Your company no longer sells Adobe PDF iFilter 9.Can I use it in my company?I don't want to make works for sale, I just want to speed up the indexing function of Windows.I hope someone can provide an answer, thanks!

I keep trying to add the following custom calculation script to the field named AKA and I cannot get it to "stay". It just defaults back to "Value is not calculated." Am I missing a step?  I am going crazy trying to figure it ou. 🙂  I have attached my file.  The script I am trying to utilize is: event.value = this.getField("Name on Loan").valueAsString + " aka " + this.getField("Name on Title").valueAsString; I am trying to autopopulate this field based off of the "Name of Field" and the "Name on Title" fields with "aka" inserted in between them.

See photos. When I click to stamp a document, the stamp feature disappears. I deleted my custom stamps, and it still does it this way. Also does it with Edit PDF, and with the AI assistant. I am paying $170 for this program to work. This is basic functionality. Closed creative cloud and reoponed. Confirmed latest version. Deleted stamps. Tried in different documents with the same problem. I have no third party add ons.

I keep getting this pop up everytime after I enter text into a textfield. I have to ok it everytime to go to the next field. Document worked fine yesterday. Any way to block these messages.  

I used to have a script that depends on a checkbox selection and have since removed the script. When I now export to PDF, I keep getting this error message every time I click on the checkboxes. How do I fix this issue when I already deleted the script? Thank you!

I work with large PDF files (200+ pages) using Acrobat Pro - see version in screenshot below.I typically add a lot of comments and highlighting to my files. The issue randomly happens when I try to save a file and Acrobat crashes while saving.I force close Acrobat, then when I reopen and select to restore the unsaved files, Acrobat cannot find the file.The file disappears from my computer and is nowhere to be found: work folder, temp folder, recyclying bin, etc. Hours of work just lost and I have to start over.  I have gone through the log reporting process at least once to no avail, the issue is still there. What is going on??? Why does Acrobat delete files without my say so? How to prevent/fix this?  

I have put together a PDF form that will be on a website for download and want to have some calculations for ticket purchasing. Can this be done on a downloadable form and if so is there a tutorial for adding the calculations? Thanks,John

When trying to create a PDF I get the following error message: The Security Level is set too high. Please run the application which created the document, in the Security Warning dialog select the check box "Always trust macros from this source" and enable 

Recieves error as shown in screenshot when attempting to save in adobe acrobat. "The document could not be saved. Cannot save to this filename. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder. The only way around is to save it under new file name. 

I would expect the attached document to be read, Chapter, Term... Next line "1 actionable Capable...."  It is not starts on the a few lines down and then stays in a column.  Then it works ok and then it only reads from the terms column.  Not sure how to cure this problem. I am using this as a study tool for a class on B-law to review terms when I am on a walk or run. Thanks

I use the Acrobat pro in my laptop after push keyboard for change language for comment and edit file that the program has shown status the not respond in my screen after that the program freezes auto.

I work IT at a company full of engineers who use Acrobat Pro to sign documents. I just replaced a user's PC with a new laptop, and upon getting his Adobe set up, we are encountering an issue.When he goes to use his Digital Signature, it appears with all the Letters in the Name and Date field stacked/jumbled on top of each other. Creating a new signature shows the same issue. What I've been messing with is the Text Direction... When set to Auto or Left-to-Right, it shows jumbled, but when you set it Right-to-Left, the characters all appear correctly. This leads me to believe this isnt a Font issue like I've seen suggested in other posts. I do not work with Adobe in my position, so I do not know much about its inner working. Any guidance would be appreciated in trying to solve this issue, as my user can not sign important documents until this is fixed, and I do not want to just tell him "Leave it Right-to-left" as I feel like that is ignoring the issue. 

Hi, I use Acrobat on a Mac Book Air.  When I print an a PDF it prints a black background.  I have looked online and tried downloading a new driver etc but to no avail.  I had this occur before but it self corrected eventually.  Alas it is back and is very frustrating.  Any tips would be appreciated.   I am using Continuous release Adobe V 2025.001.20476Mac Book Air 2020MacOS Sequoia V15.4.1 Thanks 🙂

On a daily basis, I use the Adobe Combine feature to combine multiple pages/documents into one PDF file. Recently, Adobe Acrobat Pro updated to combine to PDF Portfolio which I hate. I am using a paid program (Adobe Acrobat Pro) which tells me in Windows that I need to download Adobe Reader (free) in order to view the file in the preview pane. How stupid is it that the paid program cannot preview its own documents?! Also, because I am uploading these PDF Portfolios into government websites, I am limited to size and often need to reduce/compress the PDFs. With PDF Portfolio, there is no way to reduce file size/optimize. How do I get rid of Portfolio mode so that I can go back to combine as multi-page PDF file...not in Portfolio mode? 

My job involves filling out quite a few pre-created forms.  I am unable to fill in some boxes because the text won't fit and won't autosize to fit the box.  I understand that this can be controlled by whomever created the form, but I have an associate that is able to access the same exact form and be able to have their text auto fit.  Neither of us are using Acrobat Pro.  I am using Adobe Acrobat, but not Pro.  Please help, I'm losing my mind because I can't do something so basic and can't find any information anywhere on the internet that isn't related to Pro.  

Whenever I try to create a PDF from a Word document with attached PDF files, the Word document is converted to PDF but loses the attachments. It only retains the image of the attached PDF within the body, but the file itself is lost. Is there any way to keep these attachments so that they can be opened when clicking the link? I know it is possible to attach them afterward, but it takes a lot of time and is a huge rework.

Despues de hacer la instalación cuando intento registrar el software  se me queda en el siguiente estado Después de varios intentos me ha salido una notificación que se me cancelaba la suscripción y que el número de serie introducido no es válido ¿Como puedo recuperar mi licencia y hacer la instalación del software? Muchas gracias a todos. 

Hi,I changed my screens configuration and now Acrobat opens on invisible screen. I have to do ALT+Space, M and then move it with arrows.And every time I open it is the same.What makes it worse is that ALL the dialog boxes (for Save As..., for Open) do the same and it's really annoying.I tried changing the Main screen to other monitor, tried to use "Last view settings" from preferences, triedclosing it Maximized, tried in preferences to set "use biggest monitor" - nothing helps!So, how do I have Acrobat open VISIBLE again, and have it restore normal position for all the dialog boxes???

Bonsoir,   J'ai Acrobat DC et je crée régulièrement des formulaires pour faire des PDF modifiables. Cela fonctionne plutôt bien sauf pour les cases à cocher. En effet, les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas cocher plusieurs cases... quand ils en cochent une, l'autre ou les autres se décochent. J'ai beau regarder dans les propriété de la case je vois pas ce que je dois faire pour que mes PDF modifiables soient parfaits. Merci pour votre aide Bonne soirée

Hi thereI created document with many tables in InDesign.My table is tagged properly with <TH> and <TD> cells.Inside each cell, the text is tagged a <P> In InDesign, I exported paragraphy styles as 'automatic' - I didn't assign a P to the styles. Does it matter that the data are <p> iniside <td>?If it does, what do I do so that this does not happen?Thank you.

I´m trying to rename and save a fillable PDF to a different location without succes. I´m using the following javascript and getting a warning and anerror message as attached. Hi there, I converted a word document with checkboxes to pdf but the checkbox style it created them in is "Square". Is there any way to change all of these at once to the "Check" style without having to change them all painfully one by one? Thanks for your help.

I want to protect the javascript I have entered from being seen or edited by encrypting the PDF with a password.  When I protect the PDF, any javascript statement that contains the exportAsFDF stops working.  Any way of making the exportAsFDF statement work like it does in an un-protected version of the PDF?Wes

Since 2020 is apparently no longer available to the public. Is Adobe saying I'm SOL after only 2+ years and forcing me to purchase the newest version?
