I want Automation Blocks in Prem Pro to set some interpret-footage settings, but I am missing a way to map the audio channels of my imported footage. Is it possible to set the ChannelsType, ClipsNumber and do SetMappingForChannel with a Automation Blocks script?

Hello everyone.I do not have any White Balance Issues, because I always use a WhiBal White Balance Studio Card for my White Balance, therefore my Video Colors look good. Has anyone seen a way to enable a mask to track an intermittant shape? For example, traveling road lines that need an overlay where they appear, but not in between them. There must be a better way than to just nudge the mask ponts to catch the new location every few frames. I doesn't look like an adjustment layer can be timed to hop between positons. Is anyone aware of a better method?

I have one of the weirdest glitches I've seen. I've been using Premiere for years and have always found an answer somewhere, but this may be a new one.  I have a commercial for a client that I'm working on. It's fast paced and transitions are used everywhere. We use custom made transitions on adjustment layers for this client, and have been doing so for about a year.  I'm running into a weird thing where the transition is populating on the program monitor and rendering in Premiere, but isn't showing up in the final export. It just cuts from one clip to the next.  But, of the 6 transitions in the timeline, only 2 are not working. The other 4 are fine.  I've updated Premiere, uninstalled and reinstalled, copied the sequence, changed sequence settings, changed export settings, duplicated the sequence, copied the files manually from one sequence to the next, turned my computer on and off again, and of course, checked to make sure the layers are not h

Well, I was having issues with Ultra Key when trying to remove the black color in the recently released v25.0 of Premiere Pro.I'm reporting this so that anyone can read this post and maybe solve it in the next update. In Premiere Pro 2024, I was able to use Ultra Key without any problems with the black color, but I tried to use it in 2025 and it didn't work. But I managed to solve the problem by changing the color of the background I wanted to remove. I created this report in English and Portuguese so that anyone who encounters the same problem can solve it, at least until the issue of using the Black Color in Ultra Key is solved.

Eu estou com problema em arrastar trechos de vídeos do monitor origem para a linha do tempo. Eu consigo arrastar o vídeo todo, mas se eu seleciono uma parte apenas e arrasto para a linha do tempo, ele não deixa.

After this most recent update, whenever I am playing back my footage, the audio will either:1. not play2. have a quiet hum underneath3. be completely drowned out by a high pitched glitch sound This is usually resolved when pausing the playback and resuming play, however it shouldn't be happening at all to begin with, right? Using Version 24.6.1 (Build 2)Macbook AirmacOS Sequoia 15.0.1

Hi, I recently started using Premiere Pro to edit some Super 8 footage I shot. One of the films had this annoying strip right near the middle of the screen (see photo). Does anyone have any idea how to efficently remove it? I tried pretty much everything (including creating a duplicate of the clip, pasting it on the top layer, and creating a mask. It doesn't look good) but nothing really worked. Thank you

When I try to drag and drop or upload from my Premiere Project to my Adobe Library it doesn't work.When I drag and drop nothing happens and when I right-click the media I want to upload, I don't even get the option to upload it to my Library.I've made sure I have the right version and everything but it won't resolve, does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

MacOS Ventura Exporting an AS-11 from Premiere Pro v23.0   When testing with the AQC from Telestream (Qualify) it reports the following error:   Found 1 structural problem(s) with AS-11 UK DPP conformance: - Picture Essence Descriptor item 'Coding Equations' must be [060e2b34.04010101.04010101.02020000] (when present) but was [060e2b34.0401010d.04010101.02020000]   The second part of the descriptor is not what it should be. This is, I am told, an issue in the exporter from both PPro and MEnc and reported since at least 2019. It is embedded in the .mxf and cannot be edited externally. As this is a key element of getting programmes to broadcast it is essential that this gets fixed to live up to the 'Pro' part of Premiere's name.

I've been trying to record a voice over on my video however anytime I press the VO record icon it just jumps three seconds back for the pre-roll but never counts down or starts recording. Tried resting preferences, made sure permissions are in order, and that the right mic is selected. Video of Issue attached.Premiere also pops up a crash report anytime I close it.

I rarely had problems with storage before updating to the latest Premiere Pro (v 25.0). Now, if I try to edit even a short video I'll get the Mac prompt to force-quit an app because the system has run out of storage. This makes it impossible to edit for more than a few minutes.

Hello dear community, i got a loopable short clip which has no stutters and is fluidly playing in 60 fps. it is an animation clip, i just wanted to slow it down to 50% what i did via right click and speed set to 50%. but then it plays fine first but in the middle always stutters/is choppy for a few seconds. i also tried to set the 50% and use Optical flow then render and it is the same result 😕😕on youtube people show it is so easy and not choppy why doesnt it work for me 😞 thx

Hi - I have eight mogrts I've created in PP (Graphics > Export As Motion Graphics Template) whose thumbnails are in the Essential Graphics panel - one as recently as two weeks ago.  I want to delete them, but I cannot find them anywhere on my Mac.   I've searched the Common folder in the Library; I've opened up Package Contents; I've dug into all my old profiles.  I've done global searches of ".mogrt," I've searched for certain words in the titles (not common words), and they're just not showing up.  And the thing is, most of my other self-generated graphic templates (all title cards) ARE where I expect to find them - just not these.  Is there anywhere else I can look?  Thanks!

Since the 2025 update, when i drag a clip from a folder into onto the timeline (as i did in 2024) it shows as "unavailable" and i have to "link media". anyone else? thanks!

For one particular project I have to deal with lots and lots of short clips and several large ones totaling a few hundred GBs. All of these will be edited with a separate soundtrack so for all intents and purposes I DO NOT NEED the audio from these files.The problem is Premiere Pro insists on generating peaks files for all of them - over a hundred hours of footage. While it does, PP is practically unusable because all the disk access is being taken up generating these useless waveforms. Working on a tight schedule means that such delays are extremely frustrating. Can the peak file function be disabled altogether somehow or another or only on clips/audio files that I select?

Hello, I want to display items in the Project window in List view, in alphabetical order. Always. When I add something, I don't want it to be listed in a custom sort order. I want it to always be in alphabetical order. ALWAYS.The Sort Icons button is grayed out when in List view. It only works in Icon View.If I, for example, duplicate an item, it starts out with the name of the original item. Then I rename it. The renamed item does not get sorted by Name. It is out of alphabetical order. The only thing I can do is click on the Name column in the metadata display at the top of the window. So every time I duplicate something, I need to click that Name column. Not once, but twice, because the first time I click it results in the order being reversed.This is poor UX. Someone evidently thought that it was more important for renamed items to remain in the same order instead of being automatically sorted. But that flies in the face of the entire concept of sorting.What should happen

Hi- been having an issue where I used Premiere Rush to lay out clips and audio from an interview, but when I open the project in Pro to use the enhance audio feature, all of the audio that I extracted and rearranged in Rush to lay over other video clips are all now darker blue and won't keep any of the audio effects I apply to them from the Audio Essentials Panel. I'm not very well versed in Pro- any tips on how to solve this?

I want to keep some order in my MOGRTs, but in the new Graphics Templates tab I don't see any way to create new folders or link existing ones.

When I render "in to out" or render effects "in to out" Premiere used to render and automatically play the rendered section. I find that in CC 2018 after rendering it's starts playing back at the beginning of the entire sequence.In Preferences, under Timeline, the "Play work area after rendering previews" box is checked.Is there another switch or preference for this that I am missing?

1.why there is a number in the audio track?2. Audio track has same color as it's video track if they originaly linked right?  if my added the audio lately it will be green? may i change the color of the audio track to make the color match the video track?  If so, how to do it?  Thank you so much in advance.
