Hello, Somehow, I am unable to create a PDF from within Acrobat DC from a docx document because docx (or doc) is not a supported format. I have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, so my version of Acrobat is the most recent. I also have an O365 subscription, so my Word version is the latest and installed on my PC. I am able to print to PDF from inside Word, or Save as PDF, but that is not appropriate for me because I need to create a PDF using a different ISO standard than the one available from inside Word. Can anyone help?

Hello, everyone! I had a problem with the language while converting a pdf file into a Word file. When I convert an English pdf file into an Arabic Word file, the content looks like as if it is not recognized at all by Adobe and as if it is the "Honolulu" language. So how can I overcome this challenge? Thank you

Is anyone having an issue when opening  a second file in Adobe Acrobat?Starting last week when I click on a PDF file it opens fine in Acrobat.  However when I try to open another file it will not open right away.  I either have to close my Acorbat and then open the second file or keep clicking on the second file and it will eventually open. I have Acrobat (64-bit) (24.005.20307) on Windows 10.This issue is happening anytime I try to open more than one file in Acrobat.  I have uninstalled it and also repaired it and I am still having the same issue.Any suggestions.

Can someone guide me through "how" to access the Default Stamp Pallete in Adobe Acrobat Pro? I am in construction, so when I send data sheet & shop drawing submittals to the General Contractors, I have found it extremeley convenient/handy in the past to simply use a "Dynamic Stamp" in Adobe to place on my .pdf document......usually the "Reviewed" Stamp with my company name, date, & time. That's all I really need to access for stamps. I'm not sure why Adobe has made it so difficult to access these stamps.   I would have thought it would have showed up when I click on "All Tools" or something like that.   I believe it did appear as an option on older versions of Adobe Acrobat. Thank you!

I'm getting this error when I try to open a PDF-compatible Illustrator file in Acrobat. Additionally, AI files are greyed-out from the Open dialog box. Was this functionality recently removed? Do I need to open these files in an older version of Acrobat? 

In Acrobat Pro DC, after redacting a document and applying the redactions, upon saving I get a message "Expected end of color space." and then I am returned to the document. I exit and it appears that my redactions are in place. When I reopen the document, at the top it reads, "This PDF contains unapplied redactions. To permanently remove the selected content, select Apply.: When I click on Apply, I get the "Expected end of color space." message again. What does this message mean and how do I address?

Apologies if this has been asked before. I have created a fillable invoice form that will be sent to all of our clients via link in email to fill out and email back to me. It is my understanding that our clients then need to save this form as a copy to their computer in order to view and edit it to create their own invoice. The question/problem I am now facing - Do each of our customers have to have Adobe Acrobat Pro in order to fill out this form? Thanks in advance for any answers or guidance. 

I've been searching to see if this was already answered on this forum or elsewhere, but I'm not finding it with the search terms I've tried... When typing in the Date Fields, it takes the first number you enter as the day, instead of the month, but I would like the first number entered to be used as the month. This wouldn't be a problem if I wanted it to display as MM/DD/YYYY, because it doesn't switch the order of the numbers, so even if I type 2/1/24 & it thinks 2 is the day, it still displays at DD/MM/YYYY & keeps it looking as 2/1/2024.... but I have a custom date format set to show it as "ddd - mmm d" - so if I type 2/1 thinking it will be Feb 1, it puts it as Jan 2.... ("Tue - Jan 2" instead of "Thu - Feb 1")What can I do to make it so that when I type 2/1, it shows it as Feb 1, not Jan 2? Thanks!

So I have this issue where I make fillable forms with a signature line. They form looks great on my end. When I send the form to be completed, individuals that receive the form, when opening in their web browser do not see any fillable fields at all. So, ok,  I can tell people that they have to download the unfilled out form, save it, then reopen it from their computer. Ok - not awesome but workable. Now, when people open it, the signature field is still not "fillable" and doesn't show up as an available field. Or it does if they have Acrobat pro, but then it is a certified signature that is requested. Not simeple. Shouldn't anyone who receives the form be able to open it, even in Acrobat Reader, and complete the form? This product should be able to easily do that and not make it so burdensome for people to complete. ANy advice or guidance is appreciated.

Hi guys,Any ideas on this one:  New Windows 11 Pro build, my normal account. Photoshop has installed fine. With Acrobat though, all I get is the above, it freezes the rest of the app and I can only close it through Task Manager... does it matter that I have Foxit installed on this machine? Thanks.

Hi there, When sending an email with an adobe acrobat it is returning my email saying the sender has rejected due to possible spam. They are only roughly 165kb so not big.I contacted microsoft support and they have told me to compress and zip the file, which I did and it sent but came through as a folder that you need to download and open, not sure my clients will like this.I have never had any problems sending emails, these are regular email addresses that I use and regular attachments...why now? I can send word and excel documents with no worries. HELP please 🙂

Do you know of a way to cleanly/legibly convert a California court filing from PDF to Word? The line pagination makes a mess of the conversion and the Word document needs a lot of clean up to make it usable.

SHAMEFUL COMPANY - ADOBE IM SO GLAD I DIDNT UPGRADE FOR OTHER PRODUCTS.  MANAGE PLAN BUTTON MISSINGWONT ALLOW CANCELLATIONAGENT JUST LEAVES CONVERSATION WHEN I REQUEST ADOBES WAY OF SCREWING THEIR CUSTOMERS INTO FORCE PAYMENT WITH THEIR PLANS. HAVE REPORTED THEM AND WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE BUY ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION.  WELL DONE R TARDS FOR LOSING A LIFE TIME CUSTOMER.

Adobes unified installer setup does not work as discribed in adobes documentation.  This is very frustrating because it was advertised as a single installation solution for mixed envionments. There are 2 major problems I have with this solution that no body has been able to solve. 1. Even when an Acrobat licensed person signs into the unified Adobe acrobat install, it blocks them from using the Licensed features.  No adobe tech I have spoken to has been able to explain this.  The oly fix for this is to modify a registry to stop the app from working in reduced mode. 2. 3rd party plug ins like FileOpen dont seem to work at all even though they are suppose to work if a licensed person is sign in.  Again, this was advertised as a single install sloution and blocking 3rd pary plug-in negates that statement. So the question is, how is this suppose to be a single installation solution?  

We have 60 users, 60 Acrobat licences, but a farm of 5 loadbalanced Citrix servers.User cant select the server at login, of course, but as far as he is limited to 2 computers activation he need to re-activate his licence every 2-3 days because it was already activated on 2 computers.Message : A 10 minutes waste of time every 2 days for 60 people ... 12,5 days lost each year ...I there a way to avoid that ?Automatic deconnexion at logoff ?Thanks for any input.

I am creating a multiple page form. Some of the information in several text fields appear on all pages as the same as entered in page one. This isn't the issue.  I want to add a dropdown menu to each page with the same selections but I don't want the information from one page to populate to the other pages. I am not sure if I should copy the field names or duplicate them. I don't want to enter each field again on all pages.  What's the best way to copy the drop down menu field on page one and have the final entries be independent on all pages. Thanks in advance. A message about creating a portfolio came up but I didn't seem to grasp it. 

Editing and existing FORM that had gray "highlighting" over certain headings.  Moved some existing text and form fields, but the gray bar didn't move with them.  What tool do I need to use to remove or move the gray bar?  (Gray bar in the center of the blue field

How can I hide the page scrolling on an interactive PDF? I would like the pages to be visible only by clicking the selected buttons, but I can't figure out how to do it. Thank you everyone! PS. Can I do this from the InDesign export?

Hi all,I have a problem when using the script below, in a drop-down menu; this.resetForm([“CheckboxA”, “CheckboxB”,” CheckboxC”]); When the above script is used as part of some custom calculation script in a dropdown menu, the idea is that when the user makes a selection from one of the dropdown menu items, the script executes and ‘unchecks/de-selects/turns to OFF’ - any previous check-box selections that have been made. This works fine, and the 3 boxes do indeed become de-selected/unchecked/OFF. The issue is that alongside having an export (numerical) value assigned to each of the three checkboxes, and that are calculated in another field (“SumTotal”) depending on the selections made, I also have some ‘Mouse Up’ script in each check-box, and that also exports in each case, further (numerical) values based on the check-box selections, to the respective fields shown below; Checkbox Aif (event.target.value!="Off") this.getField("ExportValue1").value = -1else this.getF

I'm editing a PDF and the suddenly cloud icon shows ! Try to sync manually and error message appears 'There was a processing error. Try again sometime'. Everyting was syning for the last two hours and this randomly happens. Seriously Adobe is such an unstable program! wish there was another option available!

How do you do this? It looks like a check box has been removed that used to do this. These panes on the left and the right just take up precious desktop space, and is a pane* to close everytime I open a document.
