Hi All,I have spent 2 days trying to fix this problem I have the latest Adobe editor desktop, on a windows 10 hp laptop,  when I try to print a double sided document the front page is fine but the back pack page is distorted and not legible I have tried every solution on chatgpt and other online suggestion, Adobe support were not able to assist neither was our organistional external It support. I am wondering if anyone has experienced this before. Thanks

Suddenly unable to print pdf documents that I printed 2 days ago.  Only half pages are printing?

Good day, community.  I have a form that has multiple subforms, produced using AEM. It is working fine with the exception of this.Background: The subform has an addInstance function, and when that is clicked, it copies the rest of what is in the subform. Same goes when the user clicks the remove button, it activates removeInstance function. Everything is fine except when the user decided to save the form. It saves the data as long as there is one instance of the subform. If the user adds 2 or more instances of the subform and saves it and opens it, the 2nd instance of the subform is not retained, only the 1st one. Any ideas why is it doing that? Hopefully, you understand what I meant. Thank you in advance.

Neither of the three calculation fields (Value, Simplified field notation, Custom calculation script) will save anything when I edit them. They just revert to greyed out after I have finished adding a calculation, does not matter what I input, I've tried everything. This is on a blank document created in Acrobat Pro and saved locally to my hard drive. The weird thing is I have another cloud pdf doc where calculations work just fine. After some experimentation, I tried copying a working field from the other document to the blank document. Then the Simplified field notation field would save correctly, and I was able to change the formula to fit my field names in the blank document. But if I change this field to a Value and try to pick the fields, we're back to not saving anything. If I then go back to Simplified field notation and input anything, it now won't save, so it is now broken. So it is kinda doable with the workaround as long as you keep it as a Simplified field n

I have a user with following issue--  user digitally signs a PDF document.  When he tries to do a 'Save As'  and use the SAME filename,  an error message appears  "The document could not be saved. Cannot save to this filename. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."    The original filename is changed to a .tmp file.    We already tried the suggested fix of: -> Preferences, Security (Enhanced)  turning off "Enable Protected Mode at Startup."   Removing and reinstalling the application doesn't seem to help.   User states this error message never appeared in the past but only recently.  (He was able to Save As to the SAME filename in the past after adding a digital signature.)Below is the version of Adobe being used:Continuous release | Adobe Acrobat version 2025.001.20756 | 64 bit Please suggest of any way to fix this issue.      

When I want to add text, the text defaults to white, not black. Also, my signature template is never available to use. 

When I try to convert my scanned document, PDF, to Microsoft Word the whole format becomes messed up and almost every word on the pages are misspelled. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this. 

If you open PDF files from within the Adobe internal file explorer the files will not show up under “recent files” when you try to attach in Outlook.   In outlook when you click “insert”, “Attach File” then look under “Recent Items” the list shows all recently opened items EXCEPT pdf’s.   (All PDF’s are missing)   This issue was a problem a couple of years ago but this seems to be a very recent change or issue.    Cause (as I’ve identified it)    If you open the PDF using windows explorer instead the files do appear in the recent file list.  (see below)   After opening from Windows Explorer the file shows up in recent items list  

Hello everybody, I'm having a lot of problems that I don't understand.I have just installed Acrobat Reader DC in 2 PCs, Win10, and I get the same problems on both.I don't get the same problems with any other software.I have other PCs with Windows 10, same version of Acrobat, which work fine. 1) if I press Ctrl and I rotate the wheel, Acrobat simply scrolls. "Make Hand tool use mouse-wheel zooming" actually zooms when I use the Hand tool and I rotate the wheel, but ...2) ... the Hand tool doesn't move the page3) if I select Marquee Zoom it doesn't let me select any region, it zooms immediately as I click the mouse button4) I set "Make Hand tool select text & images" but it doesn't select anything5) the Selection tool doesn't work: it doesn't select anything as well I have uninstalled Acrobat and installed again with no success.I have replaced the mouse and the keyboard with no success.Thanks for your help, best regards.

After signing pdf documents in Adobe Acrobat, the format of the document changes and adds random characters. What is causing this and is there a way to prevent it?

I have a user who when printing mulitple copies of an 11 page document (double sided), page 1 of the 2nd copy is printing on the back of page 11 of the first copy. It doesn't happen on their old computer and doesn't happen on Preview app on the Mac, so it does seem to be an Acrobat problem.I imagine this is a setting somewhere but don't have Acrobat myself so can't play around. Any ideas for when I get back on their computer and poke around?

I decided to try out Adobe Acrobat Pro for teams, but after I got the free trial, all the completed and in-progress agreements in my account have suddenly disappeared after logging back in. Some of them contain important documents that needs to be saved and I can't seem to find a way to recover or discover where they are located. Also to note, they were not in the deleted section. How can I get these agreements back and what steps do I have to take to find them?

Had another perspective for needing this feature.  I work in accounting and if I was able, I'd have >75 pdfs open at any time.  I would love to be able to do that.  Upgrade to the "New" Adobe 2025 and I can't open more than 25 😫

Can someone please tell me how to turn off this stupid AI generated descriptions? I've already switch off Generative A.I. features. I don't need pointless descriptions of drawings please let me switch this off. 

I have a full Creative Cloud subscription and work on a Windows PC Desktop computer. My Creative Cloud Desktop shows that I have Acrobat Pro installed. However, when I click on the OPEN button within the Creative Cloud Desktop app, it opens Acrobat Reader instead of Acrobat Pro. Why won't Pro open? My hunch is that the Adobe believes that my PC is a tablet, because Reader is default for Mobile and Tablets. Is there a way to disable Reader? My wish is to use Acrobat Pro for everything PDF-realted. I never want to use Reader for any purpose.

About once per quarter I have to produce a report by combining numerous (100+) files (pdf, word, excel) into a single pdf file.  Everything works great if I'm sitting at my desk and see that the last file has been coverted/combined.  I am able to save the new file and all is well.  However, if I happen to step away or get distracted when the last file is converted/combined, the finished file disappears and I can't find it/recover it when I get back to my desk.  I have to start over and sit at my desk for 15-20 minutes while the files are combined again.  Has anyone else had this happen?  Very frustrating.  

When I try to add an image to a pdf page, the paragraphs lose there structure and the header distorts itself.  This did not used to occur with similar created pdfs.  Does anyone have any ideas of what I can try to avoid this issue from happening?  I tried a different software and the issue does not seem to occur there.  Not sure why this only happens in AdobeBefore  After

When using the "new" Outlook (1.2025.312.200 (Production) - Client Version: 20250307002.16)to open a pdf (preview works fine) with Adobe Acrobat DC (64-bit 25.001.20432), it generates this error, that when OK is clicked, proceeds to open the pdf for subsequent use without further issues.Attempted fixes: Repaired Adobe Acrobat. Changed this setting - Preferences-> Security (Enhanced)-> unchecked the checkbox "Run in AppContainer". No luck. The same email with pdf attachment works without issue when using Outlook Classic. All other pdfs stored in folders locally, in the cloud, or on network drives open without issue. Seems purely an issue with the new Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.  Any other suggested things to try, or any news on a fix coming in an update to either Acrobat or Outlook?  

I selected the menu item "Check for updates". A very informative dialog box opens "Updater is already running. [OK]". But what is it doing? According to Activity monitor, not much. So perhaps the dialog box could contain info like "Acrobat is up to date" or "Waiting to download" or other relevant status?Any tips?

I'm currently trying to make a link to a PDF through the HTML convertor feature, however it deletes all my images. It only has the text from the PDF. Help?

I don't know that Acrobat is the right place to post this, but it seems to be coming from something called Adobe Distiller and I don't know if I'm even using the product in the background of something or not.  In the last week or so, I've been getting the error image pasted below (at least it's below as I enter this).   It happens about half the time upon boot up and it pops up occasionally at other time, even when I'm not working or having any Adobe Creative Cloud products open.  Like I might leave my computer just fine, go have dinner, come back and find that error pop-up on my screen.  Or just now, when the only thing I've got open at the moment is the Creative Cloud Desktop, not any of its products....One thing I found online says that if you get that message you should uninstall and reinstall the product, but when I go to my install/uninstall option in Windows 11, I don't even see a product called Windows Distiller there. ...What could be causing this

Hi, I have a client who has had the same workflow for years (decades?). The export a drwaing from AutoCAD to PDF, add an image (their seal), resize it and move it to the right position, and add a digital signature to it. Since the Sept. 2025 update, the resizing has ground to a halt. It will take 1-2 seconds to get the resize arrows. After dragging the corner, it takes 2-4 seconds for the screen to change. I've gone through all the normal troubleshooting (reboots, all updates installed, divers updated, power/graphics settings checked, etc.) and no change. The only interesting things I've noticed.Adding the image to a completely blank PDF seems to work fine.Adding the image to a PDF from earlier this year, that worked fine previously, has the same timing issues. It seems to be an issue when the document is fairly complex to begin with. But again, this has worked perfectly fine for years and years. Any thoughts? Any way to get in touch with support? The AI bot was wor
