I'm creating a form that submits a filled out PDF to a specific email. If anyone can help in either hiding the Off or to change the unchecked value of all the check boxes to a blank would be greatly appreciated. Ty!

Hi‭, ‬I received PDF with hundreds of corrections that I would like to insert automatically to the original InDesign's document‭ (‬trough PDF Comments‭ function) ‬but they were done as‭ "‬ STRIKETHROUGH_TEXT‭" ‬and not as a‭ "‬REPLACE_TEXT". ‬Is it possible to change their type by a script‭?‬Thanks for any idea!

Question re: Drop-down - character limit.    I have two drop-down menu items.  One is 276 characters with spaces and teh other is 694 with spaces.   Question1: How can I increase the character spaces?   Questoin 2:  How can I get the text to wrap.  

I have CC'd email addresses to receive a final signed copy of a document. They currently are getting notfications when each party has signed as well as when the document is initiated. How do I make the setting so they ONLY RECEIVE once ALL parties have signed?

I installed Acrobat as a part of Creative Cloud on me new laptop (Windows 11).Whatever I do, Acrobat stays in the certified mode. My not-certified plugins (working oké on my former laptop (Windows10)) don't show. How can this problem be resolved?

Hi, when clicking on the Envelope icon in Acrobat, there used to be a window offering two options: as an attachment via my standard mail-app, or as link to a cloud version. Since yesterday that window is shown all blanc for less than a second, then after some moments of hesitation (no chance to chose anything, thus) an eMail with a link is generated without further confirmation.How can I get „Send as attachment“ back? (btw, as mentioned by others before: I’d love to be able to set this behaviour once forever, and not having to confirm every single time again.)Acrobat 2023.001.20143 on Mac OS 10.15.7, standard mail app: Apple Mail

i am wondering if it is possible to have specific options on a dropdown list be triggered based on what radio button is selected on a form. for instance, if there are four radio buttons and one of them is selected then a different option will show on the dropdown list. example - if the user of the form selects radio button named "other" than the choice "rebates" will appear on the dropdown list but if they were to choose a button named "refunds" than the dropdown list will show something else. i am new with adobe so feel free to dumb down any solutions for this. 

We have recently started encounting this issue with some of our users.We are using the Classic track of Adobe Acrobat 2020, which has recently started prompting for Sign-In and the software has been showing that the software subscription has expired, even though actvated with a serial key. Steps I have tried this far to try and resolve.Manually deleted all Adobe related folders from users AppData folder and the folder from C:\ProgramData.Removed all registry settings related to Acrobat 2020.Manually installed the software and entered the serial.Generted a new Transform file and disabled all online services.Signed in with a seperate account onto the PC and tried to use Acrobat.Uninstalled and reinstalled with updated version from the download at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html If I sign in using my Creative Cloud account, it seems to work fine as it activates using my cloud license. Good Afternoon,We have just recently upgraded from Acrobat v7 Standard to Acrobat X Professional.With Acrobat 7 several users would pass around a PDF document for each user to sign and to add attachments to it. Now that we have upgraded to Acrobat X this is not possible. As after the first person signs the pdf with their signature the whole PDF document locks.Please advise if there is a way to disable the locking, as the PDF document needs to stay unlocked for others to sign and attach spreadsheets to it.Please let me know if you require anything further.Kind Regards,K

When I convert this document to PDF the email addresses and phone numbers change into a series of incoherent numbers and symbols. As you can see on the attached image, this does not happen on all of the emails and phone numbers. I do not think its Arabic assist or Hindu digits as it's not happening throughout the document. I have ungrouped the elements on the original document and taken off the email hyperlinks. That did not fix the issue.

Is it possible to replace highlighted text with a redaction? My college highligted the text to redact (he only has the reader).I have to redact all highlights.I would like to do this all at once instead of going through the whole document. 

Did something change to how Purview works within Adobe recently ? When i opened a Purview locked document with Adobe Acrobat Reader, i still get the login info but when i log in nothing happens, it just stays stating ( We have Opened a new browser Tab for you to sign in ) but nothing happens, after awhile it times out and give me a " Client Application Failed to provide authentication token for HTTP Request  " now our department cant only PDFs because it wont accept out logins anymore. hi there.first time user of the Pro DC version of AR and i really need a helping hand.im about to make a form, where i define different textboxes, dropdowns aso.i want to have it responsive as if a dropdown value is selected, another field is closed or open, depending on the choice of the previous made value. so f.e., the first dropbox value is ABC, it should not be possible to choose from the next dropbox. but if the value DEF, the second and following dropboxes are accessable.if the form is completely filled, there should be an "action button" which generates a new file ( excel table f.e. ), and took the values which are made in the form and transport them to this specific excel table.i hope you understand what i mean...everybody else i asked could not follow my abstract thinking, but hey...we all are no experts in this.thanks for any reply in advance!

New version of Acrobat on new WIN11 machine.Despite lots of comments requesting otherwise, the newest version of Acrobat STILL forces an automatic OCR conversion just by opening the Edit "tab".   99% of the time, when I access that action group its only because I just want to CROP a pdf, an action which doesn't require OCR.We have a lot of programs which automatically create pdfs, most of which do not format well, especially when creating a pdf from an image, a picture, a screen capture, or a drawing.  I probably crop two dozen pdfs every day just to clean them up.  Its very annoying to have to wait for a feature to complete that I DON'T WANT and DON'T NEED.IS THERE A WAY TO SHUT OCR OFF YET!

I have been formatting a PDF document, using a couple of text boxes on a page. In some cases an individual text box will have a couple of types of formatting e.g. a bold heading and a bullet point list below. After saving and closing the document, I wanted to make more edits to the text. I re-opened, went to the 'edit' option, and all of my text boxes have disappeared - there were 3 in a row, there are now about 10, all with different portions of the original text in them. The allocation of text in different boxes is quite random. How do I stop this happening? It makes using this edit function pretty redundant if I can't fix this!

So the physical keys to press to zoom a PDF in and out is the same even if I switch to an ISO layout in the OS. This means that if I have a physical keyboard with ISO layout I have to press ⌘+ to zoom out(!) and ⌘´ which makes sense on an ANSI keyboard because there those keys correspond to + and - respectively.In the Adobe Acrobat Reader app the keys to use for zooming follows the keyboard layout set in the OS – would be great if the Extension in the web browser also could do that to make using it more consistant with the app.

Although my default font is Helvetica, bold text is written in Arial. This is also the case when I open a document.I am waiting for your support.

When opening a new pdf file adobe will open it in the last windows desktop were a pdf is still open. How to set the opening of a new pdf in the working windows desktop?Thanks

Whether I have 1 document open or many documents open, the document's name in the document tab is cut off and I can't read the full name. This is very frustrating when I have documents with similar job numbers open at the same time.

Title says it all.  I created a custom toolbar.  I would like to have it attached to every document when opened.  Is this possible?  If so, how?

Hi all,Just notice today that when I filter comments (for example stamps) in the comments pane then all the other comments like highlight and text disappear from the document itself and not only from the "comment pane".  If I remember correctly the filter comment use to work only for filtering on the pane itself and not on the document. Let me know if you understand what I mean. Giovanni

Hi! I am working on the reading order for a document and I have most of the document done but there are two sections of text that will not be picked up by the reading order tool. It goes like this--> I select the text with the tool, the text is highlighted with a purple rectangle, I click the type of content it is (in this case an H2 and some paragraph text) and then nothing happens. The reading order pop up box greys out, and the text that I had highlighted becomes un-highlighted, and nothing appears in the tag list. Essentially, like I never selected the text to begin with. I have almost the entire document done and it was working fine up until now. I have checked to make sure there aren't any empty tags (there aren't), I have restarted adobe, my computer, I tried on two different computers with the same document (same problem) so I'm guessing it's something with the document but I can't for the life of me figure out what. Any help is greatly appericated!

Tengo 5 PDF que están hechos (seguramente) por alguien que debe de tener las licencias de Pantone en su cuenta de Adobe y contiene elementos pintados en dos tintas Pantone más una tinta "DIE" (línea de troquelado) que no puedo convertir a solo CMYK desde mi cuenta (que no tiene esas licencias Pantone). Puedo visualizar el contenido, ocultar y mostrar los colores planos desde la vista previa de salida, pero no hay forma de exportar ni convertir el PDF de manera que esas tres tintas queden incluídas dentro de los cuatro colores de cuatricomía. Alguna sugerencia para solucionar este dilema?
