I am new to Adobe Team Projects (working in latest version of Premiere), working on setting up a client video. I haven't even been able to begin editing because 2 errors keep occurring. First of all, I have some media I need to add to the project, and every time I import, even just one video file, it freezes the project altogether and I'm forced to force quit. In some cases, I've been able to get a video file added - only my small stock footage - and then when I hit Command-S to save, or when I close the project to trigger a save, I get stuck on this bar progress ad infinitum: How the heck am I supposed to work this thing if I can't import new footage, and I can't save? Please advise… I tried finding the answer in previous posts before making my own to no avail.
My team is working remotely and using Team Projects to edit in Premiere. One of my editors shared that in various Team Projects, she kept getting auto save errors: "There was an error auto-saving the changes you have made in the last XX second(s) to the Team Project....Your changes cannot be saved while the problem persists. Please close and reopen the Team Project to revert to the last auto-saved version."This held her up for most of the afternoon, as she was unable to share any changes. I had her log out of Adobe on her machine and reboot, log back in, and try again...to no avail. Any insight here? I seem to be ok in the project, but I did have one other editor in addition to this one mention auto save errors. Thanks!
We have changed our project into a team collaboration. My colleague originally created the project, I have confirmation and can view the team project however I cannot see any of the media, files or sequences. How do I get these onto my laptop?
Hi all,I was working on team project and today Premiere crashed during the export one of the episodes. Nothing new for Adobe but this time when I wanted to open a team project again I couldn't. In the loading window, loading stops in "processing loaded assets". I did everything that I found here like opening a new team project and copy-paste the last version bla bla bla but doesn't work. All posts about this issue were from 2018 so I hope there is some newer update about it.
HiI'm having issues accessing my Team Projects page on Premiere Pro.When I try to open up the page, I am greeted with a black screen and nothing will load.I am wondering if this may be an issue with my firewall, however, there doesn't seem to be an issue there (although it could be I am looking in the wrong places).I have tried a complete reinstall of the entire Adobe Library and Adobe Creative Cloud but that doesn't seem to have worked either.Any suggestions will be appreciated 🙂 Currently running Windows 10, Premiere Pro 15.4
I started a regular project but am now adding on someone else to help me, and wanted to try out a Team Project. Is there a way to do that? Or if nothing else be able to transfer the markers and work I've done to a new project seemlessly?
I cannot invite anyone to my team projects, any time i try to do that it simply says "Invite failed".It is strange, that everyone else CAN invite me, but when i join the team project i cannot share or receive any changes Any ideas on how to fix this? I've got After Effects 2020
I have a teams project and I can navigate to the auto saves window and scroll the auto saves. How do I "Revert to this version." or "Load Auto Save from yesterday"?
Hi, I want to invite my collaborators to a team project, I add their addresses, but the invitation does not arrive, what is happening?
Hello,I've had this issue on Windows and Mac using Premiere Pro CC 2018.Normal Local Premiere Pro Project: I have an MXF or MOV file. I add tags to the Dublin Core Keywords section and it creates a sidecar XMP file in the same folder as the footage or adds XMP data to the MOV file. I can place this MXF or MOV in other projects and still search this metadata. (I can also use it in my digital asset management software which is nice.)Premiere Pro Team Project: I have an MXF or MOV file. I add tags to the Dublin Core Keywords section. It saves tags I can search for in this specific project, but does not create an XMP file so I can't use that metadata anywhere else. If I go to EDIT>TEAM PROJECT>CONVERT TEAM PROJECT TO PROJECT all of that useful metadata does not convert over.My question is, where is this metadata being saved in the Team Project and is there any way at all I can retrieve it? Or is my only hope to import that footage into a normal Premiere project and redo all of that t
I have 2 questions:After watching numerous videos, I'm still confused about whether EITHER type of project is going to work for my situation, a Shared Project or a Team Project. I will be working with 1 other person to create ~75 minute videos for church using Premiere. There are multiple HD source videos. We both have individual licenses and are working from home. There is no "shared storage" (like a corporation would have) unless we can use Google Drive or Dropbox for that. 1. Do we need a different type of Adobe license in order to work together on this?2. Which project type do you recommend?
Hi, I've just started using team projects and the collaboration feature. However, I haven't been able to get it to work again with my collegue. the issue we have is that my collegue cannot see any changes in the timeline. His timeline is empty, but for me I have a completed edit. I can share my changes and he can accept those changes, but the timeline remains empty on his side. I have no idea what to do to fix this issue and so far we havent been able to utilise the collaboration feature at all. If I could get some assistance that would be great.
We are wokring on a Team Project. After I relinked several footage and my co-worker deleted them ,we encountered a conflict. Even though I tried each option like take the share version or keep my version, the conflict could not be solved. And I couldn't share my version without solving this conflict. It's like a dead circle.
I'm testing Team Projects right now and I wanted to revert back to an older version of my sequence. So I browse the versions, right-click the sequence...
Working on a shared project with my coworkers and the metadata they are attaching to sequences is not sharing to other users of the team project. Is there a setting we are missing to make sure this happens or is it a bug?
In a regular Premiere Project file, we embed metadata to the video clips using the premiere metadata panel and embedding works fine. However, when using Team Projects, embedding metadata to video files seems to be disabled. We can still add metadata to the video files with the metadata panel, but nothing embeds. It's like the metadata becomes only recorded within the premiere project itself. This is bad because then the metadata shown in the Premiere Project for video files is now different from what is embedded. Team Projects does read and display the video file metadata that was embedded before it was part of a Team Project. The video files fully support embedding metadata as we're using ProRes422Proxy codec in a .mov container. All users are using Premiere Pro 2021 same version. We are two users, and have a local copies of the media on each of our hard drives.Media mapping seems fine, as it finds all the media for both users. We can edit in Team Project with no i
I'm testing Team Projects right now and I wanted to revert back to an older version of my sequence. So I browse the versions, right click the sequence and choose 'import', nothing happens except for a small dialog 'Importing files'. But nothing can be found in the project. Same with Auto saves. Try to open it in Source Monitor. Nothing happens. Am I doing it wrong?
We have a Team Project that has 3 contributors and 2 of us have tried to delete a set of compositions and video/photo assets from our Project Panel and posted these changes, however, the compositions/files keep reappearing after the project is loaded again. This is our first Team Project so we are not familiar with how to fix this.
Hello. Currently trying to convert a project to a team project. My collaborator can see the bin structure and has a copy of all media on an external drive but when we try to manage media the drive is not appearing as an option for online. Could it be that she has the 2020 version and I have the 2021?
I am a design student and I am working on a video project with a team. Are there no options for Team Project use with regards to a scenario such as this?Seems like Adobe could do well to offer such a service. I know I would for sure!
A user on the regular forum has a yellow plus icon on a thumbnail in his Project panel thumbs view. It's a TP project, and he's trying to figure out what it is. Neither Ann Bens nor I have a clue. The OP has now suggested it might be a new asset from a collaborator ... is that correct? Neil
I am consistently getting the same error in Premiere and Afeter Effects stating an "error occurred while renewing the access token used for communication with the Team Projects service. I'm running version Premiere 15.2 on Windows 10. I've rebooted the software and computer as well as signed out and back in through the Creative Cloud desktop app. Has anyone else expereinced this, and is there a fix. I really don't use the Teams feature butmay need to with an upcoming project.
hi there, ok here is the constellation and the resulting problem: - I create a team project in PPro, do some editing. Then I open the same Team Project in AE, create some comps with titles, vfx etc. - Jump back to PPro, arrange the AE comps in the timeline. Job done, client happy. Now for archiving, I want to convert the PPro and AE Team Projects to local projects. Also no problem: Team Project convert to Project, save both projects on my local harddisc. But the problem is, that the AE dynamic linked comps in the LOCAL PPro Project still refer to the Team Project version. How can I relink them to the LOCAL AE Project?? BestMichael
I am hoping someonme here may have a solution to this. We have proxy media on multiple remote machines and a teams project setup. When ever someone load the project localy they experiance offline media, they select media and attach proxies, now when they push updates so others can pick up that edit, they ahve to reconnect proxies again. and this goes on and on. is there a solution or workaround for this? Using Premier team projects. Clip markers get shared and then later disappear. Sometimes a few markers remain. The preference "Write Clip Markers to XMP" is unchecked for all team members. We use clip markers a lot and this is causing a huge headache. [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.]
