Hallo Community, ich habe ein PDF-Formular erstellt welches die Info für eine Woche aufnehmen kann. Um die Info für einen Monat zu sammeln, habe ich 5 Duplikate erstellt, alln 5 einen unterschiedlichen Namen gegeben. Ein PDF-Portfolio erstellt. In de Erstellung kann ich in allen 5 Seiten unterschiedliche Daten eingebn. Nach dem ABspeichern sehe ich aber nur eine Seite die ich ausfüllen kann. Ich nutze die aktuellste Version von Acrobat Pro. Was mache ich falsch? Bitte um Hilfe-Danke. MfG Armin

I received a single page PDF from a laboratory to include in a report.  It is in landscape but I need to include in Portrait.  I don't need to simply rotate it 90 degrees but need to have it proportioned to fit the landscape orientation.   I suppose that I can ask the lab to re-send in portrait format but was hoping there is a simple way to do this myself.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to enable Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP) sensitivity labels on PDFs in Adobe Acrobat, but I’m stuck at the admin setup step.The official Microsoft documentation mentions steps to set this up “for admins”, but I can’t seem to access or view that specific part of the documentation. Hello  Is it possible to invite someone else to sign a document? It has to be an official signature (certificate).  By example: in my organisation I often need the signature of my bosses. Fehlermeldung kommt wie oben beschrieben. Nur bei Mac, der Windows Rechner hat kein Problem damit. Kann nur behoben werden indem ich als Bild drucken in den erweiterten Einstellungen einstelle. Das kann aber nicht die Lösung sein. Stimmts Adobe? Irgendeiner noch irgendeine Idee?

When is it necessary to use Adobe Distiller in the creation of PDFs? I use the Mac OS (i.e. OS X). I export from inside the application Pages. The resulting PDFs look (for the most part) fine. Occasionally, there are apparent font substitutions when I view the exported document in Adobe Acrobat Pro. I've experimented with Distiller but never been successful. This is a typical message. Is Distiller worth bothering with?

I do not recall this being an issue before updating to Windows 11, but now when myself and other team members in our organization tries to combine more than 16 files using the right-click context menu and choosing "Combine files in Acrobat...," Acrobat only brings up the first 16 files and then ignores the rest. The function still works if we ask Acrobat to combine the files from within the program; the behvavior seems limited to the context menu option within File Explorer. Is there a setting or something that can eliminate this bottleneck?

Last week, when I tried to open certain pdfs using Acrobat Pro for Mac it would not display the text - just the header and some formatting lines and bullet points etc. I could open the documents fine in other apps (e.g. Preview and Google Chrome), and it was fine in Acrobat Pro for Windows. I discussed this with an Adobe professional last Friday, who was very helpful. He told me it was a known bug that would be remedied in the next version. He told me it could be fixed for now by reverting to the previous version, which he patiently set up for me through gaining remote viewer access to my machine. It took quite a while, as some large files had to be downloaded and various settings/files had be removed or altered. This seemed to fix the problem. However, the problem has re-appeared today (the following Monday). This is very frustrating. Adobe needs to fixed this as soon as possible, as my subscription is useless in the mean time.

Hi thereI work for a scanning company, for the last month or so when i finish scannaing a paper document and then scan large format drawings in a large scanner and then inserting them into the pdf file, the memory usage keeps rising until everthing crashes, is there any solution to stop this.Thxversion 2025.001.20577 64bit 

I have found that Adobe form builder is almost un useable now.  Just a couple of issues, text on page grouping so you can't move text around without creating read only text boxes or to move a checkbox without resizing it you have to zoom in.  Not to mention how slow.  I have spent half a day building a very simple form and I have just given up.  Maybe there is AI in the system now 

And at the top of the document it says "The validity of the document certification is unknown. The author could not be verified." Can anyone help with this?

So this just started this week. I'm running Acrobat version 2022.003.20258 on a mac (OS12.6). I open the Edit PDF sidebar, select the image in my pdf that needs to be edited, right click and select Edit Using... Photoshop. Immediately this error box pops up. (This happens when I manually try this same operation in the edit sidebar as well.)I went to the Content Editing panel and made sure everything looked correct. It does. Still having this problem.  I'm at a loss as to what I need to do. I need to edit images daily from PDFs I receive from other sources and this has put a hamper on my workflow. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! 

I have 200 page documents, containing 30 chapters and numerous paragraphs. Just finished adding (many) bookmarks. I would like to add page numbers to each bookmark, oralternatively, create a kind of index from them  with page numbers, so, when the document is printedthere will be an index similar to a normal book.IF at all possible, how am I to proceed?Acrobat 2017 Pro.Thanks!

Hello,is there a way to copy a page beside duplicating file and deleting all pages but the one you need?

While I'm studying i read a lot of books at the computer with Adobe's Acrobat and sometime i just fly over the pages to find something. What keeps me annoying is, that although my scrolling speed is set to fast in Windows settings, whenever i open a pdf file and zoom a little bit in to fit the screen, Adobe changes the wheel-scrolling speed of my mouse to very slow. It seems to me, if i would try to scroll in this situation through a let's say just 20 pages ebook it could last for years to reach the end of the pages... Any suggestions why or how to change this behavior ?

hi does anyone know how to get an audit trail or validation document in adobe acrobat? a company that i am working with is saying the signature is invalid because adobe has an alert that the file has been changed after signature. but it has not been changed. how can we show this?

We have encountered a recent issue when attaching hyperlinks to images in a Word document, then converting to pdf.  This has always worked up until now.  Now the hyperlink, which is active in the Word document, becomes an inactive hyperlink when converted to pdf.  The hyperlink works if attached to text, that's ok, but does anyone know why the hyperlink to images no longer works in pdf?

Can't believe I am stuck paying for this garbage program. Absolutely filled with bugs that even their support team can't fix. Brand new powerful Windows Computer exclusively used to fill out forms on Adobe and Adobe Pro won’t operate without glitches. 

I would like to know if it is possible to permanently set the printing defaults in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  The version I have (ver 2015.006.30280) has duplex printing and grayscale printing set as defaults and it appears these settings cannot be permanently changed.  As a result, I am forced to remember to change the settings each time I open and print a document.  This is causing me to waste paper, time, and money, not save it.

Unable to send and view the 3rd signer, this has happened for last 3 documents. Any idea how do I resolve?It is already updated to its latest version.
