Using my Id of Adobe, there is free photos of Adobe stock , can I use these photos to design social media posts for clients.

I downloaded a 3D shirt model form Adobe Stock, and when I try to open it in Dimension I get an error message saying Unable to Import Model.  I tried upadating my computer and re-installing Dimension.  I then tried opening some starter asset models and several of them did the same thing.  I also tried opening all of the models I've previously downloaded and none of them worked, all of which I have never had an issue with before.  Any guesses?

I want to use an Adobe Stock photo in an e-mail that I am sending out in an e-mail marketing campaign. But section 4.1(a) of Adobe_Stock_Additional_Terms_en_US_20190816_2200.pdf says that I can't use the Work in any way that allows a third-party to extract the Work as a stand alone file. I spoke to the people who will be designing my e-mails and they said there is no way to stop someone I send the e-mail to from being able to extract the image as a stand alone file. So does that mean I can't use Adobe Stock photos for e-mail marketing??? 

I've been purchasing many Fotolia images for the last decade.  But when I need to re-download some images, I can not see those in Adobe Stock My Library.  Has Adobe scrapped those?

Hi guys, I've gone through Adobe Stock to find some nice assets with a transparent background, and added them all to a Library. In Illustrator all the thumbnails have a transparent background. Before licensing them I've added a few to my composition and they have a transparent background. However when I click the shopping cart icon to license them Illustrator downloads the JPEG and not the PNG version.Where do I find the option to choose PNG? Thanks!

I accidentally subscribed for Adobe Stock for three months after it automatically converted the trial plan into a paid plan. I never used it and do not plan to use any stock images from Adobe during this period. I also could not access my credit card statement due to problems with my bank, hence was unaware of the subscription. The email notification from Adobe was also sent into my spam folder...  Now I am charged around USD90 for a service I did not use, and the charge will continue for 9 more months since it is an annual subscription plan. If I cancel the plan now, I have to pay half of the remaining fees WHICH IS NOT STATED IN THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION. I tried contacting a customer service agent for a cancellation and refund and he/she said something about waiving the fees for the next three months. But I do not need any of Adobe's services/ products! Help?  

This account is flooding Adobe Stock with AI art. Hello, i have two questions,  i am interested to buy several extended licences to produce products like painting by numbers e.g. I have read thats its not allowed to pass images to a third party. For production i need to send these pictures to my manufacturer. Is it allowed to share the pictures with them after i bought the extended licences, that they can produce the items for me? From terms and conditions i understand that i can share to the producer, but the manufacturer have no rights on the pictures and is not allowed to sell them and is just allowed to produce for me? My second questions is when i produced these e.g. painting by numbers is it allowed just to upload the picture in the sales ad without watermarks? It would be great if someone can give me a clear answer i already have read the general terms and conditions. Thank you!

A.I. generated art has no copyright because it is all inheritly stolen. How on Earth is Adobe buying and selling licneses to generative images?They made a choice to allow them first and ask questions later. Every time I try to cancel my Adobe Stock Free Trial, it makes me change my password, and it becomes an endless cycle that gets me nowhere. I just want to cancel the free trial, please.

I licensed the following image.  https://stock.adobe.com/images/blantons-bourbon/230898336?asset_id=230898336 For some reason no matter what I do there is always the "Photo Barrel" watermark on the picture. I looked at this help forum and found others talking about downloading photos and the watermark remains but nothing was helpful. This doesn't appear to be the standard Adobe watermark, this is something the photographer put on there? If so, I have no idea why it would even be offered for license in Stock if it can't be removed. How do I confirm that there is no way to download this and/or get a refund? Thank you

I'm currently on Page 20 of wading through AI images. I do NOT want AI images. I already put -ai in the search term. We need a filter to get rid of them. We need these images to be vetted as ai before they are on loaded onto the site. This is ridulous to have to wade through to find stock images I can actually use.

Hi I'm unable to find the correct channel for this so am posting here.   I've used plan credits on about 5 AI stock either overtly or implied (*refer below) as text/font editable, only to find the text is outlined.  These are unusable.  (Note if the creator identified the font I'd be able to recreate but they never seem to.) How do I 'return' these for credits?   *  Here are 2  examples of 'implied' editability.  As it's a T Shirt the only way to use the design unedited is to buy an extended licence (ie otherwise you can't use it on a product).  Given its available via a plan credit  (therefore you can't use it on a T shirt) it's implying the impression that the text/wording can be changed so as not to breach licence.  I liked the design, and just wanted to use it as a base  with completely changed text/words, font, shapes and colours.. For the past two months, I have paid for a subscription that I cannot use or cancel. It's really stressing me out as money is being withdrawn from my bank account and I can't do anything about it. I have also looked on Adobe how you are asked to cancel your subscription but this did not help me either. Is there any way to get this money refunded or at least cancel my subscription?
