Dear community, I have recently gotten into book cover designing. All cover designs are built using Adobe Stock images, which are paid for and licensed. It was my understanding that all royalty free assets sold by Adobe Stock are copyright protected?! I have subsequently been told that AI generated imagery cannot by copyright protected? Even if said assets are purchased from Adobe. Please help!       

I was searching for "youth law" and came across a number of disturbing videos and images of young boys wearing very little clothing (or none) and in many they are acting or placed into in suggestive poses or inappropriate actions. I could not see a method to report them. Why would anything like this be allowed on the site? It is stomach-churning. Hallo.Wie kann ich im Adobe Stock Account mehrere Vorschaubilder gleichzeitig herunterladen?Ich habe für einen Kunden viele Vorschaubilder in einer Bibliothek und möchte nicht jedes Bild einzeln herunterladen, weil das unglaublich viel Zeit kostet.

There's no reason you can't open an Illustrator (.ai or .eps) in Photoshop. It will rasterize but it will open.I just had this problem with 2 vector files. The canvas is blank when opened in Illustrator or anywhere else. There's something else going on here.

On August 29, we had 8 credits, on August 30, our subscription should be renewed and we should receive 40 new credits (we received the invoice on August 30). But that didn't happen? What happened?

As it seems, I'm having the same issue as hundred of other users. I was unable to cancel my Adobe Stock account as there is simply no button for cancelling. I had the free trial, deemed it not worthy to continue, and don't want it anymore.Please cancel my account - thanks very much.Alaina

I was told by support that there is no way to save templates to your library without licensing the image first?!  For images you can create multiple libraries then license the item later.  This makes it impossible to build up a collection of ideas and review them later.  Any help?  

Hi, I am looking to download Adobe Free Stock Images to use on my website. This website is for a hospitality business, and marketing purposes. Website will not be used for selling any goods directly, but more to market the restaurant. Assets #606292131 and #606292130 (bird in cage) should be .ai vector files but are not. How do I receive x2 credits as the files are unusable. They are very prror quality.

I pressed on big image instead of normal size. How to redo? I don't need the big image.  On a similar note, WHY is the large image on top of the regular one (selection choice)? 

I suddenly got an email saying my Adobe Stock account was cancelled which means I lost all my credits too?  I did not make this change and no one else from my company did either.

I have also got severly burned by Adobe Stock cancellation fee.I would not recommend this service to anyone and while I appreciate I had 14days to unsubscribe, I was not aware there were hidden costs for an early cancellation as I assumed there would have been a monthly bill and worst case I'd pay for 1 month or 2 not a crazy total amount of 195CHF all for using just 1 image.I understand paying for the months of "usage" (though I only downloaded probably around 7-10pics in total) but I find the early cancellation fee absolutely obscene.Can anyone share their thoughts? And is there any chance to get a refund of at least that cancellation fee? Thanks
