Whenever I open Premiere Pro (i've tried both 2024 and 2025 versions) and whether I open the app from the search bar, from my files, or from the creative cloud app: nothing happens.The cursor switches to the wait cursor and then nothing will happen, not even a splash screen.Other apps like photoshop or illustrator work completely fine. I have tried troubleshooting this issue with other forums but to no avail:- opening with 'alt' or 'ctrl shift alt' dont do anything- deactivating/allowung past firewall didnt work- using the beta version also does not work- ive tried installing it to my secondary drive instead -  did not work please dear goodness i need help

Something odd happened mid December but we got busy with holidays etc. I'd like to come back to it.   For one of our projects, in our usual workflow we ran proxy creation after importing into Premiere Pro. The editor assigned to this proj came back saying there is a faulty frame in one of the proxies. We noticed that the following frame was generated in the proxy file which wasn't present in the OCN.     This is the weirdest bug I've ever seen. We do not have any other leads that could help understand what happened. My best guess is something related to memory/cache behaving unexpectedly. Or some other issue within AME perhaps.   I wonder if this piece of text is present in Adobe's software somewhere in the code or anything?   Hoping the team can look at this. I'm able to share additional files confidentially if needed. Thanks.  

My laptop keeps freezing up in my multi-sequence edit. I have M1 macbook with 25.1 premiere. I am using 4k files but never had this problem before. Even when I make proxies it still will freeze at random points when I try to skim the timeline

I tried to start Premiere Pro today on my desktop and there was a message instructing me to login with a QR code or copyable link. Both lead to a webpage that says "Please wait as we work to fix this problem, then try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service." This has persisted for several hours.I am working on a deadline and need access to Premiere. I would like to be able to resolve this ASAP. I have not had a login issue in accessing the program on the desktop prior to this.

When I add any audio to premier pro, even songs Ive been using for years they are now really loud and distortedI have a brand new windows 11 upto datefresh new premier pro 25.1drivers upto date I also have a glitchy timeline from time to time but assume these bugs need ironing out as this is a new version of premier pro, need help with this audio issue if anyone knows whats going on

I have tried for hours. I have recently purchased the adobe suite (have been using for a while but thatw as with my schools who gave us an account for free) I purchased my own under the uni student deal ( i am at uni and my info was correct) when i try to open premiere pro i get error code 205, and when i contact support like the error messages suggests, the chatbot says i have no active plan when i have been charged for it and my adobe account says i have an active plan. Please help because i cant even contact an agent about this !!!!!

Hello,This is weird to explain, but recently been having this issue a lot whenever I change/enable something within the curves, creative, or color wheels tabs within Lumetri. The exposure changes drastically like something was modified heavily.Here I have a clip prior to adding a point to adjust the curve:Here is after I simple add a point in the midtones, without actually changing anything:The image blows out in a weird way. This has been happening more and more frequently recently and I'm not sure why. A cool idea to improve Adobe Premiere Pro would be to introduce a “Background Editing Mode” that lets you keep working on a new project while your current one is still rendering. This could work by giving users the option to adjust how much of your computer’s power goes to the render process, so you can still make edits, trim clips, or even add effects without the software freezing up. You could also have a real-time preview during rendering, but in a lower-quality version, so you can keep editing smoothly. Another helpful addition could be a project queue that lets you line up multiple renders, allowing you to start a new project while the previous one is still processing. This would save a ton of time and keep the workflow flowing without unnecessary waiting.

Ever since the 2024 update of Premiere Pro, I can't copy and paste sequences. I've gone to Edit > Paste and for some reason 'paste' is greyed out. I've tried the shortcuts and they produced no results either. I'm able to make a new sequence and paste items into that sequence but I can't copy and paste the sequence itself. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Adobe Premiere Pro 24.0.0Mac OS 14.0 I've attached a video as a reference.

Hi i have recently encountererd with hlog bug after applying warp stabilizer.My footage gets overexposed after applying warp stabilizer this the first time and one more bug is there my effects gets disappear randomly....please help 

I've been using the transcription feature to create the captions for my YouTube channel, and it's largely a lot of help. But the speaker detection tends to merge speakers together, especially female speakers. In my footage, there are 3 female speakers: 2 with Australian accents, and 1 with an American accent. But Premiere Pro doesn't distinguish between the three of them, even though one has a completely different accent! Repro steps: 1. Record a video with multiple speakers, both male and female.2. Use Premiere Pro's audio transcription feature to generate captions.3. Notice that similar sounding speakers get treated as the same speaker. The effect is more pronounced for female voices than male voices. (Perhaps it is pitch-related?)

Tengo un problema con premier, pasa que yo trabajo con dos pantallas, una pantalla es de laptop y la otra pantalla es de un monitor, cuando abro premier en la laptop trabaja normal, pero cuando paso a mi segunda pantalla no puedo mover, arrastrar o jalar un clip en la linea de tiempo, lo puedo seleccionar pero no puedo moverlo. Identifique que creo el problema es de RESOLUCION O ESCALA, ya que cuando pongo a 100 % a mi pantalla de mi laptop recien funciona el premier en mi pantalla de monitor, pero si lo pongo a 200 que es lo que me recomienda windows no funciona y solo me pasa en ese programa, mas no en after u otrosalguien sabe como solucionarlo

Hello,I've encountered a situation that doesn't seem to have come up elsewhere - I have a QT file with 5.1 audio on it, and when I try to play the video in Premiere, nothing happens. The space bar doesn't initiate the video playback. This is true on the timeline or in the source monitor. I am running 24.6.1 on a Mac Studio (Sonoma 14.6.1). My setup is stereo only, but I have set the 5.1 Audio Mixdown to Front+Rear+LFE; hoping that would fix the issue. It hasn't, nor does the video play with any other 5.1 Audio Mixdown config. The video plays fine in Quicktime Player and in Resolve. I've Googled this situation, but can't seem to find anyone else who's experienced the same issue. Any suggestions would be welcome! Thank you.

When I use the video playback it runs extremely slow. it is fine for the first 3 seconds but then it gets super laggy.This is cause it only uses my cpu (utilization) and not my gpu. ive checked every GPU accel box, unchecked them, changed sequence settings, uninstalled premire and reinstalled, changed driver settings, updated drivers, bios settings, lowered res on the playback, ive done everything that i possibly could find online and nothing worked to try and utilize my gpu rather then CPU. I am in dire need of help and abt to switch to davinci if i dont get a response since davinci has alr proven to run smoothly and properly with my footage but id really like to stick to premiere if i can.(I use a desktop pc, nvidia graphics card and intel processor, 36gb of ram so my pc specs are not the issue. wont even work with 720p footage)

So I've been struggling a lot with Premiere Pro since updating to the 25 version. I keep getting the error saying that my computer is running very low on memory whenever I try to import my clips. This isn't true because I have 32 GB RAM installed and I can see in the task manager that it's wrong. I also get this error every time I import clips (image attached). Does anyone know what is happening, and how to fix this?

Saved Caption Track styles and Redefined Caption Track Styles are not retaining the saved track parameters for font, size, postion and offsets, etc... and do not show up when choosing a style to apply on Caption Track Import.

For a month I export drone shots from my DJI Mavic Pro 2 in differents size and format for Tik-Tok. Everything works fine but recently, everytime I export a clip, it works, but the image is freeze and all glitchy in the export.I've try different format and codec for export, remove the LUT and color correction, nothing is working...  It's like it can't render properly the images in Premiere when it comes to export.  

Salve, sto riscontrando un problema con Premiere Pro. Quando inserisco le clip nella timeline, a volte compaiono dei glitch che però non sono presenti nei file originali. Questo problema si verifica spesso e, in molti casi, sono costretto a cancellare l'intera area di lavoro e ricominciare da zero perché tutte le clip del montaggio risultano corrotte.Ho già provato ad aggiornare il programma, ma il problema persiste. Cosa mi consigliate di fare?

  Hello,Is there a way to use a "bat file" or something like that, in Windows (or any other OS, we can adapt afterwards), or any languege, to order an  ExtendScript to run, without having to click or do anything (such as run-> startdebugging-> software, or an html button), just opening the bat file or running (another) code? That could be very helpful please.

Muestra pantalla de inicio y luego se cierra.Ya probe con varias versiones y en todos hace lo mismo.Tambien probe con borrar el cache y los plugs-in y nada.Mi hardware está óptimo para correr la última versión, pero no sucede

My rendering has always performed very well.I work a lot with Lumetri and FilmConvert. After the Premiere update and after many tests, I discovered that Lumetri was too heavy for my workflow. I tested rendering the same video with lumetri and filmconvert, without filmconvert and without lumetri and the rendering performance improved a LOT after I disabled Lumetri from the project. If you could please update the program by returning the optimization to lumetri again, that would be great. My rendering that used to take less than 1 to 2 minutes is now taking 20 to 30 minutes.

I have to say that the API doc is crazily scarce, I googled and doung the "CEP" stuff , but kept telling myself I think there is another missing file for premiere pro, till this day I am not sure where it is exaclty, I just know i landed on it again by chance here: (https://github.com/Adobe-CEP/Samples/blob/master/PProPanel/jsx/PPRO/Premiere.jsx)It is well hidden!Anyway I also googled this one: https://ppro-scripting.docsforadobe.dev/item/projectitem/, only to discover that 1) it is not an official guide (yet adobe refers to it sometimes here), and 2) it changed aesthetics (it used to be like this one: https://extendscript.docsforadobe.dev/file-system-access/index.html, with long list on the left). Back to the question, can you tell me how to get the "insert times" of each item on a given track time please? I have old code where I took an item then choose where to insert it. Bu
