Just got done with customer service only to have them explain the same thing to me. The real bummer, I'm at a cap so I'm just paying now. Not receiving anymore images but they basically want me to pay so that I can use what I have. Also, when I originally signed up for this I was suppose to get 10 free. Never got those, just rolled me over to the services and been paying ever since. Guess I'm going to go download a bunch of images I don't need now. ERRRRR. So angry!!

I'm in UAE, I subscribe Adobe stock because I need to have greeting card for my company, but I continuly face this problem "This asset cannot be licensed", for example, UAE national day, women's day, UAE flag day...etc I can't license all those picture for these 3 keyword.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

With a Standard License, would I be allowed to use assets on a news/blog site if they are not marked "Editorial Use Only"?

Ich zahle monatlich für 10 Bilder. Allerdings bleibt das Guthaben bei 120 Bildern stehen, auch wenn ich keine Bilder in Anspruch nehme. Warum?

Hello! I wanted to buy a photo for my company with extended licence. I signed up for free trial, I bought the photo (paid for it with card). The purchase can be seen (1st row) but I cannot download the bill. I canceled my monthly plan (2nd row).   Can you help me? Thank you in advance. 

My Adobe Stock Libraries are incredible slow to load on any browser. Sometimes, they do not load at all. This is annoying as it is a service we are paying for. Is anyone else having this problem and how did you solve the issue. Switching browsers did not solve the issue

My Adobe Stock plan is set to renew on the 8th of the month, with 25 credits per month.  There were no additonal credits this morning, and as of Noon that is unchanged.  I've spent far too long chatting with an agent and their floor supervisor, and my work day has been thrown off schdule.  As you can see, Adobe is well aware of the monthly charge, and while I've held up my end of the bargain, I still can't access my credits.  Chat agent says this will take 24-48 HOURS to sort out, which is profoundly tone-deaf for a digital arts company.  So, while I'm losing money and opportunity, I'm also bound by a contract that will penalize me for cancelling.   Not a single other subscription (inclduing Photoshop) has ever given me this kind of problem.  If anyone could shed light on this problem, I would be most grateful.  For now, I need to explain to my client why the work is going to be late.  I'll be lucky if I don't get fired.  Thanks Adobe.

I recently licensed a image in Stock and when I attempt to use it in Photoshop the watermark is still visible.  Image in my library shows it was licensed and I even downloaded the image on my desk top which is what I saw on another blog to try and correct this issue and nothing is working?

Hi the image I just downloaded FILE #:  573286367 is missing the eye on the blue lady. This image should be removed as it is unusable as is. Very poor details that need to be fixed. Thanks

I have no problem downloading stock videos, and then it appears once my payment for another month is paid I lose access to any stock video ------here is the old case number ADB-27640641-M7J3 not sure why this problem persists, but this is getting very frustrating ...........The way this is going, I'll be dead before adobe can fix this problem

Hello we want to stop our monthly payments until July after July we start it again we can no longer pay the monthly payments until July and if we want to cancel, he asks us for a fee of 164 euros, how can we proceed we didn't sign annual!!, we weren't even told that when the account is canceled we are forced to pay. this is stupid for someone to force you to pay if you have not signed an annual contract.  obliges me to pay monthly if I don't want to or if I don't have any more money. I have already paid for 2 or 3 years of adobe 25 euros monthly.

I just purchased an image 387016393  ( rainbow) In which description says transparent. When I apply it in a layer in photoshop it doest look transparent. Couel you please check it for me. Thank you

Hi there,I am interested in staring an Etsy shop with content such as wedding invitations, custom stickers, thank you cards, etc. and sold as either digital downloads or as physical products.Before I begin, I want to ensure that everything I will be doing is legal.-Is an adobe stock image okay to be used in a design for such content? I would not be selling the stock image itself, but the image would be used to create something that would be sold.-Does an adobe stock image need to be altered in any way for it to be okay for resale?-Do I need to buy an extended license or is a standard license sufficient?Thanks for the help!!

I am looking for a world map in Illustrator. I thought the stock item in the subject line was a good choice but only once I licensed it, could I tell that the countries don't look accurate. Hello, I tried to reach the Adobe Support, but via E-Mail no reply and also the chat was just an algorithm replying to my request and no human.I am from Germany and I want to put a film I created on a streaming plattform which would make some money. I have the normal audio license for the 4 audio tracks I also used in this film, but it seems that I need to have an advanced audio licence for my purpose, but this is just possible for companies to purchase. I am not a company. So how can I possibly licence the 4 tracks I used in this film from Adobe? And how much would that cost?I am happy for your help!Thanks.Kind regards,Isabelle

Hi,I'm having issues that vector images downloaded from adobe stock aren't transparent even though the appear to be on Adobe Stock. I've seen posts that you can work around this by opening the file in illustrator and turning off the background layer. However, I don't have an illustrator license. Other services provide ways of getting transparent images without this, like making .pngs available. Is there a work around? I've purchased images that I would like to use as advertised. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ist es dann überhaupt möglich Adobe Stock- Bilder bei Facebook und Instagram zu veröffentlichen?Muss ich dem Fotografen einen neuen credit für die unbearbeitete Verwendung seines Bildes auf social media gewähren? Vielen Dank für die Hilfe!Mareike

How can I get support from adobe stock direcly? the Virtual Assistant is not able to reply to issue. my problem is: I updated my plan a few days ago, and since then, I have lost access to over 100 assets that were previously available to me. I have not been notified that I may lose my assets after updating my plan. 😞
