I signed up for the Adobe Stock free trial and linked my card, but now I’m trying to cancel before the trial ends. Every time I go to Manage Plans, I get an "Unable to load plans" error. I’ve tried:Using different browsers and incognito modeClearing cache and cookiesTrying on both desktop and mobileContacting Adobe’s virtual assistant (which keeps looping me around)I also can’t find an option to delete my account entirely. How can I cancel my subscription before I get charged? Is there a direct way to reach an actual support agent?

I am a longtime Adobe user and both an Adobe Stock contributor and a user of the same stock. I am frankly really disappointed with the stock platform being overrun by second-rate AI images. As a contributor to the stock platform, this is frustrating given that many contributors will likely have submissions rejected over marginal issues like noise or color correction, while AI images that are virtually unusable seem to skate through to the top search results with impunity. They’re cluttered with artifacts, smudges, impossible proportions or perspective, shameless cliches, and illegible text. Contributors of AI content are not even taking the time to clone out mistakes or paint over things that would take an amateur moments to fix. I’m really disappointed in the lack of more rigorous standards.  I think AI assets should be de-prioritized by default in the search parameters. I cannot seem to find this info anywhere. I just used some credits to license a video and it says I now have 42 Credits left....but when do those renew? Its all very confusing...they talk about credits and assests in different plans but I don't understand the difference. Thanks for your help!

Hello,I have never met such support that is not support at all but complete chaos.I  purchased photos in 2015-2019 in Fotolia stock. Now I need to get my history back because the author sold his right to photo troll company (they earn from bombarding websites owners with lawsuites). That is really tough situation. What was my surprise to know that I can not access my Fotolia account anymore. I didnt know that it was Adobe now, I did`t not recieve any emails or so. Ok that is my problem now.But I paid my money to the company and I had letters from Fotolia stated dates of purchases. I have had and used Adobe Stock for years. Today, while searching for videos (even those I've previosuly bought), all of them are now listed as Premium and have an additional charge. I can filter by standard price for photos, but not for videos. Help! 

I am in the Adobe Stock website. When I select an image and click on "save to library" how do I direct it to a specific library that I have created?  If the answer is make the library the "default" library how do I do that? When I click on "my libraries" then right click on the library, there is no option to make it the default library.

I"m having a serious problem with adobe stock.  I'm subscribed and logged in. However, every search comes back with a "page does not exist" response in the browser.  I have used firefox, safari and duckduckgo. All browsers come up with the same response.  Any ideas? thanks in advance,tomd

Hello, I changed my personal email which was (1) to my work email (2). But for some reason messages from adobe stock come to (1), why is this so? my new work email (2) is already indicated everywhere, but letters do not come there, although I verified it.

Searching for inspiring young girls reveals 35 images featuring girls with alcohol on the first page. In contrast, searching for inspiring young boys shows significantly fewer alcohol-related photos. This disparity is both disappointing and biased. 

Hello,I need to get my Fotolia licenses and invoices back.I did not know Fotolia was closed and I have not got any letters about the need to sync the account with Adobe. This is a relly dissapointing situation for me. I paid money and purchased legal content. But can`t access my history of purchases. I asked in the suuport chat but they never helped.Who can I contact to get my history? 

Hello im being Charged $30 and $70 each month and im on the $29 plan pleas helpi do not have 2 accounts my account is only active on one computer please help. 

Some of our Creative Cloud Team members seem to have lost access to our Stock credits amounting to 325. We pay monthly for this and I have the invoice if needed. We pay 65.99 per month and get 25 credits per month. Normally we have 3 users who have access to this and now there's only 1 person in the team who can see the credits. I needed a picture with a baby lying on a bed with a dog and I was hoping for one with a baby that is not white. White is all I can find. Now it could be me and how I am searching but I did search many different ways and I do not want an AI version but I did not even come across any of those when searching. I shouldnt have to go and pay for a different stock photo service to get more diverse imagery.    Is there a better way to provide feedback on stock needs?   [[Moderator deleted original stock data. The Generative AI images are terrible and i'm looking for a feature that can be default "on" the same way Safe Seach works, something like the attached example. We have quite a large team selecting stock and we need to be able to have these images hidden without search terms or special knowledge of how to omit them.

My process consists of:    • Cast my actors via Adobe Stock images    • Create a storyboard with an AI tool (ChatGPT or Midjourney)    • Generate video from the the storyboard (Veo, Kling, Runway) Does this violate any terms of usage for the Stock photo?
