I have just created a fillable form which has a Submit button.  I have set the action to Submit a Form and when I test the button, I get a popup that says I need to be running inside a web browser in order to submit a form.  I have never seen this message in the 10 years that I've been using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Does anyone know if there is a work around?

This seems to have stopped working back around August of last year.  If I enter a site collection URL in a new SharePoint Site file source, and go through the admin consent steps, it works great.  However, I have a ton of subsites (I know, we're in the process of converting those to site collections) that I can no longer connect to.  I enter the subsite URL, get prompted for my credentials, then I'm taken back to Acrobat where I get a 'access denied: you might not have permissions to access this network resource' message.  The subsite has unique permissions, but I am in the Members group of the subsite.  

Have a permanent license for Adobe Pro 2020, had a HW failure recently and upgraded my PC, I retained the HDD for the new MB and CPU. Running Acorbat Pro i get the error that the serial number is in use and I need to sign out of one of them. this is physically impossible since the old HW is dead (same HDD in use though). Support is useless, the virtual assistnce keeps circling and never giving an option to open a ticket etc even though the website says it's covered under support options. Any thoughts, suggestions or alternate ways I can get support from Adobe on this? Cheers

Good evening erveryone,it was a terrible day. We wanted to install our Acrobat Pro 2020 on the new Laptop WIN 11, everything went fine, deinstall on the old device WIN10, install on the new one, adobe account, password, but when we starting the application it crashes within 1 second without any error message. After this we get the message, we have to newly login ionto the adobe account (see screenshot), although were logged in furthermore.  We tried everything, updating the creative commons, an Update for Acrobat Pro is impossible, because of the instantanously chrashes, we dont know, if an update ist needed.The adobe Help (Online, Chatbot, FAQ) are senseless for our problem. The signature can’t be saved or reused in other documents, and when reopening the saved file, the signature only appears for a second before disappearing from view — though it still shows in print view. The signature also appears when the Adobe extension is turned off. Tried sending the file to my colleague and the same happened on their side. Hello, Our organisation posts decisions where we need to include our watermark, you’ll see an example attached. However, it has been raised that our decisions have some accessibility issues which may be being caused by the watermark. We need to ensure the documents are accessible to a WCAG 2.2 AA standard, but it has been suggested that the watermark may currently be interfering with the ability for the text to be read properly by a screen reader. Are you able to offer some advice to let us know whether the watermark is the issue? Will it need to be removed entirely or are there other options which allow us to keep it (if it is the issue)? When I try to add calculation to the field, it doesn't save it, but switches back to "Value is not calculated". I tried quite simple script, but also the same issue with sum or simplified field notation.No dublicate fields, and somehow with the first 2 fields everything was fine.

I've only had this issue in the last week or so, I have a website that renders pdfs.  and using the chrome adobe extension, pdfs with spaces in the file names now get encoded to %20 and save with underscores when I go to save file.  Was there any update that would explain this, it seems like a bug on adobe's end since this is new

I’m using Adobe Acrobat XI Standard on Windows 11.I deactivated my old computer . When I register, it redirects to a Buy Now page.Activation keeps saying serial number already in use.I need to reset all activations for my serial number. I understand that this is a product that is no longer supported, but it doesn't mean we don't have use for it anymore.

Hello, I have found similar topic and checked the answers but because my Adobe Pro membership is expired i can not remove it. I am not paid member anymore but Adobe asks me to renew my membership to remove Add-in on Outlook. When I write a word document, I use the styles to mark Title, Heading 1, Heading 2, and Heading 3. I then use the adobe tab to convert it to a PDF. When I check the heading structure in PDF, it has marked the title as a paragraph, and the headings go Heading 1, 2, 3. Google searches tell me the title should be considered heading 1, and the headings 2, 3, 4 follow from that. However, I can't mark the title in word as Heading 1, as this would include the title in the contents page, which would be incorect.  How do I convert a word document to pdf that makes the title be marked as a title, or as a top heading? 

Bonjour, je transforme mes pdf en .exe avec le logiciel Vaysoft pour les protéger. Sur mon pc aucun soucis pour ouvrir les supports. Par contre sur certain pc de mes client j'ai le code erreur % pdf le fichier ne commence pas par pdf. I can only retain my fonts when selecting “best for printing”. However, this removes any hyperlinks. Selecting “best for e-distribution” retains the hyperlinks, but loses the fonts. Can anyone advise what the issue is? I'm on a Macbook pro but had the same device at a previous employer and it worked fine, so assuming it's a local glitch or I need a different product to Adobe standard? TIA

Have hundreds of structured text pdf invoice files to process.  Need to extract only the total invoice amount into a column with a "Total" heading in single Excel file with the same name as the pdf.  Is there an easy way to automate the extraction within Adobe Studio in a manner similar to OCR processing.  I can then merge the Excel files into a single "Total" column and add the file name, cell=("file name"), into an adjacent column.  Thanks 

My organization's mailroom often has to print hundreds of documents at once to mail out. Every 40th to 50th document printed comes out with some letter changed to random symbols. Reprinting such documents on their own works fine. The printer drivers as well as Acrobat Pro are fully updated. It happens regardless of what printer they use, Ricoh, Brother, and Cannon. It doesn't seem to be a font issue, as the reprints would end up with the same symbols if that was the case. In smaller volumes this might not be a big deal, but having to go through 200 documents to check for the possibly 2-4 that didn't print correctly is a huge hassle and reprinting causes addresses to be out of order. I'm hoping someone here has some ideas about this.

1) I could not load my accounts page with Chrome or Safari (cleared cache) but had to use Firefox. 2) It allowed me to download and attempt to install Acrobat Pro XI even though it has not been compatible with Mac for years. It just crashed my computer over and over. 3) I don't get Acrobat *Pro* even though I pay $100/month for about 20 apps? 4) I thought I was flattening with Acrobat only to find out you can't flatten with Acrobat pro so white does not turn transparent5) The installation, with my new plan, is not going well... 

I changed from the Creative package to the cheaper Acrobat Pro Package. When I click through to the available apps I get access to download the apps that I used to have. I've been clicking in circles for half an hour. It says I have the Acrobat Pro Package. It comes up with different downloads. It says I've had my account since 2014. I've cancelled. I'm gooooooooone.
