i use the color conversion in acrobat, in result all the photo will loss detail, like a high compression JPG file, have many noise, can i solve this? or is any wrong setting? 

I've repaired Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I then uninstalled and reinstalled but the prelifght panel won't open. All the other panels in the Print Production tool do open, but not preflight. You can see that it looks like it's activated, but that's it (see image). Hopeing someone can help. Thanks.

Hello,I am unable to open any prior pdf files that have been saved after installing an adobe acrobat on my new computer. It gets the following message.  " Adobe Acrobat could not open " FILE NAME" because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged."  This is hundreds of files 😞 

I have recently just upgraded work computers from the Surface Laptop 2 to the Surface Book 3. I frequently have to open PDFs (engineering drawings) in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and mark them up with comments. On my Surface Laptop 2, I was able to open a PDF (in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC) and grab my pen and start writing. The PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my Surface Book 3, however, do not recognize my Surface Pen. Both Whiteboard and OneNote, the other two places I use my pen both work perfectly fine, which isolates this to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. When I touch the screen with the Surface Pen in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, it just grabs the PDF scrolls in whichever way I move the pen. I have gone through my settings in each computer side-by-side and verified that all settings are the same, including the "Auto detect pen hardware to enable markup." I have done all the elementary steps: unclicking that setting, closing app, reopening, reselcting, trying again/ simply restarting my computer/ uninstalling

Hello! I've created a Portfolio with more then 50 pdf files. When I open Portfolio, I can scroll down and up with no problem. But as soon as I open any of files in that portfolio, the scroll locks completely. Can't scroll the preview list of files at all. Since I have more then 50 files in my Portfolio, I really need to be able to scroll to access last files. Side scroll bar disappears. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks!

I've been having this issue recently that when I autotag a document, it leads to character encoding issues. Except, it doesn't always show up as a failure in that accessibility checker. Sometimes letters just *disappear*. As in, I can see them on the page, but they're no longer in the content containers when I check the tag tree and aren't voiced with a screen reader. Some examples are, "refective, fltered, beneft, specifc, defned". I'm unsure why some seemingly random characters are just missing. This has happened with several PDFs, and don't have access to the source documents, either. When I check character encoding before autotagging, no issues come up. But in most cases, I have to autotag, because the documents don't have space at the end of lines of text in a paragraph, meaning the first and last words will be smooshed together, and autotagging is the only way I've found to fix that. Hi, Guys! I'd like your help because I have an Acrobat Pro X and I'm not getting use it due to have already registered over two activation and I'm receiveing a message that I need to deactivate in another where this be activated yet. However, I'm not have access to this computer due to the damages done to HDD where the App was installed. So, how can I deactivate all previous activation in order to restart the Acrobat Pro in my new SSD under the same serial number? Thanks in advance for all.

I an looking for a way to batch change page labels across multiple files so that the page labels match the bates numbers.  For example:   File #1 has 10 pages, page labels 1 to 10, and bates stamps ending in 100 to 110 File #2 has 5 pages, page labels 1 to 5, and bates stamps ending in 111 to 115   I want to be able to batch change the page labels so that file #1 has page labels 100 to 110 and file #2 has page labels 111 to 115.  I know I can do this for each file individually, but I am looking for a way to do multiple files at once since I am dealing with over 100 files.  I'm hoping someone has already figured out a way to do this by adding a javascript to an action.  I don't know enough about java to write such a script.   Thanks

Certain departments have Ricoh printers configured with User Codes. However, if the user simply opens a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or Adobe Acrobat Pro on their Mac OS X system and goes to File - Print and selects Print, the job will not print. The web interface of printer reports an Authentication error (Access restricted), but the User Code is saved correctly. If the user goes to File - Print and selects Printer... changes nothing and just clicks Print and then Print again, the job will print correctly. Will Adobe fix this issue?

Hi all,I am having an issue with the 'Sign In' button on Adobe Acrobat Pro continuous release ver 2024.005.20421 on Windows 10.  The text of the button changes from black to blue when I hover the mouse cursor over that area, but it does not respond when clicked. If I try to sign in via the help menu there is an 'initializing registration please retry after a minute' message. The same result is encountered on several workstations. I suspect that the issue is related to blocked URLs as internet access is quite restricted in our environment.  https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/endpoints.html Referring to the above link. *.adobe.com and *.adobelogin.com are already allowed and I can login via web browser.   Has anyone else encountered this issue?  Are there other URLs to be allowed for the Sign In function to work? Thanks for your help.  

I have installed Adobe Acrobat Build: 25.1.20432.0 on my iMac running Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.1. I just need an Acrobat product that I can open PDF files, annotate with comments, use basic highlighting functions in Acrobat and hopefully is still a free product. The first question is am I using the proper 64-bit Adobe product for Mac OS 15.3.1? I can go to Finder, display Applications, left click on the Adobe Acrobat icon and click on Open to open this application. This is the only application on this computer I have to do this process to open it. Then once it is open, I cannot double click on a PDF file to open it in Acrobat--I have to display the folder in Finder, right click on the PDF document and finally click Open to opne it. And it often occurs that when I click on the Acrobat icon in my System Tray, Acrobat will just quit without any messages. Please help because these long procuedures for opening Acrobat and PDF files are just plain tedious!! Thanks for anyone's help with these pro

 I am trying to create a link in a PDF with Acrobat DC. I have made the box around the text for the link, but I don't know how to add the URL I want to link the text box.  I have clicked on the link in Edit PDF,  Added a box around the text for the link. In step 4, I opened a Web Page in another tab and copied the URL.  I don't know where to paste this URL.

I am working on a form that uses multiple text fields to calculate a total field that I need to then have divided by half using a checkbox.  I am able to get the total of all the fields, but when I add the check the checkbox it will not divide the total.

I created a simple "Hello World!" tagged PDF and added a hidden sign cert. I have Can anyone help in this is problem ? I have a pdf of 312 pages and all pages are digitally signed from a digital signature pendrive which is issued by a trusted authority, Problem is i am unable to verify signature after 250 pages means from page 1-250 all pages shows signature is valid, from 251-311 it says unable to verify signatures it shows me red cross and at last page 312 it again shows that signature is verified.If it was problem of pdf then please note that i have already tried it with many pdfs there is not a problem from pdf side, i think only adobe reader cannot verify siganture after 250 pages. Please someone help me in this.

Why will my settings not stay selected everytime I reopen Adobe?  Specifically the Undo option, Clockwise page feature, measuring tool and any defaults related to color of lines or text call out boxes.  Also the "open documents as new tabs in the same window (requires relaunch) doesnt work. Thanks

Hi, I don't know why every time I try to fill out any documents using fill and sign tool the words are transparents not in black color, I removed the app and reinstalled but the problem still exist.

As the Subject Title states, printing is super frustrating with Adobe Acrobat because printing simply does not work, or I am not patient enough to wait 10 minutes for the Adobe to process or flatten or whatever it does to get the document ready to send to printer. I figured out that the issue was not my printer but Adobe Acrobat after I send the same PDF's to print with the Apple Preview PDF reader instead of Adobe Acrobat.  How can the industry leader and innovator and paid app be so frustrating and hair pulling to use? seriously, get your *£$&%@*^ *£$% TOGETER ADOBE

I've noticed a strange behavior with Adobe Acrobat over the past couple of weeks. When opening Adobe Acrobat on a Mac, it seems to launch the Adobe Acrobat Helper app instead. I assume this is now part of Adobe Acrobat's structure, but I’m not sure why it's happening. Essentially, when you open Adobe Acrobat, it doesn't launch the main app directly; instead, it opens the Helper app, which is part of the Adobe Acrobat package. Does anyone know why this is happening?

When I double click on a PDF it takes a long time for Acrobat DC to launch. If I leave Acrobat DC running the PDF file will open in Acrobat DC almost immeadiately. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Ich habe schon die Optionen für die Barrierefreiheit geändert und kann in einigen Fällen die Dokumentenfarbe händisch auf Weiß stellen, was aber unbefriedigend ist, da dies nicht für alle Dokumente gleichermaßen zu gelten scheint. Bei einigen Dokumenten hilft dies, bei anderen nicht. Ein Muster kann ich nicht erkennen. Aufgetreten ist das erstmalig bei einem mir per E-Mail zugestellten PDF-Dokument. Interessanter weise tritt dies auch nicht auf, wenn ich das PDF im Browser oder E-Mail-Client öffen.Was kann ich tun
