Hi Adobe Community, My Adobe Stock library is getting full of unlicensed images, and I would like to remove them. At stock.adobe.com/library I am able to filter out unlicensed images, but I can't select all to remove them. At assets.adobe.com/library I can select images first, then remove them all at once; however, I don't see a way to filter out the unlicensed ones. What is the best way to do this? Thanks,Greg

I tried Adobe Stock for free, and I didn't want to subcribe, but a month later money were withdrawn. Can I cancel subscription and get my money back? There was no purchase.

So I've downloaded one image and Adobe sent me a following invoice:Adobe Stock 10 images/month (for one year) - Euro 29.9 /monthSubtotal Euro 0,00/monthVat Euro 0,00/monthToday's total payment: Euro 0,00/monthI understand that I will not be charged, but as I cannot be 100% sure, could please somebody explain me what happens? After creating my free trial for adobe stock, I downloaded a couple images, then forgot about it since I didn't require it anymore, I thought I had cancelled the subscription but I must not have. I check my account a few weeks later and I am charged for the subscription even though I have not used the software since the inital trial period. I would just cancel it normally and take the 40 dollar hit but it says it has a 200 dollar cancellation fee which is outrageous (I know I agreed to the terms when accepting the trial). Is there any way I can get refunded the amount and cancel my subscription?

I need to use the Stock images provided in the Adobe CC Suite for website development and need to be extra confident that the images are licensed, attribution-free, and allowed for commercial use. This is important from the copyright laws perspective.

I have downloaded a file that claimed to be a customizable "constructor" for adding motion graphics to text, but it is simply a .mov file and is uneditable. Not sure where to go to get my credits refunded.

For two days I have tried to purchase this Adobe Stock video Stock-video av gold blurred lights. Computer generated seamless loop festive motion background. 4k (4096x2304) på Adobe … I click on the buy license, add my name, postal code and VAT number, but the "cursor" keeps swirling.I tried to click to go to secure payment, but it won´t allow me.Anyone knows what the problem is and how to fix it?I tried to get help on chat, but after half an hour of chatting the person told me she could not help me with purchasing of the product and told me to call an 1-800 number, which I can not call from Norway....Please help! I have been told that "if you do not use the credits it will not rollover to next year, it will once again start with 40 credits a month for the next term and a term is consist of 12 months.".This is not what I remembered, I'm pretty sure that in the past, the accumulated credits were not lost as long as the subscription was renewed.Am I just getting confused with age, or have the policies changed recently?

Hi all,I've purchased a 750 stock media subscription that can be canceled monthly. Now, I would like to cancel the subscription. For two weeks, the platform has been telling me that subscription management will soon be available.I waited.I searched the internet dry.I tried to reach support, but I was only allowed to speak with a chatbot, who told me I didn't have the access rights to manage the subscription.I asked ChatGPT. It suggested that I'm probably not the owner of the contract, but maybe my IT department is.I contacted my IT department. They didn't know anything about this. I could imagine that somebody from IT actually set up the account I'm using, but due to fluctuation, the present team doesn't remember or cannot find the access or whatever. Point is, I cannot change the subscription and have no place to turn to - except you. Can somebody help, please?

Close to every single time I use the Adobe Stock site I am exposed to sexulised or sexist photos of women. Many I would class as revolting and disgusting. Absolutely tired of it. I have written to Adobe 10 times about it over the last year about it and yet there is no report image button available and they don't manage to keep on top of it and the problem is persitant.  (And I am not using any related serach terms to these images and I have filters up to the highest safety available)I need to use the stock images in my line of work it is absolutly embarrasing and unprofessional to have thses images come up on my screen as people walk by and it disgusts me having to see it. Please implement a report image button please (At thumbnail level so we dont have to enlarge it) as well as do your utmost to level up your inhouse filtering and maintain a level of professionality.Please Please Please.See also posts from others since 2017:https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussio

I tried to search by image name, id but it says "Asset not available". we have the download licence history, records. Hello,   Since today, I can't add any new Adobe Stock footage from library anymore. When I try to add the stock to my project, I have the error "download file from CCLibraries failed. Invalid user access token" prompting. It happens in Premere and After Effect. I can still add stocks from previous searches to my project but nothing I add to my library today. I've tried disconnecting from Adobe website and on my computer but after re logging on both, nothing changed. I've also rebooted my computer with no luck. I'm on the latest MAC OS and latest version of everything from Adobe.   Any idea to help me on this?

Does anyone know where on Adobe Stock website Safe Search got moved to? It used to be on the left-hand side panel, at the bottom, where you can filter results, but now not only is it gone but Safe Search seems to be stuck in the "On" position (at least for me).

If I search for "female construction worker" I have to look at pictures of half naked women riding drills, pressing power tools to their breasts and so on. If I search for almost any category of women, these kinds of "sexy" pictures turn up. Why? I don't need to look at that trying to create professional graphic design for serious clients. Can you please introduce a "sexism filter" to block these pictures out or something?

I purchased a 4K video file today for a project, #141064422 from © vchalup on Adobe Stock. Tried downloading 4 times, each time it came in corrupt. Please help as this project is due tomorrow.

Hi everyone,I’ve received a message from Copytrack regarding an image I used, claiming that it’s not properly licensed. I’d like to provide proof of my license, but in my license overview on Adobe Stock, I can see that the image is licensed but can’t find an option to download a physical license.I’ve noticed online that some mention a ‘License ID,’ but I don’t have this tab in my overview. I can only see the standard license, stock media ID, date, author, and price. Could someone advise me on how to proceed or download a more detailed proof of license? It was a free stock image.Thanks in advance!

If I select exclude people in a stock photo search, the results still have people. Torsos, hands etc. Exclude People should mean EXCLUDE PEOPLE!

Hab ein kostenloses Testabo Abo für 1 Monat abgeschlossen und gleich wieder  nach 14 Tage gekündigt. Trotzdem heute an Tag 1 scheinbar im Jahresabo gefangen, welches - wenn ich kündigen will - gleich mit 169 € Strafgebühr zahlen soll. Ich wollte das nie haben. Das ist für mich Betrug. Im Internet steht, wenn man ein Testabo anfängt und es nicht kündigt, wird es zahlungspflichtig, ich habe gekündigt und trotzdem wird abgebucht. Einen direken Support gibt es auch nicht. Geld wurde gleich automatisch abgebucht.
