Hello, is there a possibility on Adobe Stock to buy a photo which only i can use? So no one else can buy it afterwards?BrMartin

I accidentally bought premium photo form adobe stock. I was in a hurry and did not notice that this picture is so expensive. I would like to cancel my purchase and get my money back. Unfortunately, contact with Adobe is limited to chat,  where I was informed that a refound is not possible. It is hard for me to accept it, considering the fact that I do not intend to use this photo and it is ridiculously expensive. Is there any way out of this situation?

This may be a problem with my browser, but every time I change the search terms, all the filters reset. If I'm searching for photos only, it becomes a royal PITA to have to go back and remove videos, illustrations, premium, etc. Please enable some kind of account-level option to have a default set of filters ready to go every time I log in, and make it persistent when changing terms.

Hi,It appears I am unable cancel my account, it just says "You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly." on my account page, I was going to use the chat option from support but that appears to be closed as well, maybe I've got the times wrong?Unfortunately since I'm UK based ringing an American support line might cost me a small fortune so I was hoping for it to be resolved via chat but that appears to be impossible as well.Any hints as to how to cancel..?Thanks

TeamWhilst browsing for an image today I came across an inappropriate image with a child. What route do I take to request this is reviewed and hopefully removed. It should not be correct that inappropriate images are hosted on AdobeStock without prior vetting especially when the image contains a minor. Also having to raise these concerns in a public forum also seems weel, just plain wrong. What needs to be done to have this image reviewed/removed?

Logged into adobe stock and there is suddenly no option/drop down menu giving me the option to save to my different libraries? Any ideas? CheersSam

I am extremely disappointed with barriers in contact, providing help and clearly communicated information. My guess is that this is only to trick the largest number of users into unwanted subscriptions and fees.Returning to my question - I would kindly asking you for information on how I can cancel my free, monthly Adobe Stock account subscription IMMEDIATELY.In the help tab, you write about clicking "manage plan" but I DON'T HAVE THIS OPTION. Instead, I get the message "Soon it will be possible to manage the plan." What does it mean?  And what does it mean soon?

I've been trying to get a hold of a representative about enterprise Adobe Stock options, as I cannot find a pricing structure for that on the Adobe website. I've called the 800-685-3524 number multiple times and wait on hold for over 30, 45 minutes each time before I give up. I requested to be contacted and no one has reached out. Is there any information available about enterprise licenses for Adobe Stock and what the costs/subscription terms are?

Hello. Almost one year ago I accepted the offer from Adobe Stock to migrate from Fotolia to Adobe Stock then my credits there were converted to their service here. When I log in to my account I can see how many images I still have available for download but I couldn't find when they will expire. I appreciate if anyone could help me find this information, thank you!I tried to contact customer care via chat and email to solve this question but after 3 contacts, nobody knew the answer. They just keep telling me I don't have a subscription active, wich I already know and that is not the point.

I am new to Adobe Creative Cloud and was perusing the Adobe Stock images.  I licensed 3 images thinking it was like "favoriting" them.  Can you credit me the 3 images for the sake of goodwill?  I need 10 for sure this month as I'm creating my wedding invitations.Thank you,Mikayla

HeyI designed an UI/UX design about health. And i found some good photos from Adobe Stock.I want to use about 30 stock photo. But when i try buy an Adobe Stock plan I saw that message "You may search and save preview files, but cannot license them via our online store." What exactly does that mean? And for example i bought this plan, can I only download 10 photos in a month?Thank you.

Hello,it is possible to get the whole Licence History via the API ( Documentation  )This also works for a Team-Account but we can't find any way to get the API to output WHO of the Team licenced the image.We need this to see which department licenced how many pictures... any suggestions other than building a crawler?It would be awesome if you could just download a .CSV in the Licence History or even just set it to show more than 10 Images per page.But that does not seem to be possible. - The API was giving us hope.. but it's missing the one Value we need to analyze the data.Thanks in advance.

It could be that I pressed the button by mistake on my phone, since the buttons are really close by each other.I never downloaded this photo, is there any possibility I could undo this mistake, and restore 1 item for my monthly subscription limit?Thanks!

This would require I put our logo (and the logo of any other company we partner with on a particular event) on the flyer/photo. This would then be distributed via email, social media and snail mail. What kind of license would I need for that?

Hey!I want to create a cardgame in html/javascript/php.The game will be "free to play" and it is non comercial. I dont want to sell it.The pictures will be used to illustrate the cards. For sure there will be less than 500.000 players that will play the game, cause i just want to create it to learn a bit better programming and perhaps some people will have fun playing the game.What kind of license do i need for the pictures? The search "black woman in shadows" yield no black women but some stylish white women in shadows. Searching "African woman in shadows" yields sexualized women with afros but nothing mysterious or stylish. Similar searches for mysterious black or African American or African woman yields a paltry collection of videos and photos consisting of mostly light-skinned models and no truly dark-skinned women. As a paying subscriber, how can I request or advocate for a more diverse collection of photos and videos? I

IF trying the adobe stock (subscription) and then canceling it in one month, I can still have 10 images for free, right?2. When choosing the 'FULL' instead on 'one year subscription', the price changes form 0€ to 2,99€. What does this deal mean?Thank's for the answers!Johnny

I'm on a team account for Adobe Stock, and we have almost 900 pages of stock images in our license history, with several different people making choices on what to download. Our internal archiving system is also a complete mess, so there's little understanding of where things live on internal servers. Is a search function for license history in the works? Is there a search bar command that I can use to search keywords for already-licensed materials? As much as I'd enjoy to get paid to go through each page by hand, I have work to do, and I don't want to double up on similar-but-not-quite-the-same images because I can't figure out which keywords my coworker across the country used.Thanks.
