Bonjour! J'ai besoin de retirer/remplacer des pages dans un PDF. J'ai Acrobat Pro en version d'essai. Je dois mettre dans mon document PDF les pages que j'ai imprimées, signées, numérisées et converties en PDF. Une solution simple et efficace serait mon premier choix.....Merci! 

For my organizations publications process, I generally share files that have been uploaded to Adobe Cloud by inviting my team's emails. They then have access to comment any edits. After, my editor would take the PDF that I technically "own" and was able to download the file from the Cloud and edit the comments himself. Lately, and it hasn't been with every file, when he downloads it, the comments are either not there or he is unable to edit them. Similarly, one of our contributors will comment photo captions then send the file back via email, and his comments do not show up. Does anyone have any insight to this? We've done this process for years without these issues.

Customer sending Microsoft Information Protection protected file that recipient and owner both unable to view using Android Adobe Acrobat app. Is this expected? if yes, is there any plan for any improvement as part of Adobe and Microsoft partnership?

I just received a new computer from work and tried printing a document in grayscale that had color.  Even after checking the box to print in grayscale in print options, it still came out color.  I tested printing in another application and it came out black & white as requested.  I went into Color Management to see if grayscale needed to be enabled, but after changing the grayscale profile, I now receive a "This document could not be printed" pop-up. How do I fix this to enable grayscale printing?  I should note I had Adobe Reader pre-installed but the program downloaded and installed full Acrobat after I signed in.

This is just started happening since late October 2023.  I open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 on my Mac to print. I get this popup "The document could not be printed".  When I select OK, then I get this popup "There were no pages selected to print". [All pages were selected to print.]  My workaround is to open in Adobe Reader app and print from there.  Does anyone know what is going on and how to fix it?  Is Adobe forcing everyone to go to subscription (yes of course they are) and so are not updating bugs in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017?  Thanks for any insight.    

I am using Acrobat 20.006.20034 on a Windows machine. I have a PDF document that is very wide and that needs poster-printing (i.e. tiled) horizontally over several pages, but I am having difficulties with margins. I scale the image so that it fits within the height of one page, and so that I only print a horizontal series. On the basis of my setting, it seems the Print dialog selects landscape/portait automatically, and ignores the associated buttons. Is that true? When I print, with no labels or cut-marks, I get white margins of about 0.5cm on all pages, which makes it hard to join them together. This is going to be a frequent operation and so I don't want to resort to a guillotine. Is there a setting that I can change that will remove these margins? I have also tried adjusting the Overlap field but I cannot see what it is doing. I expected it to print a certain amount of the document (default 0.005 in) on both adjoining pages to make alignment easier. Is this true?

In Adobe Acrobat DC I use the measuring tool often. When you set the Line properties it will save the style, thickness, colors & opacity but the "Start" and "End" line arrows are reset each time back to "Open". I make the new properties default with the Start and End as "none" but each time I create a new line the arrows return to "Open" so on each measurement I have to open the properties and reset each back to "none". This creates a lot of extra work. Is there a way to set the overall default to "None" or is there a work around. The arrows get in the way for anyone wishing to draw lines on forms.

When I apply and save redactions, they are repeating across multiple pages (either before or after page applied). I have tried restarting, checking for updates, reinstalling Acrobat DC, and optimizing the pdf prior to redacting. I am using the Pro account through Creative Cloud. I have tried actively applying the "Repeat Across Multiple Pages", then deleting the repeats before applying redactions - the repeated applied redactions still appear. Help!

Hello, I saw that someone (Alfonso5EAF) asked this question before with no reply.  I recently updated from Windows 7 to Windows 11. For work and organization we use a pdf thumbnail view on our files to visually sort through them quicker. The thumbnail images never had a white border around them. With the move to Windows 11, they now have a white border around them, which is very uneasy on the eye and I would like to go back to how it used to look. Does anyone have a way to solve this problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated!  Adam I attached a version of a thumbnail that has the white borders, and a correct one without the borders that Alfonso5EAF originally uploaded as reference. 

Hello, I am doing some icons, clipart and illustrations and deliver it to customers by PNG and also PDF, just in case they will need a vector file and also CMYK in the future. So normally I don't deliver the file that is directly printed, but just an image, but also in PDF (I always creat vector images by default). So I think it is good to export a PDF/X file just that I am sure I did not mix RGB and CMYK and no other errors are there. Also, I am independent from any PDF, SVG, AI version and so on. When I looked into this area the last time some years ago, the X-1a 2001 was recommended in general for communicating for example with printing companies. But as I don't deliver directly for printing, and also since Affinity Designer only exports X-1a 2003, I wonder now:a)  is the 2001 version still recommended and the 2003 more seen like not a good option to deliver graphics to customers?b)  if there is no printing paper / material known yet, does it make any differ

When printing a document to PDF, the colors were way too dark.After a lot of trying I have created  new settings and saved that as a new printer-setting or profile (or how it is named).Now the colors are very close to the original.I'd like to that that (new) setting as my default  - but keep the old one.How to set the new profile as default. Each time Acrobat resorts the old and I have to manually select the new one.Thanks=

Have checked the proper view thumbnails settings in acrobar DC and/or Acrobat Reader as well as the preview settings in the windows folders.  I have removed and performed clean installs on the adobe acrobat products.File explorer thumbnail preview works correctly for .XLSX, .DOCS, and .JPG files.When highlighting a .PDF in file explorer, the preview pane displays:"This file cannot be previewed because of an error in the PDF Preview Handler." I've followed a few links regarding the PDF Preview Handler, but haven't stumbled upon anything that has helped. Anyone have knowledge regarding repair of the Preview Handlers?

I have approximately 70 completed PDF documents and I originally was looking for a way to extract this data into an Excel file. As I read through this community, I'm seeing an option to add them to a response file to aggregate the data. I've not been able to find how to create this response file - can anyone assist?

I have a PDF with a video that I can not get to satisfy the Accessibility Checker within Acrobat, though it satisfies PAC 2024.I have the video taged inside (child to) an Annotation tag, and I am unable to pass the "Hides annotation" check.Inside the Tag panel, and inside the Content panel, Acrobat refuses to allow me to remove the alt text from the child (video) without it also removing the alt text from the parent Annotation tag - and vice versa. Some sort of forced inheritance.Has anyone else dealt with this? Is it a known bug/error?Many thanks in advance!

Hi all, I am having an issue at present where I have exported a PDF through InDesign using Print PDF settings.I have only used the Straight Black at 97% weight, but when checking the Output Preview using Adobe Acrobat it will show the first page Black as C0 M0 Y0 B97; However, when I check the second page it shows the same colour as C70 M65 Y62 K0. I repeated the process and checked the second page first, which gave the reverse result of C0 M0 Y0 B97 black, and then when checking the first it reverted to C70 M65 Y62 K0.Is this simply an Acrobat glitch? I'm using the current version of Adobe Acrobat, but just paranoid if I send the business cards off it will come back with a misprint. Any help is appreciated. CheersJohn

I have read lots of posts about TOC but the ones I could find didn't discuss excatly what I need to do. I would like to generate a table of contents within a pdf file. I have added bookmarks to headings but would like to have a TOC upfront in document. Thanks.  

Buenas tardes, Un archivo pdf de 135 kb se convierte en 1928 Kb tras la firmarlo con certificado digital con Adobe Acrobat DC. Si elimino de mi Adobe acrobat DC en preferencias/firmas/identidades y certificados de confianza/ los certificados de confianza entonces el tamaño del PDF generado (correctamente firmado por mi) no se incrementa sustancialmente. ( 139kb) ¿ existe manera de tener esos certificados de confianza descargados ( para validar las firmas de los documentods recibidos) pero que no afecten al docuemnto firmado? Un saludo.

So I am trying to make a hat from a template, and there are certain parts of the template I need printed out on its own while having it stay at a 96% scale.  is there any way to move this box to print the pieces I need?

I currently print pdf's and then make copies. The issue is when my originals get scanned to copy the left side and top is getting cut off, so I need to "shrink" down the fit to page within adobe. The issue is with the new printer, but I am unable to get it fixed. Is there anyway to use the fit to page option but have the margins increased or shrink down the fit to page?

En el inicio al presionar la pestaña de documentos, no abre nada y queda la rueda marcando como si estuviera cargando, anteriormente me aparecia ahí mismo los documentos salientes y los entrantes, tampoco me aparece las plantillas que habian sido guardadas.  

I have five text fields - Text1, through Text5, each on a different page of the pdf (Text1 is on page 1, Text2 is on page 2, etc.  I would like to make a print button that would print any pages that contain text.  If only Text1 contains text, then only page 1 would print.  If both Text2 and Text4 both contain text, then pages 2 and 4 would both print, etc..  Is this possible using only one print button?
