When I sign in it will not allow me to click business / school account and only personnel which doesn't allow me to edit with Pro. How do I shift me account to business?

Hi,New to posting so apologies if this is in the wrong place.I'm creating a form, with a text field in, I want to be able to show the text box at a certain size, but add in more text - that I do not need to print - only send in electronic form - and scroll through the information.Is this possible in Adobe - or can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Hi Adobe Community, I'm having an issue with Adobe Pro where we Add Text and it is slow to show the characters inouted, but painfully slower to delete them. In fact, the text will flash one at a time before deleting. Interstingly enough, Add Text Box works just fine. This seems like a setting issue so we already tried unchecking "Enabled Enhanced Security" and "Protected Mode." That did not resolve our issue. We also unchecked "Enable hardware rendering for legacy video cards", "Show online storage", and did a repair in control panel. Hi, I want to use keyboard shortcuts for commenting tools, such as 'Strikethrough text'. However when I try, either nothing happens or I get a webpage offering paid subscription. What's up with this? (I'm using Acrobat Pro free version on a Mac.)  Thanks for any help!

I work in a small city government that has 10+ years of individual pdf documents that record the decisions of our City Council. Often, I am called upon to go back into these documents to find when a specific decision was made, or what the details were around that decision. Doing a search using Adobe Acrobat on each, individual pdf is tedious, and I am trying to determine what might be the best way to effectively search documents over one or more years. I would also like to make this capability accessible to my city's citizens on our city website, but I don't want the public to have the ability to "find and replace" any of the content in these pdf records.Without signing up for Acrobat AI Assistant, I am thinking that one "quick and dirty" way to get this done is to scan a full year of pdfs into one document (about 350 pages) and post that full year of records online for community members (and me) to search using Acrobat's text recognition conversion. Just over the past couple of weeks I've had a new issue with Acrobat Pro. I have to include formatting (italics and bold, mostly) in comments and have been doing so for many years. But just recently that formatting has been dropping out. If I quit Acrobat and reopen, I can get it to start accepting formatting again, but it doesn't bring back the formatting that was lost. For example, I'll have text where I have italicized words and those words are suddenly in plain text. I put the formatting back in and it shows up in the comment box, but when I "post" the comment, the formatting is gone. If I quit and come back, I am successful in getting the italics to hold for the moment, but it may disappear the next time I have the file open. What can I do to make sure this formatting isn't lost?

We just applied Microsoft Double Key Encryption (DKE), with a corresponding Sensitivity label. It works fine with Word and the MS Unified Labeling Client / Viewer. However, when trying to open a DKE-labelled file with Adobe Acrobat Pro, we get the error attached ("Double Key Consumption is Disabled").No documentation whatsoever anywhere about this message. Google says "no results found". By reverse-engineering (text search) the binaries of Acrobat and the libraries of the plug-ins (mip_protection_sdk.dll, mip_core.dll, mip_upe_sdk.dll), it seems to me that the libraries themselves support double key encryption. Exécutez l'application de création de document, dans la boite de dialogue avertissement de sécurité, activez l'option Toujours faire confiance aux macros provenant de cette source et activez les macros..."Il n'y  a pas de boite de dialogue avertissement de sécurité visible.Adobe et Office on été réparés.Le phénomène est identique en activant toutes les macros dans Word.Merci de vos bon conseils.  

Hey all,I have Acrobat Pro DC and I have noticed that some documents scroll one whole page at a time, and I think that makes the presentation much better. I have a report to submit soon and I would like to enable this for that document, but am unaware of how to do so. All I could find online is changing the PDF reader settings to force it, but I want it to work on other peoples computers. I would appreciate any tips / advice on how to get this to work! Thanks

Hi, I am an application support specialist my user wants to use adobe print to pdf, to open the pdf after printing. The option for viewing the pdf after printing is enabled.  Same happening on the server.rely is offremoved and added the adobe pdf converter in printers. Doesnt solve the issue. the adobe is latest version. Please advise. Iffat Egg Farmers of Canada

Hello there! I'm having this problem when everytime I open a file in acrobat Dc (latest) it is sooooo slow to display, it just appear the multicolored circle that show that it's processing it and when finally make the zooming in, the image is not displayed correctly, and white squares appear and dissapear as if it's having so much trouble working on the file... then it freezes or take a ton of time so I have to Force quit the app....I don't have this issue in Illustrator o Photoshop just in Acrobat I have all the security enhanced off, the oage display al 4's in rendering unchecked.  I'm working in a 27 inch Imac from late 2015 with Monterey,  3.3Ghz quad core intel core i5, 20gb 1600ddr and AMD radeon r9 m395 2 gbHoping that you guys can help me with this frustrating issue, Best regards.Martin. Hello, I am encountering an issue while trying to compress a PDF file using Adobe Acrobat. Whenever I attempt to compress the file, I receive an error message stating "File is already compressed." However, I have not uploaded a compressed file and I am unable to proceed with the compression process due to this error.I have tried compressing various PDF files, but the same error message appears consistently. I have also made sure that the files I am attempting to compress are not already compressed. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on resolving this issue. Is there a way to overcome this error and successfully compress the PDF files? Thank you in advance for your help.

I am using Adobe Sign in Adobe Acrobat Pro, on an individual plan.I have sent a document for signing, but I've typed one of the emails wrongly. How can I change this now so I don't have to ask the other recipient to sign again? I've found instructions for changing it in Adobe Sign, but I can't find it in Acrobat. I can only see the recipients, not manage them.

Hello Everyone,  I have a user with a "Request e-signatures" button that had disappeared. They once had this button listed under "All tools" when they were working on a document within their installation of the desktop application. This user is on a Windows 10 (not the Home edition) for desktops.  I am currently troubleshooting the ways to make this button reappear within the application, but so far I haven't had much luck other than to reinstall the application without updating it. On the other hand, if I don't update Acrobat Pro, the user will be missing out on other premium features.  Troubleshooting steps (not in any particular order):1). I tried adding the registry key "bUpdater" as a DWord value set to "1" at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cServices. 2). Please Help,Everytime that I try to send a docusign document to a certain email, adobe changes the name of the recipient to a different person.  I am unable to change it and it sends the document to the correct email, wrong name.  How can I change this?

Hi, I've avoided marking up in acrobat for 4 years due to this and figured there must be a way to fix it. I have a Wacom 13, running windows 10 and on acrobat Pro.  When I print the first leter it will be ok. As soon as i lift for the second it just makes a dot and stops writting. It also trys to engage the right click menu randomly (i checked my Wacon settings and also it doesnt do this in any other program). If i do cursive it works fine until you have to go to the next word. Not sure if it's lag or a setting. I have to bring PDF's into visio as an image and then mark them up. It sucks lol.  Any idea what I'm missing?

How do I get rid of the results page when comparing files? The option to toggle show/hide summary is gray in the file a printer sent me that already created the comparison. But the comparison feature is useless with the results page in first position. Any ideas? Do I need to ask the printer to change a setting? If so, which one? Thanks!

In Adobe, when combining documents the editing pane sometimes appears to "lose" content. It disappears from view, but the preview pane looks just fine. I'm afraid to combine documents that look empty. How can I fix this? Here are my notes from attempting to resolve the problem:  When user combines documents the pages in the editing pane will lose content, but will show complete in the preview pane.This causes the user (out of fear of creating a blank document) to close and reopen the document, which resolves the issue, but the user doesn't like that she has to perform the extra click for the combined .pdf to appear as normalUser has Adobe version 24.0020180Repaired Adobe, no resolutionCould not find any actionable information regarding the user's issue onlinePending further investigation Please let me know if further information is needed, thank you.  

Hi all, I have used Adobe to convert a large pdf file (417 pages with many pictures) and I am experiencing issues opening the converted word file in Microsfot word. I have tried on two different laptops and the same error message appears: Word experienced an error trying to open the file.Try these suggestions.* Check the file permissions for the document or drive.* Make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space.* Open the file with the Text Recovery converter. The file permission and free memory space doesn't appear to be the issue. If you have any suggestions, please help!  Thanks,Ashleigh 

I have so many pdfs that I can't open in google drive because the file / folder's names are too many characters. After searching it seems that the limit is 255 including the folder path. So the deeper in - the shorter the file name needs to be. Some of my folders have hundreds of pdfs.Probably more of a google drive question than adobe - but does anyone know how to shorten the name of a bunch of folders with all different names? Likely not possible... But some clever person on here may know...

All even numbered pages print text upside down and mirrored when set to flip on long edge Windows 10 desktop Dell PCAdobe Pro (2022.001.20085) up to date.Printer driver up to date.MS Word duplexes fine. All pdf files affected Flip on short edge works fine Have tried restarting computer, printing as image, and variations on portrait/landscape. No success. 

Can someone tell me why my Creative Cloud Subscription only allows me to install a stripped down version of acrobat, (Acrobat Pro 32 bit). When I can go to the download site and install the 64 bit Acrobat Pro DC? Why isn't the best version available for download and updates in Creative Cloud?
