Hallo, seit ein paar Minuten habe ich Probleme PDF Dateien zu öffnen. Ich öffne die Datei, sie öffnet sich auch ganz normal aber dann geht direkt das ganze Bild weg und es bleibt nur ein grauer Bildschirm. Ich habe die Adobe App schon geupdatet und sogar repariert. Geht trotzdem nicht. Benötige bitte dringend Hilfe!

I like AI Assistant, but simply can not use "new acrobat."  Would you please enable the use of AI Assistant in "old acrobat?"  As an alternative, perhaps consider making "new acrobat" look and behave like "old acrobat" so all of us could actually use it.Thank you. 🙂

I am running Adobe Acrobat in protected mode. I have certain files that I need to grant access. I have given access to them in "ProtectedModeWhitelistConfig.txt" file located in Acrobat folder. I have also ensured that I have added "bUseWhitelistConfigFile" and set its DWORD value to 1 under registry key Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown.It takes all my files properly but when I do changes in "ProtectedModeWhitelistConfig.txt" file to update new directories / files, It fails to do so. If I delete it restart in Non Protected mode and then recreate it in Acrobat folder it again takes the new changes and starts working.Am I doing anything wrong here? Is there a way to prevent adobe using its OLD FILE. [I HAVE ALWAYS RESTARTED ADOBE AFTER CHANGES] . Or is there some place where it caches this file so that I can delete it and Adobe Acrobat takes my new changes in the file. 

Hi,I've just started using Acrobate Pro DC and thought that editing a document was easy.But it turns out that it's not.The problem that's occurring is that when I add lines of text to a bounded box it flows into the box below and corruptes the text.I thought that Acrobat would take expand the box and shift boxes down, but it doesn't.What is the proper to add text without corrupting subsequent boxes.Thanks in advance for any help.

When opening a shared PDF on Adobe Document Cloud, the right side panel shows "Comments" by default. I would prefer that it show "Bookmarks" or "Destinations" by default, rather than "Comments".  Is there a way to achieve this?

Wenn ich eine PDF Datei mit doppelklick öffnen will, geht die PDF Anzeige in den Vollbildmodus... so dass ich meine anderen geöffneten Fenster  am Windows PC nicht mehr sehen kann .....  Das nervt .. Vielen Dank für einen Tipp 

Hi i need users to submit a form to another department via email but on arrival the form in another department the form is still editable and the clear form button still functions.  the save button and print button on my form are ok to still function i just do not want the department the form is set to;  to accidently clear the data or edit the data. Is this possible?

I’m having an issue when trying to combine files using the context menu shortcut. I’m on Windows 11, and when I attempt to combine files through the context menu, it only opens the program without showing anything. I’ve already tried repairing the installation, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and the PDFs are not corrupted. Is there any solution? I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. PT-BR: Estou tendo um problema ao combinar arquivos pelo atalho do menu de contexto. Utilizo o windows 11 e quando tento combinar arquivos pelo menu de contexto, apenas abre o programa e não aparece nada. Já tentei corrigir a instalação, desinstalei e reinstalei o programa, os pdfs não tem nenhum tipo de corrompimento. Há alguma solução? Utilizo o Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I've scoured the community looking for an answer but unfortunately nothing so - hopefully i'm not alone in this and we're able to get a fix. Mac M4 Mini running Sequoia 15.5 - Acrobat Version 2025.001.20529 For this particular example, I'm opening a pdf that has multiple pages with graphics and text. ALSO The graphics that have a little bit of transparency aren't showing up when I open in Acrobat - that's another issue (and I from something similar on my search, that's one of the problems) - then when I simply go to File - Compress a PDF - (retain existing) no changes - I click OK and then I get the "Conversion Warning". No amount of playing around on my own has fixed this and I haven't found anything clear as to what's going on. Hopefully someone can walk me through.Thank you!

I have and old manually typed document that I scaned to PDF.  The PDF document reads well. I then converted the PDF to Word file from Acrobat DC,  In some instancies the Word file had a text compression (letters and spaces mashed together) I tried changing fonts, paragraph and line spacing and could not correct.. When I pasted the compressed line in this text box the compression went away. So I made a jpeg with a screen capture.  

after i sign the pdf has me save but it locks the document from editing anymore even though i selected from fill in digital sign permitted. i need multiple signatures and i cant even draw a sign field afterwords, only thing it lets me do is validate? not sure what happened, used to be able to create sign field, sign it, still work on the document even, then send in an email to have someone else sign it. but now i cant do any of that. 

I am happy to have Acrobat updates installed automatically, however, that occurs whenever it occurs, and I have no choice in timing those updates. Acrobat updates often bog down the performance of Acrobat, presenting the lovely and frustrating spinning wheel. It would be an improvement if Acrobat's Updater provided options to time updates to occur while you're sleeping instead of in the middle of your work day. 

I am having issue sending my print job to my printer. When I print a PDF from the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro it gets sent to the print queue. From there it gets sent to the printer, the job disappears, the printer lights up, and then nothing happens. The printer does not initiate the job. It was working this morning and then it suddenly stopped. I can print from Preview and I can print a Test Print from the Print Queue but not Adobe. I'm running the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro (2024.002.20687). My computer is running macOS Sonoma 12.4.1, latest version, it is an M1 Pro MacBook Pro. Can someone please assist? I've tried updating the printer, restarting the computer, and making sure everything else is up-to-date.

Hi Adobe Community, I'm trying to publish a webform. I spent quite a while manuarlly reordering the tab order in Acrobat. However, when I upload to a web form, all of the tab orders have been reset to default values. Is there a known way to resolve this? If so, please share. Thanks, in advance!

Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB lists Acrobat Pro why is it not available to me?

Hello all, I am having an issue with Acrobat signatures. We have some documents that require digital signatures. The users usually use the chrome acrobat extension to sign the document and send it off, either through outlook or shared to sharepoint. The problem is when the PDF is downloaded and opened in Acrobat, the signature is no longer there. If I right-click the pdf and "Open with > chrome" it is there, but opening with acrobat it is missing. This also happens with text blocks sometimes but that is more rare and is less important. -Kevin S.

When I open a PDF with Acrobat Pro, the error in the screenshot appears. It seems that version 25.001.20458 had fixed this but the optional update on April 28th - version 25.001.2047 has brought it back.  I've tried uninstalling/re-installing, uninstalling, using Acrobat cleaner tool and re-installing without luck. Any ideas? I can't seem to find a way to downgrade. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I'm having a bit of difficulty with form fields.Basically I have some product labels, some of which require to show a "UN" number and some which don't.The client wants to be able to add the UN number themselves to the products which need it, and if they don't need it then this field  including the background colour and the border should not print.  The UN number, if it shows, needs to appear in an orange box with a black border. So if they fill in this field when they print it out it will look like this:  So far I have done all of the above and it is fine and works.The problem is that if the field is NOT filled in because it has been purposely left blank I want it to not print at all so it looks like this:  But it doesn't. It prints like this:  How do I make the box NOT print if the form field remains empty?Thanks in advance for any help.Richard

Hi there, I'm having a licence issue (I think) with Acrobat. I can sign-in to Creative Cloud with no issues, but when I open Acrobat I get a blank grey pop-up for a few seconds (too fast for me to screenshot) before the app quits entirely. I've tried signing out of Creative Cloud, which then prompts a sign-in when I open Acrobat, but then the app still quits even if I sign in correctly. I've also tried signing-in through Acrobat Distiller, where I get a 205 error code (attached). I've tried deleting all active sessions through my account page and deleting my licence info from Window Credentials. I've also uninstalled (using the Cleaner) and reinstalled with no success. A fresh install on another computer doesn't lead to any issues so it's something wring with this pc. Can anyone help? 

Clearly I am not not a javascript developer - i look for solutions and copy / modify as I can. I create fillable forms for a non-profit and have a requirement to copy a calculated field into another filed, as well as allow the copied field to be manually overriden if necessary - without changing the the value in the source field.I've see a number of posts with requests for similar situations, but haven't been able to duplicate a viable solution - can anyone help?
