Hi there,before Fotolia became Adobe Stock I was used to know the Filsize in cm and it's dpi from the website without buying. So it was quite easy for me to check in Photoshop (with an empty picture) if the picture will have a resolution that could be printed really big (for example in 3000cm width).Pictures have been ordered in Categories like S,M,L,XL,XXL. It was a great thing to tell the costumers that they should look for pictures in XXL and there would not be any problem with printing.Now it is more difficult to find pictures that are OK for printing. Is it possible to filter pictures by sizes while you are searching?In our company we really like Adobe Stock but more and more often we use the competitor because it is more comfortable. It would be a great thing if you can help or let me know how to search better.Regards,sandra

Hello,i've been a user of adobe stock since they took over the one dollar photo club. Never had any problems with Adobe stock since recently.And i am wondering if there are more people experience the same problems. I am allso running Last Pass (for the shitload of passwords wich i have to remember) and recently Adobe stock is causing conflicts with Last Pass. The search results from Adobe stock wont even load or it takes an entire decade to load the search results.Any one else experiencing the same problems?Best Regards,Bjorn

Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at this post. I recently purchased a Month-to-Month 99.99 subscription and obtained 40 credits for stock images. I used these credits in a matter of hours because I had already gone through and looked over the stock images that I was going to need/use previously. I licensed the images I wanted but to my surprise when I went to cancel (I just wanted to cancel early so I wouldn't have to potentially go through the horror story of forgetting about the subscription and suddenly getting hit with a large fee at the start of next month, etc) and it said I could expect a refund but I'd lose the remaining credits. I contacted support and asked them if this was right and they said yes and cancelled my account for me.Now I feel a little conflicted and I asked them to make sure that no hidden fees or anything like that was going to suddenly crop up out of no where. I was trying out Adobe Spark as a new user.Someone told me that the first video was free.   I found some images for my video and inserted them in.   But they appear as watermarked in the video.Have there been restrictions placed on the first video so now you have to pay for the Adobe Stock ?

I've decided to order some stock footage and after selecting and paying with Paypal i've got a error message. Paypal itself say's (roughly translated) 'pending'? Two other stock video's, ordered the same way, came trough fine.According to Paypal i've ordered the same thing 3 times. Just needed a single licence. The stock numbers don't match either. Also, service trough a forum? What gives?

I have two questions about Aodbe StockFirst, I want to cancel the Adobe Stock subscribe, but I still have 80 items can download and purch yet.Will I still have the 80 items to download once I cancel the subscribe of Stock?Secondly, Even if I cancel the subscribe of Adobe Stock, those items I already purched before, will I be able to redownload without double charge? I do not have Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop.  I am wondering what is the best format to download images in, if I have to convert them using Mac Preview.I can do an export from Preview, into a new format, but last time I lost the high resolution. Suggestions?

Hi--Is there a way to zoom (view larger) images *while on the Adobe Stock site*?  Other photo sites allow you to click or hover on the thumbnail to preview the image in greater detail prior to downloading.  Is this function available?  If not, why not . . . and can we get it added? I'm adding the emphasis because other discussion threads had replies with various "outside" solutions such as "download a preview to your computer" or "view within a cc app".  Both of these options have drawbacks that make them not workable, so that's not the question here. For efficient selection of workable images, we absolutely need to be able to see the image detail online--on the Adobe stock site--BEFORE downloading items to workstations.

Hi all.  Starting earlier this week, Adobe keeps crashing after I enter a search string.  The page becomes unresponsive.  I am using Chrome. I also tried Firefox, both with the same exact results.  I cleared my Chache, restarted, rebooted, everything short of reinstalling my OS.  Happened again this morning. Suggestions?

The duration of downloaded HD video is significantly shorter than posted on the AdobeStock site.Item: AdobeStock_145802704 is posted as :17 but downloaded as :02.Has anyone on the forum had a similar experience?

I've downloaded image AdobeStock_117050226 to use editorially in a printed visitor guide. It is really poor quality – out of focus and very noisy. I can't use it but have now lost a download. How do I get the download credited back to my account? I would recommend Adobe Stock remove this image from their library.Thanks in anticipationHoward

Do not sign up for the "free" month for anything Adobe. After a month I nothing was sent to my email account about charging my bank account because it was all done through paypal. I only noticed because I happen to log into my paypal account at the time adobe charged me for "Adobe Stock". It was then where I found out that I was being consecutively charged for every month I did not even use the service for, which in total was 9 months for 270$. I called their "customer service" and the best they could do was give me a refund for the month of February, because I didn't use the service. The guy on the phone even confirmed to me that I didn't use the Adobe stock for ANY of the months I paid for it for, because I didn't even know I had the service. This isn't right. I just checked my primary email, and there were 0 emails about any monthly payment being taken from me. IF that were the case I would have caught this 8 months ago. Please tell it's possible to get my 270$ back.

1. Can a Standard License stock image be used as an eBook and print book cover without modifications?2. Would such unmodified use require attribution? If so, can the attribution be placed in the seller book description page and in the book's "Acknowledgements" section, or does attribution have to be placed on the eBook/book cover itself? Based on this discussion, the attribution should be: "© [Photographer's name] / Adobe Stock", correct?3. Is it correct to state in such use, that: there is no eBook download limit, but the print book download limit is 500,000?4. If I were to get close to the print book download limit for a Standard License, is it possible to simply 'upgrade' the license so I don't have to change the book cover?Thank you for your help!
