Is posters type of merchandise that need extended licence to use assets of Adobe stock? Is flyer or menu or business card or letterhead or brochure type of merchandise that need extended licence?

Good morning, yesterday I purchased 80 credits to download 80 images. I mistakenly downloaded the wrong image: #520622994 by Cavan Images for 25 credits, while the correct image I would like to download is #162707155 by multipedia for 1 credit.How is it possible to cancel the download of the wrong resource and get the 25 credits credited back?

I'm a bit confused by the licencing terms for audio: Would Spotify count as a paid access streaming service for which standard licence wouldn't suffice? Spotify does have a free version with ads (same as YouTube, which is explicitly permitted in the FAQ) but just wished to confirm.Do I need to get an additional licence for each episode of the Podcast (the music would be used for the intro) or do I need just one, for the whole series?

I am a user of the 'Creative Cloud All Apps' plan and when I try to download an image from the Free section of Adobe Stock, I get these error... How can I fix this?

I had a membership in Adobe Stock and had acquired over 120 credits. I had canceled my subscription as I was not using credits as fast as I was accumulating them (Abode caps what you can bank at 120 credits -- ??? strange because I am paying for them).When I logged on today to get an image, I found all my credits are now gone. How do I get a refund for the credits I purchased (which Adobe DID NOT deliver) or get my credits reinstated to my account?

If I'm using 30-40 stock illustrations in a book, can I use one credit to cover all? Such asImages © / Adobe Stock Thank you!

Hallo! Gibt es bei den (kostenlosen und/oder kostenpflichtigen) Bildern von Adobe Stock das gleiche Problem wie bei Piaxabay und Co? Nämlich folgendes (Zitat Wikipedia):"Der Upload der Bilder erfolgt durch anonyme Nutzer. Es besteht somit die Gefahr, dass der Hochladende gar nicht das Urheberrecht besitzt. Pixabay übernimmt keine Garantie, dass die hochgeladenen Bilder frei von Rechten Dritter sind. Da der Upload anonym erfolgt, können abgemahnte Nutzer auch keinen Rückgriff auf diese Person vornehmen und bleiben somit auf den Kosten der Abmahnung sitzen." Macht es rechtlich einen Unterschied, ob ich die kostenlosen oder die kostenpflichtigen Bilder von Adobe Stock verwende? Über eine Antwort würde ich mich sehr freuen.

I have an Adobe CC account. I am working with a client. They have some sort of Adobe Teams account, with a few licenses for Adobe Stock. They want to share / give me an Adobe Stock subscription. Is this possible? Presumably if they used the same email address as my CC account, I can simply log in using the same account (no need to create a new account or sub-user within my existing CC account)?

Please I'm hoping for a proper solution, not "restart computer" suggestions. I've tried three different browsers: chrome, opera and safari. I just want this to work. I can't even save photos. What can I do?

Hi,  I can't access stock.adobe.com on any of my devices.  I always get: "Error 403 Forbidden  Error 54113  Details: cache-nrt-rjtf7700057-NRT 1655805182 2551003392 Varnish cache server"  Does thsi have access restrictions?   Please help. Thank you.

There has been a problem with Stock Adobe for two months.Even though I purchased a monthly plan of 10 downloads, I can't download photos and songs. The plan in the administrative tabs is visible, but not on stock adobe. Please fix this error that is on the Stock Adobe website.

I licensed asset #141264343 and am now getting a message that it's no longer available? How is that possible if it's an image I already paid for?  

Whenever I go to search something in Adobe Stock I get the message "Page Not Found - Sorry, that page doesn't exist. Try your search again." I know what I am searching does exist because I have searched it before.  

Seit letzter Woche Donnerstag habe ich mehrere Bilder versucht zu lizenzieren. Es wird mit auch immer ein Abo-Credit abgezogen, ich kann aber keine Bilder herunterladen und sie werden auch nicht in der Lizenzübersicht angezeigt. Bei Adobe den Fall schon gemeldet, aber seit einer Woche keine Reaktion. Ich brauche drigend die Bilder. Hat jemand eine Idee?

Seit Freitag werden zwar die Bilder lizensiert, aber NICHT runtergeladen.Habe 402 Credits, Adobe Konto ist OK.Wenn ich Downloads ankliege wo das Bild als Layout liegt, springtder Bildschirm nur hin und her. Zeigt kurz das Bild und ist dann wieder weg.Ansonsten läuft an meinem Rechner alles.

I use an adobe stock account provided by my employer. On Wednesday was working perfectly, but since yesterday on available quota it states 'no plan'. The account is paid for via StockCat and they say it is all paid up so should be functioning correctly. Other members of our team who access the same stock account are having the same issue.Any help would be appreciated 🙂
