Hi guys,  I am new to using Premiere Pro and definetly need some help already.  I am trying to duplicate the same video few times to create a loop but, when trying to duplicate the video, the second one moves sideways. I have seen a similar question posted here, yet I could not find the answer to this.  A detailed answer on how to do this would be very appreciated.  Thanks a lot Gabriela

Hi there, Since the last Macos Sequioa update (15.0.1, Mac M2) Adobe Premiere is completely unusable. Premiere version is also the latest. Those filetypes, which I have previously worked with, without any issue, are now complete mess. If I do any edit, cut or anything else, the software stops working, can't do any playback or if it does, I see only the cursos moving, but the PGM shows a still image only with or without (most of the times without) audio. Very, very rarely (once a day, let's say) happens that I can work for 30 minutes or so, but after that, all the issues coming up from nowhere... Very frustrating. Any suggestions besides of hoping a new update? Thanks in advance!

If you enable the check box in Preferences > General > Display color management, it will adjust the colors on the Source and Program monitors according to that monitor’s associated .icm file. However, this is only for viewing purposes on that specific monitor.For an eyedropper to work properly, it must sample the color as it exists BEFORE color management is applied to it. But most of the eyedroppers inside of Premiere will only sample a color AFTER it has been adjusted by color management.You can prove this by turning on color management, then trying to use a Color Matte’s color picker to match something else with solid colors. The results will always be different. Just recently started having an issue where anytime I would add footage to my timeline, Premiere would crash. This was happening with the latest updates starting at 24.41 and going through the latest update, 24.61. Suddenly, I am getting a weird issue on my Windows Server 2022. Whenever I use browse option the premiere suddenly crashes. It is happening even when I try to open project or anything that is related to (browse file). However, I can access all the system drives and folders from withing the software. 

I am having trouble applying effects to clips in my sequence. Specifically this is happening during color correction using Lumetri, but other effects (I have tried Fast Color Corrector and simply lowering the Opacity) also do not show up in the program monitor. Some weird and confusing details:1) If I place the playhead at the very beginning of the first clip in the sequence, I can see the Lumetri effect properly on that clip. It is only visible at this single frame, though.2) The Master clip effect does work...but it is only visible in the source monitor. It does not show in the Program monitor.3) Rendering does not make the effects visible.4) Exporting does not make the effects visible.5) Global Effects are NOT muted. 6) I have reinstalled the app multiple times and used the Adobe Cleaner tool. The first time I did this, it seemed to resolve the issue. But the problem has returned and now won't go away even if I uninstall the entirety of Creative Cloud. Could this be an issue with th

Hey gang, We are in the late stages of editing a 4K feature documentary filmed over a nine-year period, so we have tons of footage, plus animation and lots of news & archival, high-res still images, and many audio tracks too. All in all, that means long complex sequences and many different formats of material. My editor and I are working in two different cities and have been passing Premiere project files back and forth, but lately our project files are behaving in an extremely sluggish manner, taking a VERY long time to open and to save, and sometimes we are also experiencing long delays in performance.   This has made us think that using the Productions workflow could be helpful, allowing us to have smaller project files. However, we also understand that Productions is designed for a shared media storage environment, which is not our situation. (As I mentioned, we are in two different cities.) Bonjour, je travaille sur Mac avec les toute dernière version de Adobe Premiere Pro. J'ai un gros problème qui a apparu il y a deux jours:Quand je crée un nouveau projet, je peux glisser une séquence dans la timeline et la piste video et audi se copient, comme normal.Ensuite, si je glisse une nouvelle séquence, la partie vidéo ne peut pas être copiée sur la piste vidéo (l'icône "pas permis" apparaît sur la main).Si je continue et survole la piste Audio, il accepte de copier, mais il ne copie QUE la piste audio, la vidéo n'est pas prise.Quand je glisse plusieurs séquences ensemble, elles sont prises normalement (si c'est la première copie sur un nouveau projet)mais ensuite les prochaines copies ont le le même problème. C'est très grave car je ne peux plus travailler. Using v24.6.1 here. I've just started using masks, and I've run into a problem: seemingly at random, points on mask will become entirely uninteractable. I can't move them to adjust on the next keyframe, nor can I delete them. Trying to interact with them either generates a new point in the same place or rotates the mask. Any help would be appreciated!

In the use of Premiere Pro, a large number of audio and video as well as cache files will be generated. May I ask what is the overall storage solution for Premiere Pro?

When exporting a timeline from Resolve 19 to Adobe premeire 2022 only the first video is relinkable properly.The first video for multiple timelines consistently presented this issue.If a different video was swapped for the first video, that new first video would be the only properly relinkable video.I’ve taken a screen shot below, video 725, (the second video) is linking the first video(742)If I try to replace the second video(right click, replace from bin) to the properly mapped imported second video, the second video plays though the start frame is reset.For context this timeline was originally exported from FCP to Resolve, destined for Adobe Premiere. The timeline in Resolve functions without any known issues. Though i did notice an icon on the Davinci timeline which may have instigated this issue

I updated to the newest version of Premiere Pro 25.0 (not beta) and I still have old straight, sharp edges in the timeline. I can't find any option to turn them on. This looks super weird because everything else in the UI is rounded but the footage on the timeline is not. 

Anyone else think the side pannel that has all the effects, lumarati color, etc got a worse UI in the last major beta update?  You need to now click a tiny little arrow to access different pannels where as before they were laied out so much more easily in bars that you click to drop down.  It was so much better this way please revert back to that!    Also the ability to manipulate time remapping is 5x harder now.  The little things you pull apart to ramp keyframes disspear and seem to just randomply pop up if you hover over where they should be permentaly  in just the right way.  This is the oppostie of what needs to be done for time remapping.  All that stuff needs to be much larger and easier to grab and manipulate.  I think the time remapping needs an overhaul to be easier to use.  Also the ability to select every clip on the timeline and put them all into time remap mode at once would be amazing.  Going though indivudually

Good Day Everyone!  Hope this gets to the right location.  I have had premiere pro for some time and REALLY need help setting up these proxy files... In previous edits I had gotten it to work but the media was all movie/widescreen footage.  Now, However I am editing some video that was taken by my Iphone 11 and I went to create a proxy for it but then when I did it and rendered it.  It completely squished the file.  So then I had a very narrow unappealing video.  I had to close not save and thankfully when I re-opened it, it went back to normal. I have also went back to some recent youtube videos I watched to get the idea but since the update The whole landscaped has changed and I feel like I am relearning the program.  Which is frustrating and time consuming. How can I create an Ingest proxy and have it save for what I need to do ?  I really need some guidance any help is appreciated.   Thanks and talk soon!

Can anyone explain why or how to get guides and rulers and grids In Premier pro 5+ ? For me it would be a very usefull set of tools to have or is there any plugins to acheive this with ? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Why adding any number of shutter angle in the transform effect cause to unpredictable changes in scale and position?

As far as I know:4096x2160 is 4k3840x2160 is UHD But in some YouTube videos treating UHD as a 4k. Example as follow:   Same video detail shows different.

I've been getting an Unsupported Video Driver error on my Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 ever since its 2020 version.  It looks like the driver I have now has been discontinued according to the Adobe website.  The problem I have is that I don't know which driver version to choose on the NVIDIA Driver Downloads page .  The only one I could find that might match my current driver is for notebooks, I have a PC.  What should I do?

Hi In pp 2023 I put the target bitrate at 1 for a specific clip, but since then every time I want to export something the default target bitrate is 1 is there a way to fix that? I know I could have presets and so I have but how to change the default bitrate? Best

Hallo zusammen,seit einiger Zeit ändert das Scrollen mit der Maus im Quell- und Programm-Fenster den Zoomfaktor anstatt die Position Playkopfes, wie es früher war. Dadurch kann ich nicht mehr einfach durch die Videos scrollen. Ich habe schon X-Mal die Einstellungen durchsucht, aber leider nichts passendes gefunden. Googlen konnte mir auch nicht weiterhelfen und das Zurücksetzen hat auch nichts gebracht... Ich benutze Premiere Pro 2024. Die Maus ist eine Logitech G502 in Verbindung mit der aktuellsten Logitech Gamin Software 9.04.49.Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, wie ich das wieder umstellen kann?Vielen Dank im Voraus und beste Grüße, Maggs  

Hallo liebe Community,   ich habe das Problem, dass ich mein Projekt nicht mehr wiedergeben kann. Sobald ich Premiere Pro CC (aktuellste Version auf MacBook Pro 2020 M1) starte und mein Projekt öffne, kann ich ohne Probleme durch die Timeline wandern und die Vorschau abspielen. Bald darauf erscheint der gelbe Hintergrund "Media pending" und schon kann ich die Vorschau nicht mehr verwenden. Manchmal bleibt das Vorschaubild auch schwarz, kein Bild, kein Ton, kein Play ...   Ich habe schon ähnliche Fehlerbeschreibungen im Netz entdeckt, die auf Tondateien zurückzuführen waren, aber meine Suche blieb leider erfolglos ...Ich hoffe sehr auf Tipps oder Lösungen – vielen Dank!!! In Photoshop you work on a layer and, when you are happy, you can right click the layer, copy the layer style - then you can apply those changes to another layer with paste layer style.I had a big issue with an audio track.I've worked on one segment a lot and I have a 'workable solution', where do I 'right click, copy audio adjustments' so I can apply them to a different segment? BTW: How cool would it have been if all of the Adove Dev Leaders sat in a room and agreed some 'common look/feel' principals 🙂
