I have a Creative Cloud account with licences for Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. On 7 December 2018 I have purchased a licence for 10 Stock images for a specific project and R438.13 was deduced from my account on 9 December 2018. As have cancelled this subscription WITHIN ONE WEEK online via your cancellation system seeing that I do not need an annual subscription - the reason I also ticked on your system: the 10 images was just for a specific project.  As stated on your system, I am suppose to get fully refunded if I cancel within 14 days. I now received a notification from my bank today that another R441.78 was deducted from my account for my January 2019 subscription irrespective the fact that I have cancelled my subscription already in December last year. I have purchased infographics from Adobe Stock that I cannot edit the graphs/pie charts % for.  There is no other reason to purchase Adobe Stock Infographic .ai files except to get the design created and be able to edit the percentages to the ones needed (because nobody uses the exact % of each item as they are displayed).  I have searched till I cannot try any other suggestions anymore.  I have tried ungrouping, clipping mask-release, and they are not locked.  I don't have alot of experience in Illustrator so I'm hoping it is just something I am not seeing.  I am using Adobe Illustrator 2019 on Windows 10. here is a screenshot.  Discussion moved from Illustrator to Adobe Stock

How do I report inappropriate Adobe stock photos? They need to be taken off.

Hello,I am not able to get/download any photo from Adobe Stock without watermark, even the licences were bought (see on the photo below).I can not download from from the Stock website via browser (tried Firefox and Chrome) to my PC either. It always failes as "Time expired". It was the same in Fotolia for the last few weeks, so I though I will solve the problem by joining Stock as Fotolia is ending in November 2019 anyway. The only thing that works are previews from Stock.Before the exclamation mark appears on the photo, arrows are spinning on each for several minutes..Thank you for any advice where the bug might me.

Stock.adobe.com is not working. Tried several times to access the page and I get a page not found page.  I cleared my cache and still the same.

But, how do we alleviate this issue in the future? For Example, I inadvertently did the same thing just now, and I don't know how to undo it or how to actually contact anyone to get help... This is an old post, so is this even going to be answered?? Hellllpppppp!!!!!!

So I bought a subscription for Adobe Stock and used it for a few months, but I have no use for it anymore. I'm well aware that I can't contact by phone or chat to cancel it, and of the deadline for risk-free cancellation. I'm just trying to find another way to stop paying for it. Can anyone help me?

But the good thing is I do not see any debits from my bank account for the Adobe stock subscription.Though Adobe says I am eligible for 10 free stock photos, I get a subscription pop-up and sign-in again when I select an image to download.As this is a common forum for Adobe, request you to discuss the issue here and not in private. I understand the private discussions can be made for bank sensitive information, but not the common issues faced across adobe subscribers.

Hello, Our company is currently working on a technical study for a third-party, and the deliverables of this study include still renders and a short videoclip.- So we will buy stock photos, edit them, and use them in a press release, as well as on social media. - We will also buy video footages, edit them (add some text on top of the footage), and the final cut will be showcased on social media. It might be broadcasted on TV (to be confirmed).We will own the final products, but we will also authorize the 3rd party to use the still renders and the video for their own promotional efforts.I think the enhanced licence might be enough for this situation, but I’m not sure it would cover the use of the material by the 3rd party. Unfortunately, I was somehow unaware I've been paying a 29.99 monthly fee for Adobe Stock for the past 10 months. I started a trial at some point and thought I had canceled. I recently went to gather a few stock images and realized this by the high number of images I had available to me through my account. Though I was able to use a few images, I have absolutely no need for the rest of them, or a continuing subscription. I am going to be rebilled for this subscription on tomorrow's date, and am now faced with having to choose and download 105 images in one sitting or lose what I have (accidentally) paid for.I am looking for a refund for any part of my subscription over the last 10 months- as it is easy to see I have not been using it and have no need for the remaining images. Hello! I have the same situation, I'm a web designer and made a website for the client, buying images from a Standard License. I do not sell the images to the client and my client does not sell Adobe Stock images and does not use them on physical goods for sale. I act as an agent, freelancer or company that provides services for the creation of sites.  The client pays me only for the service. Said differently: I made a website in the website Builder and gave it to the client where on the site they are used as background/cover/icons/video, but the images/videos I bought and the license is listed in my account Adobe Stock. Today in the chat specialist Adobe told me that I need to buy an extended License. Another expert said now that you can do standard licenses. Hello.I purchased the below image of a glowing light burst.
