I just downloaded 3 different images, 2 of them worked as normal but the third downloaded as a blank file (just a white page.)I then proceeded to select "open in photoshop" to see if this might work, but it said there was an error, the file could not be downloaded and I should check my network connection.My network connection is fine - I was able to download other images without an issue. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi All,I have a mini-game project for a client (not a free game, but a small game) where I will need multiple small assets. Rocks, textures, grass, flowers, trees, isometric buildings..... a huge amount of assets. I am going to buy some animations from other sites also.The issue is - if I buy so many assets with an Extended license each, which is required for a final work that will sale, it will be a bankruptcy, no one will pay me this, it will get bigger than the budget for the entire game.My question is, why with a Standard license it is not allowed to use separate assets for commercial projects, which do not have big distribution. No one of these many licensed assets will not be the main value of the final work.It is not the same like to buy a complete design for a poster or a t-shirt, where the complete design is the MAIN VALUE and is used unchanged for a commercial distribution. I understand that in such case an Extended license is needed.But how to buy only a piece of rope for 64

Adobe Stock advertised to allow downloading 10 'resources' each month. As I specifically needed video footage I made sure it was included. I checked product description and it said pictures and videos were included in the 'resources' to download. After I subscribed to the yearly plan I found out that videos are not included (they need extra payment) and I can only download pictures. Because I do not need pictures I wanted to cancel the plan, but I could not, because I had to pay for the first month of something I have not used at all and that was sold to me with a false description. So I made the payment but still cannot cancel subscription because they want me to pay some penalty for canceling the yearly plan I do not need and I did not buy - I paid for video footage offered to me and got pictures instead. I am disappointed and I want my money back and subscription canceled.

I'm trying to cancel adobe stock and it won't let me. Help! I don't want to get billed for another month.

Tech support and chat closed. In my profile when I try to cancel it says retry and tried many times.

Not sure why some of my downloads are accessible in JPEG and others only seem to be ai files?    I really want to use JPEG but can't seem to convert the ai files over.Can anyone please advise?    I am not a graphic designer - just an amateur on this so appreciate your advice.

I signed up for the trial of Adobe Stock thinking it would be something that could help me improve my creations, but didn't realize that it would automatically be renewed. I admit I used the service a little with some success but really haven't been actively using the Stock service since. Not impressed as the entire creative cloud package costs me less per month than the $46.14 $CAD per month Adobe Stock. I never expected to be trapped into this product. I have talked to support and they have helped minimally(within their power I understand). I simply cannot afford to pay for the service or the extortionate cost of cancelling early. I love Adobe but it feels completely wrong to be trapped in a product from a company who is supposed to support creatives not make their lives more difficult. I would love to see some type of refund, considering I am still going to support adobes creative cloud apps for the foreseeable future.

I download vectors often and open them in photoshop. They are always large and crisp files. Two weeks ago, I had one that only opened the size of a thumbnail and would not enlarge. Today, two separate files have done the same thing. Is there any way to tell which files are going to be small images? Or is there an issue? When I called I was told I could only open them with Illustrator, but I know that is not the way I have been doing it.

Good afternoon! During the free period, I downloaded 10 images. There were two images with examples of the logo that I liked. I am having trouble today downloading preview images. Specifically the preview images for vectors. Logged in as usual and I cannot get the download to initiate. I have it to ask me where to save it before saving when using both Firefox and Chrome. It says your download will start shortly and then nothing happens. I have allowed cookies and am not blocking popups. I usually don't allow cookies and have never had a problem in the past. But since I am having a problem I allowed cookies but still nothing. If I choose photo instead of vector I can download the preview images no problem Cookies off and pop-ups blocked. But not Vector preview images.I suspect this is an Adobe issue so I don't know how much help I will get from the community. This was my only option for support contact that they gave me for this. So Hopefully someone from Adobe will chime in. I am assuming that they are having issues with their site. But it would be reassuring to know that for sure.I have a lot of projects goi

I am having the same problem with downloading vector file previews. Will not work in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Photo previews will download. Using Mac with latest software updates.

Hi TwaritaI can't download an image because my account has been deactivated. When I try to reactivate it by updating my credit card info, it just returns back to previous page that still says "account deactivated" in red. I've tried this six times and restarted my browser when doing so.Please helpKyle

Hi, I just got adobe stock when that is not what I needed can someone help me cancel my subscription.

Has anyone ever tried to cancel an Adobe Plan? Impossible!!! Feel like I'm getting scammed. I am having the same issue. I lost 35 credits that we did not know would expire when our subscription ended. I also cannot contact anyone on Adobe support except through the community forums. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks!

Found several of my vectors (90% copies) on adobe stock. Before that, I didn't load any vectors on this stock (on shutter and istock my vectors selling for about ~3 years). I planning to start uploading vectors on adobe stock. How can I not get a profile banned for the fact that someone is already selling my works? To add to each work some notes, like "THIS IS MY WORK, AND IF SOMEONE IS SOLD IT ON THIS STOCK, IT IS A FRAUD" and attach link on this vector on other stocks?

I have been saving my 10 image a month stock images and when I renewed my Adobe license they are gone.  What's up with that.

My first cause for concern, is the line in the Terms and Agreements, that says:So my questions are as follows:It says that the restriction does not apply to "mobile applications". In this case, I would like to use it in a desktop application, rather than a mobile one. What are the terms and conditions for non-mobile applications?If the 500,000 limit does apply to desktop video games, am I supposed to estimate how many people will buy the game?What happens if I estimate that only 10,000 will buy it, and 500,001 end up doing so?Can I modify the images, before using the in the video game?Do I get a specific license for each image downloaded? This is very important, as I would like an official document that says the name or preview of the asset, along with my name and/or address on it. Does adobe provide me with a dedicated licens

I paid for an extended license for a photo from Adobe Stock, yet it seems my credit card information is being stored and any accidental click will charge it. Looks like there is no way to have this removed or replaced by a PayPal payment method. Neither "Manage Plan" or "Update Payment Info" offer any solution. I need my credit card information removed. I prefer to enter it manually every time I am buying something. How can I do that, please?Thank you.

Hi, I work for a charity that supports families raising children with disabilities. We accidentally licensed a premium image from Adobe Stock, instead of using a regular image and license from our monthly subscription. Unter dem Punkt 4.c (Erweiterte Lizenzen)Steht:-die Arbeit in eine Marke oder Dienstleistungsmarke zu integrieren Da ich ja eine eigene Marke gründen möchte  trifft dies dann zu?Ich hätte auch noch eine zweite Frage.Da ich bei den Bildern meist nur die Personen brauche aber nicht die Hintergründe, ist meine Frage ob ich die wegschneiden darf nach Erwerb der Lizenz?
