As I shared in the image, I suggest adding “Add New Layer” and “Delete Selected Layer” buttons next to the layers in order to use the Layer panel faster and more efficiently.

I am editing in Premiere Pro and I activated something that is causing me problems. When I try to more a piece of video I get a blue down arrow with bars on either side. The video will move but everything shifts.  I must be in some type of mode becasue I cannot add efects into the timeline. How do I get out of it?Thanks,Mark

Howdy, I'm experienced in video editing but am an After Effects virgin. I was told that the 3D modeling aspect of After Effects is still pretty new. So I am unsure if my current issue is just me being new or the new software being jank. I was working on an animation in After Effects today using 3D models (Object files) and got everything imported and added to a composition, but nothing was viewable? I was able to select the objects I added and manipulate them but couldn't actually see them. I added a colored background, transparent background, etc to see if it was hiding under something. I get the usual rotation and manipulation X Y Z axis for the object itself, but no visual? See screenshot included. Is there a box I didn't tick or something? I am new to AE so still not sure what everything is or does.

Hello, I am a regular Photoshop user, and over the years I've built up a set of actions that I find helpful to the point where I have a hard time imagining using Photoshop without them. Yesterday I noticed that every single one of my actions stopped working. I don't get an error message or anything, I just click the "play" button and nothing happens. I've Googled around and nothing I see online resembles what can see happening here. Has anyone else noticed this issue with Photoshop lately? I am using Photoshop CC2025 on a 2018 Macbook with Sonoma 14.7.1.

Has the outline selection or trail of ants been changed? Seems like I can barely see it now and it also blinks in and out.

I have all kinds of problems with MP4 footage not updating properly, and I feel like it didn't used to be this bad in previous AE versionsMy standard workflow is to export MP4 renders from another animation software and composite them in After Effects.Whenever I re-render an existing shot and then switch back over to After Effects, the MP4 footage becomes all garbled / corrupt looking in the AE timeline."Reload Footage" does not help."Replace Footage" (with the same file) does not help.Purging All Memory & Disk Cache (then reload or replace) does not help. Most of the time, quitting out of After Effects entirely,  purging cache, re-opening the project and reloading the footage works. But sometimes it doesn't.Sometimes I have to change the file name of the MP4, then "Replace Footage" when After Effects reports it missing... and then change the name again every time I re-render it!This is unacceptable.I should be able to re-render footage in another app, tab back over to AE and se

My serial number for Adobe Acrobat 2017 expired, so I bought a new one for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. I downloaded and installed the software and entered the serial number. When I try to open Adobe or a PDF document, the screen starts to open then crashes immediately. I can't get past this issue.Per advice on another thread, I deleted Acrobat Pro, restarted my system, and then installed Acrobat DC. It worked fine. The next step was to upgrade DC to Pro, but the software asked me to purchase the upgrade - it didn't give me an option to enter my serial number. I uninstalled all instances of Adobe products from my system, restarted the computer, and did a clean install of Acrobat 2020 Pro. However, it is still crashing on startup. I did see the registration screen flash up briefly before closing this time. How do I solve this? I need more functionality than DC provides. I don't want to get a monthly subscription, especially since I already paid for a standalone serial number. Here are the

I'm on an M2 Pro MacMini running Ventura 13.5 and the Photo Downloader will not open when an sd card is connected to a card reader or when my X-T5 is connected directly. Clicking on the Downloader icon does nothing, it is set to open when a camera is connected in preferences. I can bypass the Downloader by selecting "import from device" from the file menu, but this is not ideal.  Resetting preferences does nothing. Any clues?
