Hi all,I am using RH 2022.2.22 new UI and try to find a report to identify any topics that are not in any map file. The Map ID report only provides the topics that are in a map file. As far as I can see, the Map ID is part of the project properties, but neither in the topic list nor the topic properties report, this information seems to be selectable. Is there any option to find the required information? Or would this be a feature request? I can hardly imagine that I should be the first one to want this ^^ Thanks for any ideas.Karin 

I have installed RoboHelp 2022 on a self-hosted build agent in Azure, running Windows10. When trying to run the .exe file from an Azure DevOps pipeline, I found that I was getting the error 'rh-render-process-gone' more often than not. I then tried running RoboHelp.exe from the command line on the build agent and also got this error on occasion. I can find very little regarding this message, is there any way to find out what is causing this?

I've used RH2022 to generate Microsoft HTML Help (.CHM). Although I've spent quite a bit of time making sure everything is set up correctly, when I view the output, the topics do not display in the window (see the image below). I'm sure there must be a setting I'm missing, but I'm at a loss to identify it. Would appreciate any recommendations. 

When attempting to generate a PDF output of my project, the resulting output is a PDF with one single blank page. I am able to generate a PDF of the sample project. I reviewed this thread (https://community.adobe.com/t5/robohelp-discussions/rh2020-generating-blank-pdf/m-p/12120716) and was unable to locate any of the syntax described there.  The project is a native RH2020 project and was not converted or upgraded.  I am able to save individual topics as PDFs. 

After upgrading to RoboHelp 2022, I noticed that some topics in responsive help do not let me scroll all the way to the bottom. The last few lines are cut off. This is only happening when the browser window is resized to mobile or tablet. The desktop format is OK. I am seeing this in multiple templates out of the box with no modifications (Azure_Blue and Charcoal_Grey) as well as templates that I have modified. Is anyone else seeing this? Any idea about what can be done here?

Hi everyone,I have a RH 2022.0.346 and I am writing to you because I have inserted a custom button in the toolbar of a project generated in Responsive HTML 5, and I need, by clicking on it, to open a popup with some text inside. Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the 2019 version of RH... was there a usable version of "Robo Help Server" for this version, if so, is it included in the RoboHelp license or could it be purchased separately?Otherwise, would it currently be possible to purchase a license for a version of Robo Help Server compatible with RH 2019...or would it be necessary to update the entire RH suite?ty

Hi all,I am developing a website for documents using RH 2019 (Classic Version) and I am having trouble to insert buttons to let the user to change the language (for example: switching between Italian and English). I recently upgraded to FrameMaker 2022 and RoboHelp 2022.3.93 and I am not able to properly import the index markers from framemaker. The markers import into RH as a bookmark but with a random generated number as the id instead of, for example, IX_Marker1, IX_Marker2, etc. Because of this, they are only recognized as a bookmark and not an index entry - so the Index in RH has no keywords after import.The previous versions of RH had the option during an import to Convert Index, but RH 2022 does not. Is this something that will be added into future versions of RH or is there a workaround to import the Index markers?

Good morning Community,We have purchased Adobe Creative Cloud and Robohelp licenses, since we are dedicated to content editing. They are different products and suites, but .... the licenses are incompatible with each other!If I log in with Cloud, it closes robohelp and vice versa. I can't have both licenses (software) working: The license I have to choose makes the other package go to trial or closes the program I need.To edit in Robohelp, I need to be able to have Acrobat or Photoshop, both suites. But for each use, I have to log out and log in with the other one, which makes it impossible to work.I have no contact with Adobe with this, just a totally useless bot chat, so I turn to you, the Great Community.Is anyone in a similar situation, can you help me? Hi all,  I changed the icons in the template/layout section of my RH Project (version 2022.1.188). The point is that in the output (seen in Google Chrome) the personalized icons are not aligned with the TOC's titles, as they originally were using the default RH icons. So my question is: is there a way to align these icons?

I am (mostly) going to refrain from stating my vocal opinions on Robohelp's translation functionality. I'm just going to highlight the problems I've encountered as a heavy user of the Robohelp translation functionality (2022.3.93) with the intent of informing others. ContextRH indicates that it offers the ability to translate your project into other languages. It does this by the normal way of generating XLIFF files of your topics, snippts etc. Ideally, these XLIFFs get translated and you re-import them in your base project, which generates translated topics in the specified translation project. Problems encountered:EXPORTING- Bookmarks do not get converted to XLIFFs. In other words, any <a id="..."></a> bookmarks you make will disappear in the translated topic. This kills any links or crossrefs you may have used referring to that bookmark. Adobe support is aware of this problem and the current work-around is to fill up the bookmark <a> tag with text, e.g. &

Hi, I installed RH 2022 and imported amn old project dated 2007. I ignored the version number used at that time. I imported using Project Upgrade and selecting the project Help.xpj. All is imported but when requiring to generate an output I get the error message "Failed to generate Microsoft HTML Help. Check log for more details."  Same error for all types of selected output.I have no idea where is the log saved. I would appreciate to be guided . Thanks in advance

Dear Adobe Community, I am writing to report a problem I encountered while using RoboHelp version 2022.0.346 to create a frameless output. The problem is related to linking sections within a page.I use h2 and h3 tags for the titles of my sections on the page, and they are also displayed in the Mini TOC. However, when I copy the link of a section from the Mini TOC and paste it separately in the browser's address bar, the page crashes and shows an error message. This happens with any section link I try to use.The pages I create are quite long, so it would be very helpful to have links that will lead directly to the needed section, without having to scroll through the entire page looking for the information. This would also improve the user experience and the accessibility of my content.I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide me with a solution or a workaround. Is this a known bug or a configuration problem? Is there anything I can do to fix it or avoid it

Hi,I just tried to install the current version of Robohelp. The installer comes up, starts the browser. After successful login into my Adobe account nothing happens in the installer.The link on the bottom ("If your browser doesnt react, click here") does not work. Nothing happens when I click on it.Fresh Win 11 install, company managed device with admin right. Latest RH16 download

Hi, I have a question regarding the RoboHelp searchbar (ver. classic 2019),  It is possible in some way to restrict the search field to a single project (in case the main project has merged projects) or it is possible to merge the search results divided by project.Finally, can anyone tell me if and how conditional expressions "refine search" work for this field.ty Thomas 

Hi   I'm not sure if this is related to an issue JC @Saleinet" posted in November, but today, all of a sudden, every style in my CSS disappeared from the UI and every topic lost its styling. The link meta tag in the code still points to the correct CSS file, and I can open the CSS file if I choose it from the Contents list (Contents > assets > css> …). All the style definitons look correct, but somehow the link to the topic files has been broken. Any ideas.   {Note: this was not straight after an upgrade; just a sudden out-of-the-blue problem.]   RH 2022.3.93.

I make modifications to a few topics, click Generate to view the reults. They are as I expected: they match my changes. I then publish the project. But the changes are not reflected in the published version. RH seems to have picked  up an earlier version of the project, in a different folder (which I can see immediately because I had changed some heading colours since that last version.) What on earth is going on!

Hi, Is there any way to enable substring search in CHM output? If someone has (finally) found a different solution for a compressed, offline HTML output, I’d love to hear about it.

Not really sure how the multiple stylesheets got assigned to most topics, but they need to be removed across the project. Is there a way to do that without having to open each indivicual topic and deleting the incorrect stylesheet?Also, I noticed that even if the stylesheet has been removed from the topic and saved, when I close and re-open the project, the stylesheets are back again. Any thoughts how this can be resolved?

I cannot seem to find any (up-to-date) documentation on how the user can use search in Frameless (2022.3.93) Robohelp. I am not talking about search results (that's another can of worms), but how you can optimally construct your query. For example, putting a query between quotation marks will search for that exact string ("cannot be accessed by"). Using the query 're*ce' will find 'resource' and its plural 'resources'. But I have no idea what else is possible (multiple AND searches? excluding words?). Is there any recent documentation on all query possibilities?
