I just used a stock image credit for an Ai file, and the main element on the stock image is NOT vector, but an image. I was under the impression that this was against the selling guidelines with Adobe? File is linked below. The fan background of the file is an image. Completely misrepresented if you ask me. How do I report it and get my credit back? The file is rendered useless to me, as I need to change the colors drastically to serve its purpose within Illustrator. Hello Adobe and forum,I just tried to purchase a 150credit package for Adobe Stock.After clicking "Sichere Bestellung aufgeben" (it's German), I got a red error message at the top saying payment could not be confirmed and I should try again with different credit card information. I tried several times with different card info and paypal accounts. Always got the error message.How can I buy credits?Thank you for your help.Edit:I just went to check my Paypal account and saw THIS!This is definitely not what I wanted. Nor was it in any way clear that my order was successful. On the contrary - the error message (which I did not record) clearly stated, that something went wrong and I should try again. Hello Adobe and forum,I created a new account after I clicked on "Get 10 Free Adobe Stock Images Start Now".I entered my email, payment info and validate the form.Once logged into the site, I had a message telling me that I was going to receive an email asking me to create a password.After about ten minutes, I was disconnected from the site, and I still have not received the email that will allow me to validate my account and creates a password.I had to create another account directly via Get an Adobe ID to be able to post here (something I should have done with the other account).But I can not access my account, cancel or do anything, but adobe have my banking info for next few months.Can someone remove this account, or cancel the subscription?Thank you for your help.

I started the free trial unbeknownst to me that I won't be able to cancel it immediately. I don't want to get charged at the end of the month. The trial says "Annual plan, paid monthly". Am I gonna start getting charged $30 for the plan??

Morning,I am an artist and I have been asked to create some work for an exhibition. I am therefore searching for some reference images to work from. I love the quality and clarity of Adobe Stock images and would like to know if the images can be used as an artist reference? I have read the information about not being able to directly sell the image printed onto products but I am unsure about the rules on paintings being created from the images. There would be one original painting that would be sell-able and then potentially prints of the painting for sale as well.I would assume this is not possible but wanted to check Many thanks!

A month ago I signed the Adobe stock, so in the same week I canceled because I had already downloaded the 10 free images.Now, 1 month later, I was charged from my card the value of the subscription, I wanted to know what to do in this case, since I canceled this subscription in the free period.

I purchased and downloaded a stock video a couple months ago, but did something dumb and can no longer find it. Is there a way to re-download videos you've already paid for without having to purchase again? Am I looking over some "My downloads" portion of my profile?Thanks!

Hi, just need some clarification here please re whether I need an extended or standard licence for some work I'm currently doing for a client.   The AS image (a room set, settee against plain wall) is being modified to show my client's painting hanging on the wall. The painting will be offered for sale via an online art gallery. The AS image is being used only to show it in a home environment so customers can get an idea of how it looks. I'll be using the same stock image to illustrate around twenty different paintings.   As far as I can tell, a standard licence is correct because the item being sold is the painting, not the AS photo. Could someone confirm this though please? I don't want to mislead my client!  

I am on an business network and using windows 7 64bit sp-1 fully patched.Internet Explorer version 11, fully patched.I can get to all the websites, port 80 and 443 is open.When I go to "Royalty free images, photos, and graphics | Adobe Stock" with out logging into my Adobe account the images appear quickly and the internet explore responds well.But when I login to my adobe account it is very slow, unresponsive and will give me the message "ADOBE.COM IS NOT RESPONDING DO TO A LONG-RUNNING SCRIPT." and sometimes log me out.I have checked this on two different computers on the network, same loads, and they do the same thing.What could be causing this or how can I correct it?

HiI'm new to Adobe Stock.  I just took a standard licence on an image: Watercolor Floral Background. Hand painted border of flowers. Good for invitations and greeting cards. Frame isolated on…  the Adobe watermark has gone however there is still text on the image "watercolour floral frame".  I am really hoping this is not part of the image and there is a way to get rid of it.  Can anyone help? So I was wondering if once you sign up for a plan that allows you to purchase 10 images every month.  Does this mean that the photos are mine permanently or do I only have them for a certain time before the "Adobe Stock" image shows up on top of the image.  The reason I ask is because in creating my website, I want to make sure that the images I purchase will be "mine" to use permanently because I will not be able to afford to re-license the images again at a later time.  I plan on using this plan for quite a while but I won't be able to if I will be required to relicense the pictures in the future.  Can anyone help me by letting me know before I continue to purchase images?  Thank you.

Can anyone get me a straight answer as to how Adobe Stock is supposed to work?  I am an IT mgr. for a small firm here in Orlando and we have purchased a 750/mnth. license and only one of my people can download photos.  Any idea on how I can get the rest of his team to be able to utilize this absolutely useless/ripoff app ??

We have an account for teams here under the creative cloud apps. I have just tried to download a motion graphics through Adobe Stock which I thought would just download to our account, however, it asked for payment/purchase instead -- no bother.Payment via our company visa has been attempted multiple times and is coming back with an error. I have checked a few forums to see that many have had this problem with no solution from Adobe. I have cleared cache/cookies etc and now receive a slightly different version of the same error. Message reads: Error: We are unable to process your transaction at this time. Either verify your information or enter a different card number. If you are still unable to place your order, please contact Learn & Support for assistance.Amazing that a company makes it so hard to take their customers money, but I'm curious if anyone else has found a hack to this?
