Hi, in adobe stock, according to the licence agreement I can use a licene for one customer but if I want to use the same image for another client I would need to licence that image a second time. Is it technically possible to licence an image a second time, I can not find any button to licence images twice. Please help.

I had the same issue.  I signed up for a free trial, didn't find anything I liked and cancelled the same day. Kept getting charged monthly and then when i spoke to someone to cancel they said there would be a huge early cancellation fee. Also tried to use their chat which was a joke and kept getting disconnected. Tried again a month later and the link to cancel never worked. Customer service is a total joke!!!!  Seems like they lure you in with a free trial and then try to make it impossible to cancel.  I finally had to dispute it with American Express.

Hi, so on febuary 24th 2023 I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud for students. And without my knowing I also purchased Adobe Stock (10 assets per month). Aparently I first had free trial for a month and on march 24th it automatically bought a year membership for Adobe Stock. I have never used this membership, so it would be nice if I could get my money back, since it's quite a lot (€435,46 p/y), and I have already payed everything. Although, I've read about the cancellation costs; you'll only get a refund if you do it within 14 days after your purchase. For me it has been 17 days, which sucks, because I only found out yesterday. I was wondering if there is anyway for me to get even a part of my money back. I hope someone can help me.Kind regards.

Hi All, I've recently been doing some work on Adobe Stock, saving a load of images to themed libraries for research, ready to license them when I'm happy with the selection. I've been using the same computer at work to create all of the libraries and it has been working great until I recently swapped machines to work from home. I am using the same account, however now when I go onto my stock account, I see a completely different set of libraries, ones that I have used in the past but weren't on the work computer I was using. To make matters worse, now when I load Adobe Stock on my work PC, I only see the old ones. The 25+ libraries that I've just created are completely lost. The only 1 that is saved is one that I previously sent to myself earlier in the project so I could open it remotely. If anyone could suggest how to retrieve these libraries that would be amazing and would save me a lot of time. I wanted to use some (Australian) Aboriginal Stock images and was wondering as they are called "Aboriginal Art" they need to produced by an Aborignal. I wanted to make sure I'm following proper Lore and respect towards the indigenous peoples. Are these made by Aboriginal people and do they support them if i purchase said artwork?  I know this might seem simple but there are actual laws surrounding this. Thank you.

I subscribed to a free 30-day Stock trial on 7th March 2023. Since then I haven't been able to cancel it. I subscribed to it using the personal profile of the account which is also used by my company for the Cloud subscription. BUT - I PERSONALLY signed up for it using my PERSONAL debit card, believing I will have full control of the subscription. Now, when I wanted to cancel it, this option just doesn't show up, I only have a list of Cloud applications and the information that I have to contact my company admin to do anything about it and no option to contact a real person about it. I've replied to emails I got from Adobe and of course, they are no-reply addresses.I strongly urge you to cancel my subscription and address this issue in your services. This should be looked into by the consumer protection office, as it the "free cancellation" is a misleading term and the lack of option to cancel a subscription is illegal in Poland, where the purchase was made.It is also infuriating that

hola llevo meses sin poder acceder con servicio al cliente y me estan cobrando 30 dolares en una cuenta fantasma, llevo tratando de contactar de todo tipo de maneras, estos ultimos 4 meses, 30 dolares cada mes, ya cancele tarjeta pero aun sigue. We have an Adobe Stock plan for a user, it has never been used. He is getting a message of zero assets available.  

I keep getting "An error occurred. Please try again" message when I click the "Cancel plan" or "Manage plan" buttons.  I need to cancel the free trial in the next few days before I am charged.  Is there another way to cancel?

Hey, ich habe folgendes Problem: Bei einer Stockvideo Bestellung war eigentlich eine Ust.-ID hinterlegt aber abgerechnet wurde mit MwSt. Im Bestellprozess hatte ich inkl. MwSt angezeigt bekommen.Jetzt habe ich eine Differenz in der Rechnung und der eigentlichen Abbuchung. Infos dazu habe ich im Internet nicht gefunden. <-- Ich kann doch nicht der Einzige sein, dem das passiert ist? Um den Bestellprozess zu analysieren und wie das dazu kommen konnte, hatte ich bei einem willkürlichem Video auf die selbe Bestellübersicht gehofft, wie es bei der ersten Bestellung der Fall war. Das hatte nun leider dazu geführt, dass ein Stockvideo bestellt wurde, welches ich gar nicht bestellen wollte. Dass möchte ich nun Rückerstatten lassen, da es ein Fehlkauf war. I often have images (illustrations) rejected because of allegedly "identical images". Last: I have uploaded 2 image series (theme: calendar). Once in English, this was all accepted. Later in another language. Here parts were not accepted because of allegedly "identical images". This I can not understand. Has anyone had this before or can someone explain to me the reason for this.

I like many others saw the free trial of adobe stock and figured that I would give it a go to get a few assests to use for some of my university assignments.. I probably used it about twice in my 3-4 months of accidentally paying 40$ AUD a month for the "product". I finally saw the 40$ coming out of my account and realised something wasn't right, so I hopped onto my adobe account to try to cancel my "subscription" only to find that not only do they purposely make it hard to cancel, they also expect a 200$ cancellation fee.... So unbenounced to me when I accepted the "free trial" it was an ANNUAL CONTRACT! I had absolutely no clue it was an annual contract that I was signing up for at the time and it seems that countless other people have had the same issue. I think that's plenty of evidence to show that Adobe needs to step up, take some responsibility for this absolute mess and stop scamming people.
