Using the right click feature is convenient, but not when I have to keep resetting the file save location, when it should always be in the same location as the original document. Is there a way to set this as the default? Running Windows 11 enterprise.

Hello,First of all, please excuse the bad english : I'm not a native speaker.I recently upgraded my Windows PC to W11 without uninstalling Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Acrobat first. I believe this caused some issues. I can still use Acrobat as a desktop app but small issues occured (URL in files opening with Edge... with Firefox as the default browser, etc...). I uninstalled Acrobat and reinstalled it with Creative Cloud. The issue persists.I also tried uninstalling Creative Cloud but it failed : the uninstaller states that there is a desktop app that requires Creative Cloud that is still installed on my PC... But after checking in Creative Cloud, no desktop app is installed anymore. I believe that there are some registry keys/settings which are preventing everything to work correctly. I'd like to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of Acrobat. Could somehone help ? Best regards,Atuvu 

We’ve run into a new problem (September 2024) with Adobe Acrobat Pro (64-bit; 24.003.20112) when attempting to connect to the SharePoint server to publish or get comments from Shared Review PDFs. Note: We have tried basic troubleshooting (restarting app, restarting system, reinstalling app, however the problem persists). There was a solution we posted for a similar problem here (full reinstall + registry purge) that also does not work. The older workaround for this issue (resetting internet explorer) does not work. This problem appears for *any* shared review PDF the user attempts to open (even Shared Review PDFs the user created).Problem Summary:When attempting to Check for new Comments on a SharePoint hosted Shared Review the user sees a Script Error message “An error has occurred in the script on this page…” The error message ends with “Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?”. I received what appears to be a real good phishing email, regarding a $229.99 charge for the renewal of my Adobe Acrobat Pro account.Does Adobe have a department in which we can send the phishing email to, as this pdf looks pretty legit, if someone isn't careful? Thank you.

How do I extract text from a 4k snapshot roughdraft into one very large document form for further editing? 

It used to be that I could read a PDF on my phone without internet access. Now when I save a PDF on my cell phone, it opens as a web link. So I can only read it if I have internet access.  How can I change the settings in Acrobat to save files locally on my phone? Is this possible?

I've set up a guided action to 'Search & Remove Text'. The specific text is identified but I now wish for it all to be deleted. The text is surrounded by red boxes. I don't know how to proceed any further after running the command and the text highlighted in such a manner.

I have to digitally sign invoices daily, around  50. and some times these document have  multiple pages to be signed. Is there way i can sign all documents in 1 go. 

I have a PDF that was given to me to make some minor text edits.  I don't have the original doc.I open the PDF in Acrobat DC, then choose Edit PDF.  The text in the document is inside various boxes, as you expect.  I have the Show Bounding Boxes option checked.  But there is this one bit of text that I cannot select.  It doesn't have a bounding box around it, so I can't do anything with this text.  Is this a bug in Acrobat?  Is there any way to fix this?  I tried exporting to Word, but formatting gets so messed up, it isn't a good option.  I would be happy to put a box with some text over the text I can't edit, but you cannot set a background color in a bounding box, at least not that I can find.

I'm trying to locate the update files for Acrobat Pro 9.x but am having a bit of trouble trying to find them. Hello, Having relied on adobe systems for many years without major problems however since adobe has clearly leaned into ai i've been experienceing problems accessing important functionality. I know this is a result of ai because last year i was targeted by goverment and whom i believe were big business affiliated hackers. i know this sounds crazy. a bunch of ai was used against me on my devices so i know how these ai systems work.  i was developing a face swapping website when i was investigated.  big business is working to agitate many of us and they are working to divide us too. i work in the wonderful world of adult entertainment. last year i had some end of the goverment investigating my business since then adobe has been systemically working to agitate and regulaly deny me access to core functionality such as request signature. All similar platforms are becoming driven by corrupted ai. the big business machine is extremely manipulative. imagine how you could try to dimni

Hello Adobe Community, I am helping one of my users with overlapping text. We are downloading this from salesforce in chrome. It looks fine there and even doing a print to pdf keeps the text normal. The issue occurs when we open it in Adobe Acrobat Pro. The text seems to have jumped to the top and overlap each other. See jumbledText.jpg image for reference. I tried turning on the download pdfs option in chrome, repairing acrobat, and when that didn't help uninstalling and reinstalling the app. There are no new updates to be found. Our workaround right now is to upload them to the web and they come out fine. But I need to get them back up and running with the desktop app. It isn't every pdf, some still work oddly enough but these same pdfs work fine on my desktop adobe acrobat. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I had several page control/navigation tools disappear from my toolbar, which I keep on top and open. Partially directed by another post, I opened the "Comment" tool and found the missing tools at the bottom of the display. There is what looks like a horizontal ruler with 5 dots in it, this "moves page control into toolbar." That moved them all into the toolbar as I previously had. There is the same ruler to move them out of the toolbar, I must have accidently hit that at some point.  On another note, I wish they had never changed the UI and other features from Acrobate Pro 8 (might not be correct name). I could keep far more drawing tool icons (oval, text box, line, etc.) within the toolbar. Now I had to create a Custom Tool. This means a click and scroll to find things that used to be right on top! I markup engineering plans in Adobe and use these allot. The group tool is also useless since the change to DC. I don't know what it even does now. You used to be able to select s

Hi, i want to use the AI Assistant and i need to enter GET STARTED or sign in first. but there is an error 12015 "Are you connected to the internet?". why is it happened since i was connected to my personal hotspot and has full bar line. How to solve it since i need to use Ai Assistant. 

I am trying to edit a PDF document using Acrobat DC (mac OS).   The PDF contains calibri font and I would like to use the same font, but it is showing as not available when I try to edit the document. I have activated calibri fonts using Adobe fonts but still no luck.   Any advice appreciated, thanks. 

Ich habe vor vielen Jahren eine Einzel-Schüler-Lizenz von Adobe Acrobat XI Pro erworben und diese damals aktiviert. In den vergangenen Jahren wurde und derzeit wird diese Version auf EINEM PC dauerhaft genutzt und auf einem weiteren, mittlerweile defekten PC installiert. Aus diesem Grund war es mir nicht möglich, die Lizenznummer auf diesem zu deaktivieren, was es mir im Moment leider nicht möglich macht, die Acrobat XI Pro Version, die für mich und meine Zwecke auch ohne Support ausreichend ist, auf meinem neuen PC zu aktivieren. Um aber die lebenslange Lizenz weiterhin auf zwei Rechnern nutzen zu können, würde ich - falls ein Adobe-Mitarbeiter diesen Beitrag liest - eine Ersatz-Lizenznummer für erforderlich halten. Möglicherweise gibt es aber auch eine andere Möglichkeit, wie ich Acrobat XI Pro auf einem zweiten Rechner nutzen kann? Ein Abo kommt wegen der beschränkten Nutzung nicht infrage. Hi all, Just wondering if there was in Adobe Sign if there was a way to stop Adobe from automatically creating these yellow boxes? This is a PDF with where each of the yellow boxes is an a editable fill in field. I did not create this document.

I can't close Acrobat or shut down computer! I have a paid Adobe sunscription.Why is this happening and what is th solve? 

   At my office, on my PC's acrobat when I select "Edit" acrobat will show me all the existing dialogue that I can edit within its own generated text boxes however when I select the "Add Text" function all of those boxes disappear allowing me to freely create my text anywhere on the document. I am trying to locate the setting(s)/Preference(s) that allows my PC's acrobat to have that functionality so I may replicate the settings on a coworkers computer as when I go through the same setup as above the text boxes do not disappear.
