After following the tutorial to unsubscribe from adobe stock, the "Cancel Plan" button is missing form the PLAN & payment section for trying the "30 day free trial" ...I'm unable to unsubscribe from a plan I do not wish to preserve.Please help me, as I do not wish to pay a subscription for a full year...

It appears that Adobe keeps taking $29.99 from my PayPal account every month...but I don't get any credits for it.What gives?Is there some kind of "cap" on how many credits I can have? And if so, how is that FAIR?If that is the case, what the heck am I paying for then...?And why does it seem like Adobe is STEALING credits from me...?The other day, I log in and I have 188 credits...today I log in and it's 178...huh?I haven't used any...so what gives?And please tell me WHY Adobe feels it's right to keep charging me EVERY month only for my credits to stay the same?!?!!If I pay for the credits...I should be able to use them when I feel like it.This doesn't seem fair...and as a loyal Adobe Stock and CC customer...I feel ripped off.Adobe is literally taking $30 from me every month in return for NOTHING. Not exactly the way to keep a customer around.I want an answer...and either the credits...or a refund. This is crazy...

In adobe stock, my library continues to load, but with not show up. It is updating my saved files, yet still shows the loading circle. Anyone have any idea of what this could be? It is not the internet connection. KR

I currently have a license for Adobe Stock. I don't use it for images as I commonly use my own sources for that. But I do access templates that I used in AI trail and for Spark. Do I need to continue my Stock license if I purchase an AI license or can I access templates directly from AI?Thank you!Marc

I've read through a few similar threads regarding this subject, but is haven't found an answer to un-licensing an image that was accidentally clicked and licensed. I was scrolling through lots of images and saving previews to my computer to try out on an under construction website and hit the licence button rather than the download preview. I haven't opened the AI file it downloaded but it automatically downloaded. Any idea if this can be "returned" if unopened?From a usability perspective, there really needs to be a second level of confirmation with that button being so close to other, less permanent options.Thanks,Mike

hallo zusammen,habe das problem, dass zwei meiner kunden ein und dassselbe bild haben wollen.nun habe ich dieses bild 1x lizensiert und möchte es noch einmal für kunde nr. 2 kaufen.leider wird mir diese möglichkeit nicht angeboten. ich bekomme immer nur noch die downloadoption angezeigt und nicht die kaufen-option, da das bild bereits gekauft wurde.was kann ich tun, um ein bild lizenskonform für mehrere projekte und für mehrere kunden zu nutzen?besteht irgendwo die möglichkeit, ein bild zu erwerben und dort zu hinterlegen, für wen ich dieses lizensiert habe?vielen dank für die hilfemfgmatthias klump

I pay for Adobe Stock monthly but have changed my plan to include the Adobe Stock subscription.  I want to cancel the old Adobe Stock but it says I will lose all my remaining Stock balance if I cancel.  Is this true or will it automatically transfer to my new plan?
