Can not use premium features and cannot upgrade again. iPhone says I'm on premium but app says I'm not. Bad. Pity.

I am editing a video that has a series of different clips however I am unable to trim some of the clips..when I click on some of the clips I am wanting to trim the yellow handles do not show up, just a yellow border meaning it doesn't give me the option to trim. I am new to premier rush so any advice would be really helpful, thanks 🙂

Hi, I don't see a "text" option as earlier in Premier Rush. It only has a graphics option which is a tedious task while adding captions to different clips.

I did some changes on a video and replaced the original file. Now I want Premiere Rush to recognize it. I doesn't. Can I somehow replace the file manually? Like in premiere pro or after effects? working with premiere rush (current version) on iPad (os 13)

Hi,  I wanted to further edit my project I started on my phone on my desktop version (paid) of Rush. However, when I open the project the files are lost and I need to locate them. Is there something I can to do so that the whole project, including files, are uploaded to the Adobe Cloud? I cannot imagine that this is the normal way things should work?

I delete all my projects in premiere rush, but the data still use the storage space of my iPad.

Hi, I just installed Rush on my Dell laptop. I pay for rush premium. I clicked on the sync box and it says priuem feature as if it does not know that i have paid for this app. I am up to date on payment and signed in.  How can i get the desktop Rush app to know that I have bought the prieum and allow the sync option?  Thank you so much! I have had so many headaches with Rush thst I am thinking of finding alternatives but I do like th eprogram when it works.Thank you,Solara

Hey guys, To make this mobile app even more viable for 9:16 video content, it'd be amazing to see clip length when shortening/lengthening a video clip. Examples of this can be seen in Tik tok and instagrams inbuilt video editors. While cropping your clips a display of how long the clip is going to be is shown whilst using the function. This is super helpful in alot of use cases.for example; I like to edit with .5 sec or 1 sec clips to match beats and keep the videos nice and punchy. hopefully this can be added, would make it the perfect one stop shop for all the 9:16 video content platforms. thanks guys.

I have been working on a file for a few days with a fair bit of edicated content. Nothing to crazy, two tracks, one sound and the other images, plus an effects track.I had been "ctrl-S" heaps to make sure there was a backup locally. Then  Rush crashed on me and suddenly there is no content in my file at all. This doesn't make sense, because I can see the copied files it has created in the local Adobe drive. What I can't find though is the actual Rush file that will trigger the database. Very frustrating, work deadlines and all that. Found a thread with something similar but with no resolution from Adobe or any of the people doing their best to help out there.

 I have a project I am almost finished with but decided to revise. I have another project with the clips I need. Is it possible to copy an edited clip from one project to another? Literally just need the clip, nothing fancy done to it.Thanks in advance.

I've deleted it an re-installed it. My IOS is completely updated.  Tried deleting, relaunching, powering off all of it.  Please help I have work due that I need to access Rush.    Thank you 

Hi, I really need help. Adobe rush was working great earlier, but now it is crashing when I try to do literally anything- zooming, selecting video, cutting video, deleting video, scrolling, you name it. I've tried everything I can think of. I've restarted the device, logged out and back in, made a copy of the project and tried to work on that, deleted the app all together, and tried on different devices. Nothing has worked and it's getting incredibly frustrating since I've lost a project that I've put a lot of effort into. Please help! I don't know what to do and it's extremely disheartening to have so many ideas for a project only to have the the app crash when I try to do anything.

J'ai également essayé avec les audios directement inclus dans Premiere Rush, mais cela ne fonctionne pas non plus.Mon mélangeur de volume ne détecte pas le logiciel lorsque je lance la musique.Le son des autres applications comme Chrome fonctionne très bien.Avez-vous une solution ?Les musiques sont en MP3 et je suis sous Windows.Merci !

I know this problem has been posted here for a while now but I don't understand, why Adobe doesn't do anything??? It's a bug in the software, not my computer. I've been using Rush on my Windows and then I switched to Mac. And it's the same!!! I have to render videos MORE THAN 5 TIMES to get a video with the audio! This is so stupid! I have voice audio and music audio. Music audio is always there after render but the voice is not.ADOBE, WHY DON'T YOU DO ANYTHING? I'm literally crying, it takes way too much time. The time I spend on 5-6 renders I could edit a few videos....  

I've been using this program for several years now and this is STILL a problem. When I render our videos, taken with iPhone and imported into Adobe Premiere Rush, about half the time the audio is missing a portion. The audio isn't usually gone altogether just a portion of it. Please begin to look into this. It takes a lot of extra time to render videos over and over til by chance it comes out right.

When I try go to edit a video, it was working earlier, but then the footage in the middle isnt playing and not showing up at all. Is there any way I can fix this? See images attached. Thanks.

Can someone help me with Premiere RUSH, I've a couple of questions/issues?1. why does it freeze on me so much and I have to re start. 2. why is it the Overlay graffix I want to use with a Subscribe and the arrow, never shows up, it just shows as Subscribe. 3. why does a 30min video seem to now take 2.5hrs to export to my laptop. 4. last one, I added an audio Loop to a video that got held back on YT for copyright (turned out it was a Rhianna song) How do I know which are not copyrighted?

Hi - does anyone know how I can merge two Premiere Rush projects in one w/o exporting and recompressing to .mp4 and re-importing as a media file? Ideal case would be having project A opened and adding project B in existing time line. Thank you for your support.

Hi, I don't quite understand why the APP Rush calls "effects" what are simply video transitions. I think they should change this and make another access from the menu for effects adding effects like stabilization, for example and those of greater use in Adobe Premiere. There are already many Adobe users who have to use their mobile phones to edit video and the features of the devices are more advanced than their applications.

I'm trying to change the font for a text layer in Rush, but no fonts, either from Adobe or installed, are showing up.  How do I fix this? 

I'm trying to import 8k 24p video from my Samsung to Adobe Rush (phone app) and it doesn't work.  All other resolutions work fine. Is Rush not capable of importing 8k ? Thanks 

I create a lot of Reels in Rush by splicing videos together and then either speeding up or slowing down the clips. Almost every single video ends up with a pixelated/glitchy frame somewhere in it and I can't figure out how to get this to not happen. If I change the speed of any of the clips, the part that pixelates moves so it's nothing to do with the actual clips I'm bringing into Rush. I always leave the app open while importing clips until they are fully synced. I don't understand what could be causing this and how to fix it. Screenshot of an example.
