I signed the plan for 3 months which generated a credit of 29 images (I downloaded 1), canceled because I already own a large credit and used very little, I went to download a new image and no credit appeared, I believe That you're in bad faith.

I just want to make the point that it is way too easy to accidentally click the license and buy button while browsing for images. One miss click and you buy the photo that you don't need.There should be at least a confirmation prompt.

This is a desert sunset-cactus photo (FILE #: 104666205). It actually has a white pixel outline of a cactus that was cut out of the background and it left the edges there. I had to retouch it with Content Aware in Photoshop.

My daughter is looking for a simple design for her new business' logo that incorporates the infinity symbol.  She found one she likes from Stock.  The one she likes is included with 14 other styles on the same page.  I went ahead and licensed that page.  When I open it in Illustrator CC, they all look very rastor and not vector.  So the edges as the line curves isn't smooth.Am I doing something wrong?~~BB

Hello. I am having issues finding how to edit a mock up adobe stock image. Here is the image I am trying to edit. It says it has layers. When I open it in photoshop, no layers become visible. When I double click to edit, it opens in illustrator, shows the layers, but doesn't give me the option to insert my image where it needs to be. Help please!

I purchased the $29 per month Adobe Stock plan.  I was able to license my first image last month.  I am trying to license a 2nd image now (215291212) and it is trying to charge me$299 for a small image and $499 for a large image!  Why is this image not free like my first one was?

Hello, I am having the same problem and I have tried everything to cancel, but it isn't clear, or showing in My Plans because its not a Direct Debit, its a card payment. I also have done the free trial and only used a few images.   I have tried to call the number 888 649 2990 from UK and it doesn't work!!! Someone PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi there,I took out an Stock For Teams 10 images a month plan.Your marketing implies that my team of 7 members can share these 10 images a month, and that if one member of the team purchases an image the whole team can use it,Yet as admin I can only assign the 10 images a month license to 1 person.When I assign the 10 images a month plan to the one person they get a notification from Adobe sayithing this.But I added six other users to my admin console and no-one got a notification?Help - how can I sort it so my whole team can share images?

I used the adobe stock free trial purely to test out the service to see if it was good. While I was signing up, it told me I would not be charged at the end of the period, and then today I get a invoice for $39? There wasn't an option to cancel the plan before, so I assumed it wouldnt auto-renew, and now I can't cancel it, is there a way I can get the plan cancelled and the invoice renewed?-Wihan

We have a standard license for Adobe Stock and wish to provide our customer with images we have altered. I cannot find a clear, official description from Adobe if this is okay to do.We take home interior Adobe stock photos and overlay our products into the environment. We then use these for enewsletters, online images, etc. Do we have the right to send these to our customers so they can use on their website? From my talk with an online rep and viewing the Adobe licensing info online it seems we do because the images are not the original and are edited. I would just like to clarify.Thanks,

I ant to cancel my subscriptionwhen I tried to chat - it said it was closed, when I tried to call it stated that I needed to go to www.adobe.com/getsupport and hung up, then it said to do this. Why is it so hard to cancel

I see a lot of others have had this issue--I let the 30-day trial deadline for my adobe stock membership slip and that was my fault, and as such I'm okay with paying the $29.99 for another month, but more than that is not going to fit in the budget, and there's no option to cancel anywhere on the manage plans page.Please tell me this is not part of a "you're stuck in a year contract" membership deal, because that's pretty underhanded if so.  I've never seen any other subscription model handled this way.

Hello,Yesterday I have accidentally purchased a licence for premium picture that has billed my account for more than 200 USD , I would suggest it is rather unprofessional for such a big company not to have clearly marked that this photo is premium and doesn't go under 10 free photos in the trial. However I have read that you are not offering refunds. As I have contacted my bank and the money has still not been transfered I am curious if it would be possible to use that money to buy a premium plan/ credits (with the  extra payment if necessary)- also in that case there is no need to take licence back as it can just be removed from credits bought.Hopefully you can solve my problem,Best

Hi, I have a problem with my incorrect invoices. I'm contacting with Adobe Customer Care all the time, they are changing the invoices, but they are making new errors on them... For ex. I need to change billing address, they change it, but the billing date is changed too (I order sth 13th July, 1st invoice has this date, when they change billing address the date is different). I don't know what to do with them, I purchased 10 images, but on my account there's 15 invoices...Does somebody has this problem? Pls help, I don't know what to do now
