't drag any files to the sequence, nor can I move the files that are already in the sequence.How can I fix this?

When searching for "seq..." to find sequences, or typing out file names in full; The search bar renders 0 results when searching in the project window. It's been this way for a year now.

Hey everybody! I use the lumetri HSL secondary a lot but today every single time I tried to set color on the HSL secondary, premiere crashed. Is anyone else having this issue???? There are no new updates so I don't know what else I could do.
