Could Adobe please revise the results for search terms "mental retardation" and "retarded" in Adobe Stock?  The current results yield an awful lot of deeply inaccurate and offensive depictions of people with intellectual disabilities.

Ive payed for the £10 bundle and I cancelled after 2 months.It said I had 19 images left after I used one image.I log in today and now its saying I have to subscribe again?Where are the 19 images I have paid for?

I have an Adobe Stock subscription activated without my consent. I had simply accepted a temporary free trial but I never signed up for a subscription. Hello- I do realistic drawings and paintings, and often use photographic references. I'll have a photo on one screen and then use a Wacom tablet and photoshop on another screen to do an original work on. This has been a hobby until now, but my skill has improved to the point where my drawings look enough like the photo reference that the photo could be recognized in my otherwise original drawing. I'd like to be able to find work as an artist or create pieces to show and sell.If I was to purchase rights to a photograph using Adobe Stock, and then do an original realistic drawing while using that photo as a reference, would that be enough to use my original drawing in commercial work such as an illustration or say printed on a t-shirt? Or to sell prints or hang in a gallery? thank you-

Ok, this must be a joke. Adobe decided to triple my monthly subscription without so much as an email. I already have available downloads in my account, so I don't need to pay for new ones at triple the price until I use the ones THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. They are telling me that I can only cancel my subscription and lose all my credits WHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR. This has to be a joke, this is not my first subscription based service or even my first subscription based stockart service and yet they can't do what all the others are able to do? I should be able to PAUSE or SUSPEND my billing and still be able to use what I already paid for. Please confirm that Adobe doesn't have the worst customer service I have ever seen.

I need 7 Adobe Stock photos. Should I buy them outright or subscribe to a plan? I really never use photos maybe once per year so a plan subscription seems an expensive waste that I can't afford.

I have the same issue - I don't remember being notified about this and I'm now trying to finish a job and wasted an hour trying to download a single image. Single image stock image downloads were a fantastic service. Were Creative Cloud members notified it was no longer available?

Hi,I bought a photo but the resolution expressed 6000x4000 does not correspond to the reality 2.6mp about, moreover the second time that the downloaded, the same image, has a resolution of 3.2mp as I do to have it with an acceptable resolution? at least 8 / 10mp?the photo is: AdobeStock_101348888

Hello,I opened an adobe stock images account for a uni project I was working on however there weren't any images that suited what I needed so I cancelled the subscription without downloading any photos or at least I thought I had as I've now been charged without ever actually using the service. Would it be possible to get a refund for this as although I am a loyal Adobe customer I never actually used the Stock Images and actually tried to cancel the membership. Thank You in advance - Kalum

I am astonished.I did cancel an ADOBE STOCK subscription on 4 April by paying an extra 30 euro and now I found out that on April 27 I was charged again for 36.59 euros!What is going on here?Stefano

Tried to access my library in Adobe Stock today and got the message Could not load libraries. It was fine yesterday.

Image FIle (AI/EPS): 147450484.  I'm trying to use in InDesign.  Placement box has "Transparent Box" checked.  Shows up the same way in all Adobe apps.  Here's a big clue.  When I open in Photoshop and use the hue/satuation adjustments to reduce the lightness all the way down, I see the grid that you see in the image, but behind that, I can see what looks like the real Transparency Grid.  I'm on the 3 images per month plan which means no customer support.  If there's no solution for what appears to be a bad image, is there anyway to return the license and get a image credit back?

Just spent an hour chatting with Adobe stock. I realized that they continued to bill me 3 months past my cancellation of a one month trial. At first, they offered to give me three more months for free. I didn't need that. Back and forth, finally they said they would cancel all my payments but I wouldn't be able to use the photos. Since it was the only option I reluctantly agreed, but now I have to take down my website. I'm very sorry I chose to use Adobe Stock. I've noticed many who've had a similar problem, did anyone get a better result?

Case No: 0189411236Hi thereI had an Adobe Stock payment ($29) decline due to insufficient funds in my account on Oct 11 due to a waiting period for forex to clear. This is unfortunate and poor on my part. However, today when the payment reached my bank account I went into Adobe to manually push the payment. Both this and my Creative Cloud subscription fee have been charged to my account.This afternoon, in trying to license an image, I saw that I am now short 40 credits. I have 10 images available now but had 50 at the start of the day.I would like to know when I can expect my account to be reinstated to its due amount of credits.Thanks!
