I am an Adobe Creative Suite subscriber and recently tried Adobe Stock. The selection is amazing and I like the service, but I didn't need it and cancelled. I still have 18 images available to use, but when I try to download an image, I am directed to my account payment page - where everything is paid up and fine... ? Can I use the 18 images showing available to me?

     Are you allowed to use photos purchased from Adobe Stock, for government agency materials?

Hello, I'm new to this as i begin my design journey with Adobe. my question is: are the free 20 stock images i get tied to my subcription plan? how many images (besides the free 20) does my plan allow me to licence under my current subscription plan? would really appreciate a response.

I think it is disgusting that Adobe have charged me for credits, credits that I PURCHASED and SHOULD OWN yet because my 12 month plan has ended and I did not wish to renew it, I cannot use my PAID for images unless I resubscribe!I consider this to be fraudulent.... you can't charge someone for something and then not allow them to use the credits!At least being a Creative Cloud subscriber you would think I could access my paid for credits!Very bad Adobe. 😞

I to cancel my the trial of Adobe Stock. But cannot be cancelled as it is not one of my paid plans yet. I do not want it to be a paid plan and customer service seems non-existent.I, however wish to cancel now, but the recommended routes are not available and I cannot contact anyone as all routes take me to this forum. I have literally been trying to cancel my trial for days now and it keep telling me there is a problem with my request. please help me because i have just been billed and this is ridiculous.

I have created a design in Photoshop using multi-layered images with masks. I decided I liked these images and purchased the licensed version, but the previews in the design are not updating to the full version...so am I expected to start over?

Hello, I was wondering the following.If an image were to be removed by the author, hypothetically, since the time I first license the image. What happens to the "license again" function?I want to avoid accidentally licensing an image that is no longer available. Will this be obvious on the license page? Hi !I was trying to get as much information as I can on an asset I found out the webpage do list assets from the same series.However I couldn't find any assets links from the assert search result nor the series_id to do an additional search.Is this possible to get somehow this series_id?I also found in the API a "model_id" search_parametesr, I didn't look for such assets yet but I didn't see it in the search result as well. Hello everyone,it's about 30 days that I can not disable the adobe stock subscription as explained in the guide Cancel your Adobe Stock membershipAs you can see from the image 1 I give as a mistake an alleged probelm on the paypal account.This did not allow me to manage my plan immediately after the trial phase (I don't deny that I used adobe stock after paying for the first month, because I just PAID and use it, even if I didn't want to continue)In image 2, however, you can see that payments have been made, and there are no paypal problems.Now, I would like to cancel this subscription, as I wanted ONLY TO USE THE TRIAL.But then I was "cheated" by automatic renewal.Is it possible that some admin solve my problem of blocking the modification of the plan?Thank you.

I'm opening this discussion after finding out I've been SCAMMED by Adobe!After using the "FREE TRIAL", "CANCELLATION FREE" trial of Adobe Stock, I was notified about the HUGE cancellation fee that I have to pay if I cancel my subscription earlier! I tried several times to find out how to cancel the subscription but they have NO way of cancelling the subscription after you've been noticed. I even did a first payment so I could just cancel it aftewards but then I get this WARNING of a CANCELLATION FEE!It is clearly show CANCEL RISK-FREE, what is wrong with this service? I found out in several forums that a lot of people have been tricked into this, what kind of disgusting service is this provided by ADOBE? I didn't even use the downloads that I had available, this is unacceptable!I demand a no fee cancellation of my Adobe Stock Service right now!
