Hey there, ive rendered a short video for my YouTube channel. Its an animation for "subscribing" - but in 4K (only if you watch in 4K) there are issues with the black / grey parts of the animation. Its not shown when watching it on my MacBook only on YT 4K resolution.What information are needed from your end to help me out? 

because I could swear it said it was in the post install new features splash screen, (and google's ai thinks it is too, not that thats at all reliable, lol)

Ayer estuve trabajando una proyecto en premiere y hoy al tratar de abrilo me tira el mensaje "este proyecto se guardo en una versión mas reciente y no se puede abrir en esta", pero si estoy usando la versión mas reciente de Premiere. Tampoco me deja abrir los archivos de auto guardados.Y al intentar importar mi archivo a after effects me dice que "el numero de versión es incorrecto o el archivo está dañado", me tira el mismo erro con los archivos autoguardado. No tengo problemas con abrir otros proyectos que he trabajo.Que puede estar pasando?

Perhaps I'm working outside of recognized practices, but I'm baffled by the difficulty I'm having with getting identified and marked short segments from an edited multicam sequence, into a new timeline for a promo or teaser sequence. It seems I'm not alone either.I've marked the sequence with duration markers. I have a new empty sequence to receive the inserts. In either the multicam timeline or with it open in the source monitor, I can see the duration markers. I use shift M to move to the beginning of the first marker, and I make an in point. But there doesn't seem to be a way to simply move to the end of the duration marker to place an out point. (shift M jumps to the beginning of the next duration marker, not the end of the first.) If there was, I would simply insert the selection into the empty sequence, and then move on to the next markers. From what I've read here and elsewhere, it seems like this is indeed "missing." When I use generative extend in premiere pro 25.5.0 on a clip shot in S Log 3, the extended part of the clip has a noticable degradation in color. You can instantly see muddy pixels in the image.  (yes, the clip is interpreted as REC 709)The issue is that I always have my colorist do his work after I'm finished with edits. So the only way to (I assume) make this work is to have him color everything, then re-extend usng the colored clip.Does anyone know of a better workaround by chance?

Lo cerré, y tres horas después, cuando intenté abrirlo otra vez, Premiere me mostró el mensaje de que no se puede abrir porque fue guardado en una versión más reciente.Entré a Adobe Creative Cloud y verifiqué que Premiere está en la versión más reciente. De hecho, se actualizó hoy mismo. Entonces… ¿qué “versión más reciente” menciona si YA está actualizado?Lo más raro es que no puedo abrir ningún proyecto de esta última semana, pero los proyectos antiguos sí funcionan sin problema.¿A alguien más le ha pasado esto? ¿Pudieron solucionarlo de alguna manera? Buenas noches! en el dia de hoy 20/11 se realizó 1 actualizacion de adobe premiere pro a 25.6.2, lo que ocasionó este error que no me deja abrir ningun proyecto que estuve trabajando por semanas! siempre desde la misma pc, me fui a versiones anteriores y tampoco funcionan... necesito si alguien de soporte se puede comunicar conmigo para ver como puedo hacer para recuperarlos! gracias

Hi there. I have a laptop that runs on Windows 10. No major issues with Premiere except that the laptop is old and runs slow. So yesterday I was excited to setup a new desktop that runs on Windows 11 thinking I would have a speedier experience with premiere. Here is my issue: (I actually have two issues but this is the biggest one.)  When I import an MTS file into Premiere on the new desktop, the audio portion of the file does not come in.  The settings under preferences are identical to what I have on my laptop. No sound. Nadda. It seems counter intuitive and inefficient that I would have to convert the files somewhere else to bring them into the spanking brand new version of Premiere on the Windows 11 desktop. Another thing that is painful ( second issue) is that when I open an existing premiere file it finds files missing because I reorganized a drive. In the past the simple "locate.." has worked but now it looks like you have to select a file one by one to

I'm trying to update premiere on my Macbook Pro, but I keep getting an error listing lack of free space. The error report says it needs 31GB of space, but my hard drive has 121GB free.  I've cleared caches, emptied the trash and downloads folder, and cleaned up as much as I can safely get rid of. I'm new to Macs having just switched over from PC for work, so any insight into why this is happening would be super helpful!   Macbook Pro, 24gb ram, M4 Pro chip, Sequoia 15.7.1, if any of that matters. Thanks!

I have the newest version, so I dont't understand

I can't open my current project, It says thai It was created on a new version. I have the last!I have the 25.6.1 windows version and I can't open the project I was working yesterday. What happend?

I have been working on a project since August 2025. Today I was in it this morning working and closed out to work on some other stuff. I noticed that Premiere had the update to 25.6.1, so I went ahead and updated the software. Now, when I try to launch back into the same project from this morning, I am met with the 'Project was saved in a newer version of Adobe Premiere Pro and cannnot be opened in this version.' I've attached screenshots to show that I am on the latest versions, but I am not sure if this is an update bug or of something has gone wrong on my end.

Hi everyone! I've searched the forum and many have asked the question but there doesnt seam to be the answer. When i create a video with PP, the chosen thumbnail for file preview and social media start image appears to be totally random.Sometimes the automatically chosen thumbnail is inappropriate, how can i choose the frame that is used?

I upgraded to Premiere Pro v24, and my Contour Shuttle Pro V2 shuttle wheel settings don't work properly anymore. Not sure why, I created new settings from my old Premiere Pro v23.6 settings in Contour Shuttle app, connected to Premiere Pro v24, and everything works except for the shuttle wheel. I turn the wheel and it plays back as if I hit L or J once, and as I turn it more it doesn't speed up, just stays at the 1x speed. I've tried other combos in the settings but it doesn't seem to behave as it should.   Anyone getting this behavior? Got any settings that is working for you? Hi,I am not able to get a full-screen peek on another monitor. There are 3 monitors in total. In any case, a part of window is displayed, and more often it is separated between adjacent monitors. Perhaps there is some kind of plugin? I don't have any additional output hardware yet, and I want to solve this problem programmatically.Yes, I have updated versions, drivers, tried all possible connection configurations - all in vain. I got the impression that I was being motivated to buy equipment. My system:  Windows 10, Nvidia RTX 3090Ti, Premier Pro 25.x 

I have noticed that my audio has been playing on one channel (left side). I checked the settings, it was set to stereo, I used the "fill right with left" effect, and it still is only being played on one side. Is there a way to fix this?

Dear All, I’m getting the following error when trying to open a project in Adobe Premiere Pro 2025:“This project was saved in a newer version of Adobe Premiere Pro and cannot be opened in this version.”Steps I’ve already tried:Installed the latest version of Premiere Pro (confirmed via Creative Cloud).Tried importing the project into a new project.Restarted the application and system.Checked for updates again.None of these worked. The project was originally saved on another machine, but both should be running the latest version.Question:How can I open this project? Is there a way to downgrade or convert the file, or is this a known compatibility issue?

So anytime I am creating an in or out point on a clip or audio and try and drag it into the timeline, it won't work. Everything is fine if I leave the whole clip and drag it. I have double-checked the active track targeting and everything seems normal. The insert and overwrite shortcuts and buttons do nothing at the moment

I have to export a video with multichannel PCM audio for a BrightSign player. I have wasted weeks of time (months in combined efforts with others) trying to get this to happen. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT with what is supposed to be "premier" video editing software! I still don't have a usable video. I'm so tired and frustrated with Adobe. (Acrobat still can't make a TOC page!) 

I am excited to make use of Premiere's new Wide Gamut color setup but trying to integrate my older colour workflow has me confused.My sequence is set to Wide Gamut (Tone Mapping) and I am using Panasonic v-log footage.Selecting Panasonic v-log/v-gamut colourspace in the source clip results in an expected behavior- the footage looks the same as if Panasonic's official log-to-rec709 LUT is applied, but when corrections are made in Lumetri, it retains the benefits of the wide gamut- better highlight recovery etc. Perfect.However, overriding a source clip to rec709 and adding a log-to-rec709 LUT seems to remove its Wide Gamut benefits (highlights respond like the sequence is rec709). Ok fair enough- so the most logical move would be to disable input color management and then apply the LUT...But disabling input colour management (and no LUT) on the source clip immediately makes it look like it once again has that Panasonic v-log/v-gamut colourspace turned on (though the curve

Hi everyone,I’m running into a strange issue in Premiere Pro and haven’t been able to fix it. In one of my projects, the view and functionality in the project panel has gone wonky. For one, a checkbock has magically appeared immediatedly after the furthest left display, the color label. I did not add this, and in fact I dont even know its purpose or what the display is even called. Also, the bins in the Project panel now will not expand at all. Hello ! I feel like I need to ask for some serious help here because I don't know what to do...I recently cleaned up my computer and deleted a lot of Premiere Pro and After Effects cache files that were taking too much space on my Finder. Then I uninstalled both software, and reinstalled them in 25.5, in order to completely reset it so that it took up less space. Since then I feel like the Dynamic Link is broken between the two software. Everytime I use the "Replace with an After Effects composition" function, my file is replaced each time by a glitch which I attach to this message.I tried several things:- First check that the two software programs were exactly the same version (they were)- Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool- Install older versions of both software- Check the version of my computer and if the new update is not restrictive for Adobe and Dynamic Link (I have a MacBook Air with macOS Tahoe 26.1)- Save a prproj file from Premiere Pro, launch it on After Effects,
