My issue might be a bit niche, but I'll give it a go: Using MacOS, I work with PDFs that I cycle through looking for different words or strings of text, over and over within the same document. As a general rule I use keyboard shortcuts to navigate, and I typically do so pretty quickly for this task. Obviously one of the most frequent shortcuts I use is Command+F to bring up the Find field. However, if my fingers are a tiny bit off I sometimes hit both the F and the D key, I assume within literally milliseconds of each other. I'm not 100% clear what order I connect with them as it's really hard to replicate, and I've had to try over and over again to work out what's happening, but I'm fairly sure it's likely to be the F key, then the D key. The outcome of this is that the Document Properties and the Find field both pop up at the same time. Hi there, i got a subscription with adpbe acrobat pro for the free trial, however, my account was charged and now when i am trying to cancel it is says i will be able to manage my plan soon, however it has been over a week since i started this supposed free trial, i am trying to redeem the 30 money back guarantee, however it isnt letting me cancel the subsription. Can someone please help, i dont want to risk paying more because i couldnt manage my plan I have also been charged for the second month, and have not recieved any help. Can an employee please respond to and read the previous chat.

Hi, Every time I try and use the toolbar shortcut by selecting an item such as Fill and Sign, Adobe shuts down and closes?  Can't seem to get this fixed.  Need help please.  Thanks!

I use Adobe Acrobat Pro for Mac for an unpublished manuscript. When I secure a PDF document to prevent it from editing and copying, the feature works IF I AM USING Adobe Acrobat Pro.   HOWEVER, if I open the Adobe secured PDF document in another app, such as PDF EXPERT for Mac, the no editing feature works, BUT I can COPY any and all text.  How do I also prevent copying?Help, please!

I'm trying to combine several modification applications into a single PDF. However, when I use the Combine or Organize tools to add the files, I get the following error message: I’ve been able to combine PDFs without any issues in the past. Has something changed recently? Is there a workaround or updated method I should be using?TIA for your help!JennaP.S. Some of the Modification Applications are fillable forms - they all contain the same form fields. 

I can't find a better place to post this. Adobe Acrobat keeps installing itself on my E5 installation of MS 365. I don't want it. When I try to uninstall it as an add-in, where it's called PDFMaker.OfficeAddin, it tells me "This add-in is installed for all users on this computer and can only be connected or disconnected by an administrator." Well, I'm the only admin and I want to get rid of it. There are some instructions at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/web/use-acrobat-extensions/acrobat-for-microsoft-365/delete.html# but it tells me to go to some obscure place (Admin) and then Azure Active Directory and then Enterprise Applications and it isn't listed there. But it has embedded itself on my menus and when I want to export to PDF and on my File menu and it's distracting and confusing. How do I get rid of it (for good, as this has happened before). Hi, I imported comment from a reference doc and it showed up rotated 90 degree clockwise in the destination doc. I tried print to pdf but it doesn't work cause the destination doc is a secured doc. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a PDF file open in Google Chrome.   I click Open in Desktop App and it opens in Adobe Acrobat. For some reason, the file name is now AcroBrwEx_(file name)_ADWBBD.tmp.tmp.   Then when I try and email it, it gets blocked because of the file name.  See below.  Any ideas.  This just started a month ago or so. Thanks!

Hello. I am creating an interactive PDF by exporting it from InDesign. I can add interactive elements to the document and export it without a problem. However, when I try to open the PDF file on a mobile device, it shows all the information in the pop-up dialog boxes, and they cannot be closed while on a mobile device. How do I export an interactive PDF to be mobile-friendly?

Hi I am using Mac Acrobat DC Pro ver. 2023.006.20360 for accessible PDF tagging. Autotag document adds the new font “Times-Roman” to PDFs causing font missing error in PDF/UA validation. Using Acrobat Preflight to embed the missing font does not help even though Preflight report indicates the font has been successfully embedded. Anyone knows how to fix this issue? I have created a form and added a submit button connected to my school email address that ends @k12.sd.us.  This pops up: I tried using my personal gmail address that ends @17413941 and the submit button works and opens an email with the form as an attachment.How can I get the form to submit to my school email address?

I am a professional graphic designer, working on a fast Mac with three big monitors. I am using Adobe software for 25 years. I do a lot of work in InDesign and Illustrator (perfect UI/UX).I use Photoshop and Lightroom (perfect UI/UX).I also work with Premiere and After Effects (perfect UI/UX). And then there’s Acrobat:It’s confusing — it feels like Office on a PC. The UI/UX is a mess.

I have attempted to convert a pdf to excel but nothing happens.

Hello everyone, I've been using Acrobat for over 10 years now, including at work. After switching to the cloud license for two of our employees, they are unable to combine PPTX files into a binder (in the explorer). However, it works for the other two colleagues. PPTX to PDF works also fine from PowerpointI've already read through several forums and tutorials – can anyone tell me what the problem is?We use the current Acrobat cloud solution 

Hi,I purchased the Acrobat XI Pro outright and have been using it for years without any issue.  I now had to update to a new computer and my old computer was taken to professionals to factory reset it before donating it to a charity.  I've been sucessful in uploading the program to my new laptop but it seems to be still thinking the old laptop is still active as it keeps giving me a message to deactivate another device before my new one can be registered.  I've contacted the professionals and they confirmed that the old device was cleared and factory settings reset and that no program/app will still be active on it.  Yet I cant activate it on my curren new machine.  Finding a human to speak to is impossible and I feel totally deflated that Adobe sold a product to me with no intention to honour their sale no matter how long I use it.  It feels like I'm being pressured to purchase a new one after I've already paid for a product which I should still be using.

Hi I am having trouble with the reminders function in Adobe Acrobat. Although I'm setting the reminders to "Every Business Day", it seems that Adobe is still sending reminders to the signatories over the weekend. How do I address this?

I routinely need to complete forms. These are on a website.  I have beeen doing this for many years.  To save time I usually copy & paste from pdf of my last form and pdf of an email.  These are files saved as control A>print>save as pdf.  Been doing this for years no issues.  It started as a the odd one being fussy to now most  of them being fussy.  When I try to highlight/copy instead of highlighting just text I want it highlights about a 1/4 of the page in height, not single line anymore.  The odd one still functions.  I have not changed anything in my methods... any thoughts? I have tried help.Repair installation and I ensure the documents not protected, selection tool is indeed highlighted.

Hi all, I just got a new phone and came with Adobe installed. I just can't open any documents as it requires password even if the document is not password protected. What can I do to resolve this? Thanks all.
