Hi, I’m interior designer not grafical designer, and I tried the free trial of one month and forgot to cancel. I can't use stock photos for my job, can not contact anyone to help me cancel the annual membership. Now I have to pay every month 38 Euro, but if I want to cancel I need to pay 190 Euro which is for me very a lot! I’m very dissapointed, that I can not get in touch personally with anybody from Adobe. I’m not using stock photos but I need to pay 190 Euros!! Help me with this, please!! For me here in Hungary, it is a lot of money, I can not afford it!!

The problem is the video thing at adobe stock, i allready have a subsciption.I need a even more expensive subscription just to download 3 videos a month?You know there are internet sites that offer unlimited resources for a slightly bigger fee, but way more recources to price ratio.You get 33% and adobe takes 67%, is that a fair deal? That is most ridiculous deal i have ever seen.It would not suprise me if in some countries you could get stampted as a fraudulent company when doing that. As are no justifiable reason they need to take that much.I get it, The US has this self destructive mindset where everyone is competing with each other and step on each other to reach the top.I think being sociopath also is not far away from the same mindset.I am really curious how someone can run a buissness like this and feel no remorse. 

Hi. My friend told me that adobe stock credits will expire by the end of the year. I tried to confirm that, but can't find anything that would confirm it. I found something that would deny it, but that answer is 4years old and something might change during that period. So.. does something change in this year and adobe stocks credits will reset by the end of the year?

Is it possible to purchase images from Adobe Stock if I don't pay for a Creative Cloud membership?

Zdjęcie będzie umieszone na opakowaniu i sprzedawane wraz z zawartością kontrahentom.Jaki pakiet mam zakupić by firma A sprzedawała legalnie zdjęcia a firma B wykorzystywała na swoich opakowaniach. Dziękuję 

Hi.I wanted to download a couple (6-7) of pictures from Stock. I didn't want to pay for it. Apparently I must have had give my credit card number in order to download, since I ve been charged a fee of  36,89 euro (177,13 złoty). Transaction date is 22.12.22, accounting date is 24.12.22. Could I get my money back? I''ve deleted plans concerned with charging abovementioned fee. Chciałem ściągnąć parę zdjęć. Nie chciałem za to płacić (usługa miałą byc darmowa). Najwyraźniej przy zakładaniu konta wyamgane było podanie numerów karty bankomatowej. Została mi pobrana kwota 36,89 euro (177.13 złotych). Data transakcji to 22.12.22, data zaksięgowania 24.12.22. Chciałbym odzyskać te pieniądze, gdyż nigdy nie miałem zamiaru korzystać z żadnego planu ani płacić za żadne usługi. 

Hallo zusammen, was passiert mit den Bildlizenzen, wenn derjenige Fotoproduzent nicht mehr mit Adobe Stock zusammenarbeiten will und das Verhältnis kündigt?    Was passiert mit den bereits von Personen lizenzierten Bildern? Dürfen diese weiterhin genutzt werden (weil rechtmäßig erworben)? Macht sich der Bilderwerber strafbar bei der weiteren Verwendung strafbar und kann abgemahnt werden? 3. Bekommen die Bilderwerber (unser Unternehmen) in diesem Fall eine Information?   Ich freue mich über Antworten.Viele Grüße Jona

Il 25/12/2021 ho sottoscritto un piano con pagamento mensile e durata annuale. Ho aspettato lo scadere dell'anno per poterlo disdire senza penale e ora mi viene comunque richiesto il pagamento di una penale perché l'abbonamento si è tacitamente rinnovato per un altro anno ad un prezzo superiore! Come posso richiedere un rimborso? il rinnovo annuale è avvenuto da meno di 14 giorni

I received a charge on 12/21/2022 for the first month, I believe, but I want to cancel it and get reimbursed as I did not use it after the trial period and just 3 days has passed.Thank you for your assistance and happy holidays.

Hi, need to download a picture with the extended license because it will be used for an italian tv series production. It’s very important to know if the image could be modified (change colour, cut something inside). I have also to check the copyrights before downloading it because we need it for every platform, worldwide distribution. Can someone help me?

It's not an actual vector, eps or transparent PNG as promised in the title, it's 100% unusable, and should be removed from adobe stock before someone else wastes their credit on this. 

Hi Adobe, I recently licensed a template: number 461120280 for a before and after project I have to do for a client. The title and the image both give the impression that is exactly what this template is, but it is not. It's not something I can nor want to use. Is there a way to recind the license on this stock item? Thank you, Matt

I used adobe stock for one image for a slide show I used for school.. and im not sure if I just did the free trial or what.. but I just noticed how even though I "canceled" it a while ago, its still on my account. and honestly I almost did it again where i went to cancel it but it's very misleading and almost dificult to even cancel?  When I finally figured out that it's still charging me and I went to again cancel it, its trying to charge me $100+ and I just simply cannot afford that. Ever. Nor can I afford to keep paying this amount of money for 1 image that I used months ago.. I need someone to please help me cancel this. not that it matters but I'm crying for help because I have a child, I'm a full time student, I'm paying so many bills with no job just an occasional photography gig here and there... Hi, I purchased fotolia photos in 2015/2016/2017 and I did not make the synchronisation to Adobe account, so I don't have access to the licenses. I can login in adobe-stock with my previous account, but I found that the license folder is empty. How can I retrieve my licenses?

Heads up! Good Day   I am new to Adobe Stock. While I was going through the image library I clicked on the bottom right of an image which automatically licensed the image without a confirmation promt. I do not understand why this functionality has not been implemented since people have been complaining about this for yeards now (at least since 2018 | https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/unlicense-accidental-stock-purchase/m-p/11611854#M55815).The bigger problem is that this mistake was done while I was logged into my work account (Valtech) and I never had authorization to license an image, I was merely browsing.    The image in question (https://stock.adobe.com/ca/images/man-with-disability-on-wheelchair-stopped-in-front-of-staircase-raising-awareness-of-architectural-barriers-and-accessibility-issues/530170524) has never been downloaded, is there any way we can revert this license?
