Hi! I'm hoping you can help and I'm sure it's just something silly that I'm not doing. I want to import my 4K videos from my iPhone into premiere pro but after downloading them from iCloud they come out really washed out and grainy. I thought maybe it was a processing issue of the viewer in premiere as I don't have the most incredible computer but upon export it is still washed out (although not grainy).Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Currently, I'm having an issue with exporting in Premiere on PC (only). Basically, periodically, I'm getting encoding artifacts randomly in the videos I export. It is consistent in where it appears in the video (always in the same places), the errors don't appear in the source video, and when I export on a Mac - the artifacts aren't there. Here is an example of what we're seeing:

Como solución ha sido que el editor que no ha cerrado el proyecto, ha podido guardar una copia en local para poder seguir trabajando, pero claro las actualizaciones no las tenemos conjuntas. Entiendo que este error no puede ocurrir, porque en algún momento el otro editor apagará el equipo, ha sido porque no lo ha apagado ni cerrado nada si no le hubiera pasado tambien. Me gustaría saber que solución hay en estos casos ya que nos preocupa bastante esto. Saber que puede ser lo que hace que la carga no se complete. gracias

For years I have been mixing my music layers in a sequence and then dropping that sequence into my main project sequence. It would show up in the timeline as an audio layer with the name of the sequence. From there I could keyframe levels for mixed music track. Yesterday when I tried to drag a mixed music sequence into the main project, Premiere would separate out the individual layers within the mix (Bass Guiitar, Percussion, or whatever). I can't figure out how to get it to show up as just the mixed sequence.  This is a step backwards for me in terms of the functionality of the app. But maybe someone can suggest a workaround?

When I play my clip down in the source monitor, I get clear audio on all 3 lavs.  When I cut the audio onto the sequence, only channel one plays despite there clearly being soundwaves on all 3 clips (doesn't play in isolation either).  Sequence settings are same for multicam clip and sequence.  Any other suggestions?   

Hey, I have a problem with a few of our Motion Graphic Templates. When I drag them in the timeline, the content doesnt show up in the viewer or the rendering. I've already reset the preferences and the template works fine on all other machines here.Does anyone have a clue what might be the problem? Working on Win11 machine with the current build of PP25. 

I really tried to google this first but I just didn't come up with exactly this issue. When I'm in the source window I can't clear in or out points they are greyed out and the keyboard shortcuts don't work. I also can't seem to just right click the timeline and clear all markers. I have to select each marker one by one and clear selected? This is so annoying. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Do I have some sort of bug in my computer? I send a file I was working from my desktop to my laptop. I keep an old version of Premiere on my laptop that I bought many years ago. I currently pay for a monthly service from Adobe. However when I open my file on my laptop I got the following message: Adobe Genuine Service Alert - Your unlicensed Adobe apps will be disabled soon. Replace at a discount to keep working. Is this real?

Bonjour, Je travaille un projet sur After effect et Première en même temps (compos After importées sur Première). Voici ce que je vois sur After et voici ce que je vois quand je regarde la même chose sur Première Deux remarques: 1 - je n'arrive pas à avoir une preview de qualité optimale sur Première, malgré l'option "intégrale". Je vois l'image net une ou deux secondes après avoir bougé mon curseur temps, puis un mode dégradé apparait.   2 - Mon texte apparait atténué sur Première. Or, l'opacité est bien à 100 comme sur After, et le mode de fusion du métrage est "normal".   Cette différence de tonalité apparait bien lors du rendu final.   Quelle option ai-je acivée sans m'en rendre compte, ou quelle option ai-je oublié d'activer?   En vous remerciant.

Hello,the original audio captured in my project is 96000Hz and 24-bits per sample, which is pretty high quality although I have no technical idea about what it really means. Should I keep these audio settings when exporting the final file? The default settings of Premiere are always 48kHz and 16-bit.Thank you.

I use Quick Desktop for Mac to upload my GoPro videos; I can't use their web page to do so as it is full of non-GoPro videos and requires more storage. I get around this by converting my video to GoPro format, and uploading with Quick Desktop for Mac, but they've discontinued that program: "Quik Desktop for Mac will be removed from the App Store on Dec. 31. For GoPro customers who prefer editing on desktop, we plan to release updated versions of our 360 plug-ins for leading desktop editors like Adobe Premiere and After Effects." I downloaded their plug-in, installed it, re-started Premiere, but it doesn't show a GoPro option in the Export settings (I see Behance, Facebook, TikTok, Vimeo, X, and YouTube; I expected to see a GoPro after installing their plug-in.)Does anybody else upload to GoPro from the Import -> Destinations in Premiere? Is that even a thing? I don't want to upgrade my GoPro subscription if I don't have to.      

I'm having an issue with workspaces after updating to CC2019.  First, I noticed that all of my custom workspaces from Premiere Pro 2018 were missing (and I foolishly hadn't synced them to the cloud in many months).  Problem solved by copying them from documents>adobe>premiere pro>12.0>profile>layouts to the same folder for 13.0.However, when I start a new project and select my custom editing workspace, there's one window that won't start up in the right location.  I have to manually drag the project window to my preferred location at the start of every project.  I've tried saving the custom workspace many times (save changes to this workspace, and save as new workspace), synced with my cloud account, but I can't get a project to start up with an accurate positioning of my custom workspace.  After I manually move the project window, save workspace and close project, it will then open again with the correct configuration; however, when I then creat

I go way back to Premiere Pro 5.5.  Back then, when you added and set up your text graphics, there were 2 easy buttons (tools) that are no longer there in Premiere 21 & 22.  They are the HIGHTH and WIDTH tools.  You would simply choose your text, and move the HIGHTH control to stretch the highth of your text.  this is a great effect. Especially with fonts like IMPACT.  I have no idea why adobe eliminated this simple way to stretch text.  I have looked  on the internet and tried to follow  directions in some videos, only to either not be able to find certain tools that they use or to not have them work like they do in the video,   Either way, even in the internet videos, it is a real pain, and a several move process.  Even though I think Adobe should have kept those simple HIGHTH tools, I have had no success in streching my text highth other ways.   Any body have any suggestion, that are not like the rocket science, detailed, ma

Anyone ever seen their multicam clip with an audio layout like this? No waveforms and a crazy number of tracks (that should not be present)? Here is the Audio Channel settings. 6 Channels.Also, clearly there is audio present in the multicam:Set this guy up the way I've set up 100s of others. Not sure what's going with this lil guy, but I need that audio.

Hello,  I post videos on Youtube. My videos have an intro with specific text and or a logo appearing. Is there a way to save my logo appearing on screen with its various effects as a "preset" so I do not have to keep recreating it over and over on each new video?

Hi,I have the newest version of Premiere Pro, using Windows 10 Pro. I have just started using it, so I don't know much about the programme, but here's the question: Media Browser doesn't show folders, actually it doesn't find any folders located on my desktop. The funnel icon - checked, it is following all the files. The eye icon - set on "file directory". what might be the problem?

Two audio sources showing as one track. Waveform indicates two sources. I have NO idea what the camera operator was thinking. Is there a way to get PP 2022 to display the two sources separately? I can dupe the track and pan, but at least in Avid there is a display option to show I think two mono tracks.

Hi all, I have been shooting some clips in both HVEC and ProRes Log on my iPhone and imported these in the latest version of Premiere Pro on MacOS. I turned all project, sequence settings to working color space Rec. 709 and also turned on in the Lumetri settings under project "Auto Detect Log Video Color Space" and "Auto Tone Map Media" without any result. The videos are still displayed washed out in Log. When I force overwrite the media color space to another such as AppleLog/Rec. 2020 it changes funnily. I already tried to empty cache, reinstall Premiere Pro and I am a bit lost why it might not be working. Looking for help on this issue - please let me know if there is anything else I could provide to troubleshoot. Thank you a lot!

I'm using Premeiere Pro 25.00. When I try to double click on a timeline clip in order to access the effects menu for that clip in the viewer, the effects panel is blank. No scaling or position controls, nothing. I've tried resetting to saved layout, tried clicking again on the timeline clip. Nothing works. Very frustrating. A few of the clips behave normally, but most don't. I need to be able to scale images and I can't. ugh.

I am having an issue not recognizing the Kona 4 for playback. Does recognize Kona 4 for audio.Adobe Premier Pro 25.1.0 (build 73)Kona 4 firmware: 17.1.3.333Mac Pro Rack 2019, OS 10.15.2, IntelNo errors on Adobe System Compatibility Report I can confirm that no other software is utilizing the SDI output at the same time. I confirmed that AJA Control Room works as expected, no issues. This seems to be isolated to Premier Pro. I tried looking at older posts solutions and were for versions multiple years old. Not sure when this broke. This machine isn't used for this but we discovered it in an emergency that we could not playback in Adobe. I tried unstalling Adobe and AJA. Reinstall the AJA software, with updated firmware. Then re-install adobe PP and Media Encoder, and still no luck. Adobe Premier Pro did do a GPU update once I relaunched, but no luck. Thanks in advance, Matt

I have an old project that I've just recently re-mastered - from avi 720x576 to ProRes 422 1080p. The frame size and position between the two versions of software is different. EG: In PPro 2022at 10:19:44:10 (and everywhere else) the image is 261 uniform scale, 996w & 540h. As you can see in a still frame from 2022.jpg, it fills the complete frame. However, on importing into 2025 I get the following frame - 2025.jpg - which is also 261 uniform scale, 996w & 540h. I'm at a loss to know what is going on.
