My Premiere Team Projects keeps showing “Disconnected,” while other collaborators can open the same project normally. I’ve tried signing out of Creative Cloud and signing back in, restarting, and switching networks, but none of these steps resolved the issue. The problem occurs in both versions 26.3.0 and 26.5.2.The Local Hub logs repeatedly show: “Unable to login to remote hub, status: 400.” 

I'm having issues with various projects in the last two versions of Premiere. Effects aren't being applied. The footage is from Sony and Panasonic cameras and various microphones. I've mainly noticed that this audio glitch occurs during quiet moments, when the speaker pauses and then starts speaking again. Please fix this.Please don't suggest that I need to reinstall or update anything. Everything has been deleted and updated! I'll say it again—different projects, different cameras, different versions of Premiere, and no effects!I'll add that this sound isn't present on the original audio track. The audio is clear. It occurs during the transition. The longer I set the transition duration, the longer the sound will last. If I set the transition duration to 15 seconds, the grinding sound will last 15 seconds. But on camera, this sound. The worst part is that this effect persists when rendering. It's really important for me to fix this—please help! 

I know this has been asked before.When I edit effects in Premiere Pro they keep resetting when I switch to another clip on the timeline.So far I wasn’t able to find a pattern. It happens randomly and lately seems to happen more frequently. It’s getting to the point where Premiere Pro is becoming completely unreliable.My current workaround is to copy&paste (or cut&paste) the effect I’ve been editing directly after making the changes. But that is tedious.Has anybody found a solution? Does anyone know of a way to avoid this? Is there a fix on its way?

Hello Adobe Team, I would like to share a product concept for Adobe Premiere Pro: an AI editing agent that operates directly inside Premiere and can understand, modify, and execute changes on the user's existing project and timeline. The concept is similar to how modern coding agents operate inside development environments. Instead of simply generating suggestions or a separate finished video, the agent would be able to inspect the Premiere project, understand the timeline, analyze footage and transcripts, search available media, and execute editing operations directly within the project. For example, an editor could write: “Turn this interview into a 45-second vertical short. Hi everyone,  I've got a problem that I think others have had, I'm trying to use MXF video files in a project I'm working on, the quality of the video is the main priority (Audio has been recorded separately so there's no audio on the MXF video files). I've already tried using MP4 but the quality has reduced significantly so that's a no-go. After importing the MXF files, the error sign lights up, and 'Frame substitution recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts on file' is the issue every time. I've imported it under different Video rendering and playback options but no luck there. Each time I've tried importing the MXF files, the number of errors alternates, sometimes there are loads, other times there are less. Does anyone know what to do to fix it? 

On my desktop (Mac Studio M1 Max), I opened Premiere to sync my settings I uploaded 2 days prior from my laptop (Macbook Pro M1 Max). I tried to open Premiere Pro and it said “You can’t open the application ‘Adobe Premiere Pro 2026’ because it may be damaged or incomplete.” I opened Creative Cloud and it was stuck updating at 48%. I decided to cancel the update and redo it. It won’t even do that, so its now stuck cancelling the update. I also having difficulty updating Media Encoder.Is anyone else having this issue? I was having a problem with renders not connecting. Adobe tech support helped me changefrom software only to CPU acceleration. Problem fixed. But now I am getting a black frameat the end of any shot I have the warp stabilizer on. Are these related? Any thoughts?Thanks!!!!

Hi All, My Philips SHP9500 headphones are working with Adobe Premiere Pro but there seems to be something wrong with the sound. It's not clear; feels like there's water in my headphones. However, I don't encounter the same issue minus Premiere Pro. Initially, I thought there's something wrong with my headphones and even cleaned my headphones based on online headphones cleaning tips , but nothing seems to work. Can you please help? I have no intention to buy new headphones just to ensure they work properly with Premiere Pro.

When I generate ducking keyframes and then try to delete some of the generated keyframes, Premiere acts like the keyframes are still there - i.e. the volume still rises at the ‘previously’ keyframed spots despite the waveform showing as flat.  Then, when I so much as touch the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen the invisible (and apparently indestructable) keyframes suddenly reappear.  I’ve even tried adding manual keyframes to lower the levels at the problem points, but the originally auto-generated keyframes overpower my correction. See video for the magically reappearing keyframe trick.This is in Premiere 26.3 on Windows 11

Hello, normally the font looks fine in the Text panel, but when I double-click the text and try to edit it, the font in the panel suddenly changes to a very bad-looking font. How can I fix this?I didn’t have this issue before. It suddenly started happening, and I used Premiere like this for a while on version 25.6.3. I finished editing a video, then I started heading to the export tab. Nothing appears on the screen at all except the preview screen as seen in the first screenshot. same thing applies for the import tab which is fully blacked out as you can see in the second screenshot. Finally my avatar on the top right of my screen is blacked out as well. Both, the export and import tabs are actually clickable but not visible.I tried to delete the layouts and archived layouts in the documents folder on my PC. I also tried to delete and reinstall Premiere Pro. None of it helped. I’d really appreciate any help.  

Hello There, I have hundreds of video, that I need to edit (the same modifictations on each videos)Here are the modifications :Change the resolution, from 16:9 to 9:16 (with black spaces under and above) Add a picture at the beginning and at the end of the video Add a transition between the pictures and the video export the videos, with the same title and same format than the original (Different resolution, but still MP4, 1080P, and in another place)I did almost 60 videos tonight with adobe express, but it took me hours, and it’s Kinda boring, and repetitive.So I wondered if there is a way, using premiere, or anything else from adobe suit, to automate this workflow, because it’s alwas exactly the same modifications.  Obviously, In the future, we will record our videos in both format, 16:9 and 9:16, but at this point, we never thought to do it. Thanks to all who will take the time to read this !
