I have been experiencing this problem with both premiere pro and after effects where the playback preview only displays a black screen. The audio seems to work fine. I am currently using version 25.1 for both Premiere Pro and After Effects. In the past, I was able to bypass this issue by switching my GPU from Intel UHD to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, but now the audio and visuals seem to be out of sync with each other. I am currently using an HP Victus Gaming Laptop | 16.1" FHD IPS 144Hz | Intel 16-Core i7-13700HX (>i9-12900HX) | 64GB DDR5 1TB SSD | GeForce RTX 4060 I am currently using the latest versions of both my Intel and Nvidia driver, but over the last several updates, this issue keeps on persisting.
Hello, community! I recently formatted my PC, and when I tried to reinstall Adobe Premiere Pro, I received a message saying my system doesn’t meet the necessary requirements for the software installation. However, before formatting my computer, Premiere Pro worked perfectly. Has anyone experienced this or knows what might be causing this issue? I’d appreciate any help or guidance to resolve it! Additional details: Operating system: [Windows 10] My PC specs: [10th gen i5, RTX 3000, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD] Thanks in advance!
Hello, I recently started editing a podcast with Adobe premiere pro. I've done a 2 person edit with video and audio tracks, with those projects I have 2 video files and 2 audio files, quality has been great. I did our first 3 person podcast, which now gave me 3 separate audio tracks. When editing the 3 audios, I get almost like a distortion/not clean sound for the tracks, I was able to play around with it and the only way I could get the audio to sounds good was to cut the 3 audios and disable the other 2 tracks while one person was talking to make audio sounds good. This process took too long I was hoping someone has a solution or can tell me what I'm doing incorrectly to fix this issue.
I've noticed many times that, after I "render effects in work area" or "render entire work area", the rendered clip does not remain rendered (ie, the bar above the clip on the timeline goes red again), even though I have not changed anything on that part of the timeline (no changes to the clip, no new transitions, etc). Eg, I have rendered effects on the entire timeline, so that no clips have the red bar, then save the project; I come back to the project later, and some of the clips will again have the red bar. Why does this occur? (Premiere 24.6.1)
Is it just me or has anyone else also experienced getting this error a lot in the past few days? I've never had this issue. Also, a lot of my video files won't load correctly, causing not only Premiere to crash but also my computer sometimes. Super annoying. I have 32gb of Ram so that shouldn't be a problem.
What is the meaning of this? My shots get replaced when I render. For context: I'm taking them from a muhc longer video, these shots are slowed down a bit. (If that has anything to do with it anyway) And either way, a glitch like this shouldn't happen
I am not able to export my work. The export screen appears blank all the time. I am using Premiere Pro 2025. I have tried using the File menu and sequence troubleshooting, but still nothing is happening. Please help. Attached is the screenshot. Please next time just embed your screenhot.
J'ai installé des .morgt de envato puis les ai importés et dès que je les mets dans mon logiciel cela ne charge pas et reste sans que je puisse modifier. Si vous avez des conseils cela me vaMerci d'avance
I tried updating to 2025 this morning and opened a project I had been working on the day before. All of my c-log3 footage from my C70 looks washed out. I use LUTs to convert from clog to rec709 not premiere's color management. I double checked to make sure my clips, timeline and program were all set to rec709 and they were. This is the worklow I have used daily for many years and have never encountered this problem. I tried making new sequences, new projects, importing new footage, reapplying LUTs and always got the same result. I cleared the cache, reset preferences, all the ususal troubleshooting tips and rolling back to 2024 was the only thing that worked. The issue is only affecting my raw camera footage. Stock asstets and previously exported footage all look like they should. Here is a screenshot of an exported test clip from 2025 next to the program view in 2024 showing what the footage is suppoed to look like along with my computer specs:
I made a couple short videos with some effects I learned on Youtube and when exported on my computer they look fine but after uploading to Youtube they become 360 degree videos which distorts them heavily and ruins them. Why is this happening? Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything when searching for this.
Hi all,I noticed that the Premiere Pro beta recently released Media Intelligence and the New Search Panel. These features seem incredibly useful, and I’m curious if there are any plans to expose them to the API for integration with third-party tools and custom workflows.Has there been any official mention or roadmap for making these features available via the API? Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Ever since I updated to Adobe Premiere Pro 2022 I've been having this problem. When trying to export a video and clicking on the file location, it opens up the windows file exporer. However that pop up window never appears. I think it's stuck off screen or behind the window of Adobe itself. I can't figure out a way to make it re-appear. This also happens when trying to browse through my luts, while using Lumetri Color and opening the File browser. Please see the video:https://youtu.be/aGObIAup8VY At that point all i can do is open task manager and close premiere pro, because nothing works, everything is frozen as adobe assusmes I have to be in the file browser, but I cannot see the file browser.
Issue - So I was editing a video and since I happened to have purchased a second monitor i decided to use it as another "Program: Monitor" to see the changes made to the video. I had went to"Edit -> Preferences -> Playback"And chekced off the second monitor.Everything was fine until a few minutes later anytime I moved any clip within the timeline, the program monitor would go black. Playback was fine in regards to playing the video regularly. But whenever I decided to trim or move a clip it would go black and not show me a preview.(During this time I had also checked up the Reference Monitor as well)I had went back into the playback settings and unchecked the monitor but to no avail it didn't change anything.I closed premiere and opened it.Updated my Drivers.Restarted my PC.Emptied Memory Cache.Tested with different projects.Changed the video and playback rednering settings from hadware to software.Disabled & Re-enabled Hardware AccelerationReset Premiere Pro.Uninstalle
Hi I may work on a project that has been previously edited in Da Vinci and I work in Premiere. Ideally I want not only one timeline, but the whole project. So I was wondering if there's any other way than just do an XML of the last timeline. Thanks
Apologies if this is obvious, tried to google it but to no avail. Basically I'm trying to clean up my Documents folder but its got the folder for Adobe that contains all my presets and stuff across all Adobe apps. I want to move it into a subfolder that contains other cache folders like for extensions but when I did that, it just repopulated the same Adobe folder the next time I opened Premiere. Is there a way to change where all these files are saved?
I understand that the quality will be lower but the video also moves differently. I originally thought I'd made a mistake with the keyframes.
no matter which window in the workspace has a blue line around it, all the menu items under the Sequence menu are greyed out
Hello! when creating a new project I want to import only ONE subfolder/file from the main folder where my whole project is located, but there is no way to unselect all but one folder/file, premiere just automatically selects all files from the previously double-clicked main folder, that has inside many folders and files, but I just only need one of them and unselecting one by one is a waste of time, especially if there are hundreds of files for example.Am I doing something wrong? Or it's just a poorly designed Import tab.
Using the current beta PP but was having issues before on regular PP and older version. Had to export it on my windows desktop at home untlimately. M1 Macbook air on Seq 15.1.1Just can't export, when I export short videos its fine, but when I do long form, usually 1hr long videos it takes over 60hrs to export. I've tried lowering the quality and it still takes forever. Does anyone have and answer to what is happening or a solution to this problem?
HolaOk, I have a Mac Pro, 64 GB memory and PremierPro 25.1My questions is about MOGRT'sAre these "Babies" always take a huge time to render? And, if I move, place or take out ANYTHING, the Evil RED LINE, appear on top ...There is ANY work around this?orThis is how it works? What or how do you use these if you use it?Help plis !!!
I am finishing a documentary for television which has been shot in UHD Slog3 on a Sony Fx3 and needs to be delivered in HD 50i. As theres no in-camera-sharpening when shooting in slog3 I need to sharpen the footag a little in post and apply a video limiter. I found out that Boris fx BCC has filters for sharpening/detail and a video limiter as premiere plugins but playback performance is FAR worse than using the premiere stock effects. Did anyone use "BCC+ detail" or "BCC+ MagicSharp" or the "BCC Broadcast Safe"? Are they much better then premieres unsharp mask or sharpening in the lumetri panel and premieres video limiter? And are they worth the hassle to render the whole sequence to be able to have smooth playback?
Hey everyone, This is kind of a nit picky question. Is there a way to lose the preview square at the top of each bin? I never use this and it's a waste of screen real estate.I like to have multiple bins open bc my project is huge, and losing this would save a lot of space.
The standard Match Frame functionality is broken for me. It will match the frame in the Source window, but it does not show the match frame clips' in and outs, and I cannot place in and outs. Or rather, when I match frame, it shows the clips in and out markers briefly, and then they disappear. And if I try to set an in or out marker, it does so for half a second, and then disappears as if I had never done so. I have to find the clips in the Project panel, load that into the Source window and then set my In and Out markers. This is a significant impediment to my workflow, and I cannot say why it is happening. To be clear – I am not double clicking my clip in the timeline to load the clip into the Source window (aka the process that would allow me to make trims in my timeline). I am using Match Frame. I am working in a Production. This happens with multicam clips only. With straight footage, the normal Match Frame behavior resumes. This also does not occur with sequences that live w
Vertical lines appear while playing the video in premiere and when I export the video the lines increase. But when it is paused you don't see those lines. The recording is fine.
