Solved

Hello,I have a client that I have been working with to investigate an issue where the context menu convert to PDF option creates PDF's with mostly blank pages. I have gone through the built in Adobe pro repair. uninstalled and reinstalled all Adobe products and done a clean uninstall and reinstall. I used Windows process monitor to determine that the acrotray.exe service is what was handling that conversion from the context menu. I also tried deleting that service, repaired Adobe which recreated the acrotray.exe service and attempted the same conversion but it did not help. We have been converting Word documents and if you open the document and use the Adobe PDF printer or the Save as PDF function it works but our client likes to convert files in bulk which is much easier through the context menu. I have also tried Word documents from multiple sources and created test documents all with the same results. Any ideas or recommendations for what actions I can try next t

Raw files (RAF) from my new camera - Fuji XT-3 do not open in camera raw - the error message i get indicates I need to install a newer version.I have downloaded the latest version - Camera raw 12, and followed the instructions to install it. I then get the "successful install" window with the green tick etc, but then when I try to open the RAF files they still won't. And under "About" in Photoshop it still seems to have my old version of camera raw.Help appreciated, I'm not very good with tech stuff. Do I maybe need to uninstall the old plug-in? Slightly worried about losing it incase of problems - compatability etc with the new one. Thanks.

In Illustrator, I'm able to increase/decrease text size, opacity, leading, tracking, etc. in increments of 10, 1 and even 0,1 by pressing ctrl or shift and using the mouse wheel. However I can't seem to find a way to do this in Indesign, so I have to manually put the number in the box, making it time consuming.

I recently upgraded my system font from Helvetica to San Francisco, but I can't use the San Francisco font in any of the Adobe Creative Suite apps (IE Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Is there a way for me to use it in these applications? If not, how do I get a copy that I can use in the Creative Suite?

파일경로도 내드라이브>program files> adobe> after effects 2023 > supported files>plug-in 에 맞게 넣었습니다.

Im am doing a very big project. Im doing advanced animations and i have a movieclip navigation menu. When the user hovers the navigation there appears a memes button (its called memes in instance as well) (the main navigation movieclip where the memes is inside in has navi1 as instance name) My method was to create a classic button object and place it inside the movieclip at the frame when its hovers and then use the code snippet gotoframeandstop on the maintimeline to make it go to next frame. That method didn't work by just simply putting a button inside a movieclip. Code for the navi1let currentState = "idle"; // Can be "idle", "hovering", "hoveringOut"this.navi1.stop();this.navi1.addEventListener("mouseover", function () {if (currentState !== "hovering") {currentState = "hovering";this.navi1.gotoAndPlay("hoverIn");}}.bind(this));this.navi1.addEventListener("mouseout", function () {if (currentState !== "hoveringOut") {currentState = "hoveringOut";this.navi1.gotoAndPlay("hoverOu

Adobe Acrobat Pro, I cannot highlight. I have tried everything in all of the suggestions from all the other posts. It's not protected, it recognized the text, I have updated and repaired, I have reset preferences, I have saved as pdf/x, etc. etc. if the suggestion exists in these conversations, I have tried them all. What next Adobe? I don't understand why such a frequently needed tool is so difficulty to use, and why so many people have gotten on these forums to figure it out. If it matters I'm on a pc.

I'm time poor and think automation blocks could be a fruitful investment. I'm hoping to understand if my use-case is feasable and get a leg-up in creating scripts that I can implement.  I lose a lot of time in performing repetitive tasks on the timeline. Premieres order of operations requires lots of nesting in relation to effects, warp stabilizer, time remapping etc. A lot of what I do is a variation on the following:  Insert clip from source (w I/O points) Apply Warp Stabilizer preset Hit analyze Nest Add a zoom in/out with scale parameter Apply speed adjustment or speed ramp preset (or at least the keyframes to do so).  Variations of this can be: nesting, reversing, then nesting AGAIN (keyframe paramaters become useless post-speed adjustment requiring a "pre-compose")  If all of this could be completed with one click or a keyboard shortcut it would be a lifesaver.  I understand from other threads that applyin

I wanted to say that I was ELATED to see some MUCH (!!!!) awaited changes to PP, what particularly comes to mind is the ability to more easily navigate the Program monitor. Yes, it took far too long to implement. But better sooner than never! I did my usual muscle-memory mouse and keyboard strokes that I'm used to from every other program I use, to zoom in to the Program Monitor, and WOW I was shocked that it actually zoomed in! Then I tried to pan and sure enough, the typical alt-click-drag that I know from 3D did the trick! So thank you Adobe for finally taking care of this enormous improvement to my workflow, I cannot stress enough ow much

Does anyone know how to restore presets I had saved before I updated to the latest version of Premiere? I've spent so long fine tuning all my presets and I selected an option when updating to keep all my settings which I assumed would keep the presets as well.

This is for the benefit of others who run into this same export problem that I did. I have a MacBook (OS Sequoia 15) with Premiere Pro 2025 and a G-RAID Shuttle 4. When I upgraded to Premiere's latest version, suddenly I couldn't export projects to the G-RAID (Error message: Could not write destination Media File <DESTINATION> because it is locked. Access is denied.). I could, however, export internally to the Mac or to other external flash drives. I checked Privacy-->Files & Folders, as others have recommended in other posts, but it only listed my Documents folder -- there was nothing else to toggle and change. So, I called Adobe. Bottom line: he told me it was a G-RAID problem and there was nothing he could do. End of call. After the call, did more digging and, in Privacy-->Full Disk Access, I noticed Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 wasn't toggled on. It is now and I can once again export. Problem solved!

I work on a magazine and create color palettes all the time. When i go to "create" at color.adobe.com, and click the color mode drop down menu, there's no CMYK option anymore, just RGB, HSB, and LAB? Print isn't completely dead yet. I'm I missing something?

When I try to save a copy of a PDF to OneDrive, regardless of whether it's already been uploaded to Adobe Cloud storage, it won't save and says there's an error in the saving process. I really need this to work. How can I get this process functioning properly? I use Android on a Motorola phone
