Por favor reembolse o valor de 172 reais pago em Agosto, fiz a assinatura no dia 18 de Agosto, o fechamento da fatura do cartão de crédito ocorreu no dia 21 de Agosto, arquei com a conta, mas não fui reembolsado no mês de setembro, a única coisa feita foi o cancelamento da fatura. 

I scan documents using an HP ScanJet Pro 2500 F1 Flatbed.When scanning, I set to create a pdf OCR document in size A4 (297x210 mm = 8.27 x 11.69 inches).  However, the pdf document created is not a A4 size but a smaller one (60.7 x 86.1 mm). I can see that seize in the document properties. As the document is smaller, we are experiencing problems when printing it. HP Support says the problem is a bad configuration of my Adobe Acrobat Reader (my version is 2025.001.20643), but I can not find what if wrong in my installation.  All the above also happens in my other PC. Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

I recently upgraded my computer and installed adobe on it.  On my old computer when printing a PDF I used to be able to click the options "print in grayscale and save ink toner" but they are not working.  In order to printer in black and white everytime I have to go into properties and change it or have to permantley change my printer settings.  Is there a fix to this?

I must be missing something simple - I want to move Text and Form fields around the page together, but I can't see an option that allows me to select both simultaneously. What option am I missing?Thanks

Someone give me the solution to export a pdf to a PDF/A file PLEASE ?Once i click here i got the next screen message : then i wait for 5 minutes and i got another error screen message : Then i download what they tell me to, i install, nothing happens, i restart the PC, nothing happens. Then i desinstalled evrything, and installed again via the link they gave me, same s***, same messages, same error, i did evrything 3 times in different orders, nothing changes.Someone have any clue to make this software work ?Thanks

I've been trying to create a form for over an hour. First I got the "109" error like four times. Then I finally get the document to do what I need it to do but upon saving, the document is all white and now completely useless. What a joke! Does this company even beta test anything before realeasing it to the public and having people pay for this garbage?

Hi! I recently encountered some problems with recent files in Adobe Acrobat: - First, sometimes the "recent" section but also the "starred" section appear to be empty: i cannot see any file until I wait some time or close the app and then re-open it. It kinda scares me because it seems like I'm able to lose all my files at one point. - Second, when i modify a file and then close it, its dimension obviously increases when I see it in the recent files; however, when I go to the starred files its dimension it's the same it was before I modified it and when I come back to the recent section it's the same one. When I re-open and re-close the file, its dimension increases again, but if I go to the starred section it decreases and so on (although the changes have been saved). - Third, sometimes when I'm modifying a file (and it's been a long time such as 30 minutes) and then I exit it, the app says "There was an error and Adobe was not able to save the changes" so that I loose

Mijn bedrijf is sinds kort overgegaan van Google Drive naar OneDrive. Nu hebben alle Indesign bestanden missende links, geeft Indesign aan bij het maken van een pdf vanuit Indesign dat bestanden beschadigd zijn en sluit dan af. Dit gebeurt alleen met de bestaande bestanden, niet met de nieuwe bestanden gemaakt onder Onedrive. Ook geeft de preflight soms geen fouten aan, maar zie je in het bestand grijze vlakken (missende links) en als je een compleet bestand afsluit en heropent, mist weer alles. Ligt het probleem bij de samenwerking Indesign-Onedrive, of bij Adobe, of Onedrive? De google drive is abrupt verwijdert. Maar wat nu..

My PC is top notch. 32 GB ram fast, good processor, no issues. Internet is usually getting at least 300mbps. This feature is the only reason I chose to subscribe to acrobat, because acrobat reader does not have it.  Please help. 

Hi everyone I’m reaching out for help after searching extensively for answers and trying multiple troubleshooting steps. Our company’s corporate identity relies on the full Noto Sans font family. However, after the latest Adobe Acrobat update, I can only use Noto Sans CJK JP, while all other variations of the font are marked as unavailable for editing. These fonts work perfectly fine in other Adobe programs, so I’m unsure why Acrobat won’t recognize them.When I check my fonts in Acrobat, I see this: If I try to synchronize the fonts, I get an error, and Acrobat won’t sync them with “In Adobe Apps.” Does anyone know how to fix this?We rely heavily on quick editing in PDFs, so this issue is becoming quite frustrating. I would like to know to make a dropdown menu option navigate to a different page in the PDF. I am not proficient in JavaScript and I am not even sure if that is what I would need to use. I cannot find anything on it...

Adobe updated yesterday and now I can't type in fields in a fillable form that was working just fine before the update. I can check a box but not type. Cursor also doesn't respond to tab key. I have trying restarting my computer. 

Every time I open a file, I get bombarded with 2-3 pop ups. Can you stop this? I know you pushing the AI stuff but you raise the prices on these products so often that I can't believe that you haven't just added AI to the suite....I remember when this product was $35.99 per user. Now I'm paying almost $65.00/monthly

I am using Monstserrat in my designs. It appears nicely in all apps. But when I export a pdf from inDesign and then open the pdf I get this error. "Cannot extract the embedded font 'AIWIKX+Montserrat. Some characters may not display or print correctly'. And that is truly the case. I don't know where AIWIKX came from? It is not the name of the font. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Monserrat, Acrobat and Indesign. Creating several test documents as clean docs at first. What can I do? I have been using Figma because of this issue. But this needs to be resolved. Can anyone help?

We have multiple printers in our Quick Print shop and as of this morning we are unable to print any PDF to any of the printers from one particulat PC..Every time we get an error stating unable to print and to seek help.I have unistalled Acrobat DC and reinstalled it twice and the issue continues.I have run the repairt tool and nothing changes. Any help would be appreciated as this is a great part of our business.

Had a hard time with thumbnails of my hundred of PDF files not showing properly on Windows 11, followed all the proper indications to make sure Acrobat had all the proper tick marks enabled, purged thumbnails cache on Windows, rebooted PC, was about to give up, then had epiphany : I asked that PDF files should be opened by default by ANOTHER application than Acrobat. Voilà! Thumbnails are back. 

I have a user that when he select multiple word documents and right clicks them he only has the option to combine files in Acrobat and does not have the otpion to Convert to Adobe PDF.  If he select a individual Word document he does have the option.  Any ideas on how to fix this?
