Hallo zusammen,ich habe aktuell ein Adobe-Stock-Abo mit 350 Stockmedien pro Monat. Für ein kommendes Projekt benötige ich jedoch nächsten Monat ca. 750 Medien, also deutlich mehr als in meinem aktuellen Tarif enthalten sind.Gibt es bei Adobe Stock eine Möglichkeit, das Kontingent kurzfristig und nur für einen Monat zu erhöhen? Ho acquistato  il prodotto e prima dei 14 giorni volevo disdire l'abbonamento, perchè il prezzo era più alto rispetto all'ultima volta che l'ho utilizzato . Inoltre non utilizzo i programmi abbastanza per giustificarne il costo.  Sul sito ho letto che avrei avuto pure il rimborso totale. Durante le fasi di annullamento il sito mi ha proposto un periodo di prova, senza clausole di penali per disdire.Ho pure letto sul sito che durante il periodo di prova si può annullare senza nessun addebito.Quindi sono stato tranquillo fino ad oggi, quando volevo disdire prima che scadesse la prova e prima di qualunque addebito.  Purtroppo non sono riuscito a disdire perché continua chiedermi una penale.Posso avere assistenza da qualcuno?Ho provato più volte ma non riesco.

Die Qualität der Suchergebnisse hat seit einigen Monaten rapide abgenommen. Beispielsweise suche ich nach "Schaltschrank" und bekomme ziemlich random Tiere oder Familienfotos ausgespielt. Auch Schlagworte, die in den letzten Jahren immer sehr ergiebig waren, warten nur noch mit sehr alten, teils unpassenden Ergebnissen oder leider auch schlechten Aufnahmen auf. Das Hinzufügen von weiteren Buzzwords oder das genauere Beschreiben bringt leider auch keinen großen Unterschied. Stellt ihr das auch fest und was kann ich tun, um wieder an bessere/präzisere Ergebnisse zu kommen?

This seems to a be a common problem, but I'm not finding a solution that's working for me.  Here's what I've tried:Confirmed UTF-8Cleared the browser historyDeleted website dataTurned off extensionsDisabled pluginsDeselected Safari in the iCloud preferencesConfirmed local time settings are correctRestarted the browser after all the above.When I navigate to: https://stock.adobe.com/  the site loads as a white page - not text, no images, nothing but white.Stock loads just fine in FirefoxUsing:Safari Version 10.0.1 (12602.2.14.0.7)OS Sierra 10.12.1 (16B2555)Any ideas?  Has anyone found a reliable solution for this problem?Thanks!

Hallo!Ich habe für ein Buch ein Cover mit mehreren Stockfotos erstellt, die ich alle als Standard-Lizenz lizensiert habe. Das E-Book und Taschenbuch habe ich im Selfpublishing veröffentlicht. Nun bringt ein Hörbuchverlag das Audiobook dazu heraus und möchte dafür das von mir erstellte Cover verwenden. Meine Frage lautet: Ist die Verwendung des Covers von der Standard-Lizenz abgedeckt oder muss ich bzw. der Verlag die Stockfotos dafür erneut lizensieren? 

Hallo, ich suche eine Lizenz eines Fotos, dass ich bei Fotolia erworben habe. Hierzu hatte ich nun schon mehrfach Kontakt mit dem Adobe Kundendienst - leider ohne Erfolg. Die Seite stock.adobe.com/fotolia/login kenne ich. Trotz bekanntem Nutzernamen und Passwort kann ich mich nicht einloggen. Es gibt eine Meldung, dass ich mich an den Kundendienst wenden soll (Support-Anfrage ADB-28947797-NOX4). Und hier drehe ich nun meine Runden.Problem dabei: Ich habe eine kurze Frist, um den Lizenznachweis zu erbringen.  Seit Montag komme ich aber nicht weiter. Weiß jemand Rat oder kann mir einen Mitarbeitenden nennen, der mein Konto kurzfristig verknüpfen kann? Alternativ würde mir auch nur die Lizenz des Bildes reichen (ich habe nämlich nur eines bei Fotolia erworben). Viele Grüße 

I have an active subscription to adobe which includes 10 stock credits per month. i barely ever use these credits. I understand they roll over for a year unless the plan is cancelled, and my account has never been cancelled. I should have somewhere in the neighborhood of 120 credits, minus maybe one or two assets. Additionally, my account was charged for 10 credits last week and i have none available at all and it says "no plan" under "available stock quota" when i clearly am being charged monthly for 10 stock assets on my monthly statement.

HelloI am designing a book / calendar for a client, that would be sold commercially.Apart from illustrations that I have created, I want to use some AS vectors, scattered here an there in my layout. The copies of the book will not exceed 3000. I have 2 questions: 1) Since my client will have the book for sale in shops (just the book, NOT merchandise like cups, Tshirts and other promo), am I ok with the Standard licence, or do I need to purchase an enhanced or extended licence  for each of the AS vector I use? 2) The licence should be registered to me (the designer) or to my client?Thank you in advance.

why did adobe stock change the way to 'like' images and add them to a library? Now I see the it must be licensed when I select the heart icon. Can we NOT download a preview of potential images and present them befor epurchasing the one we need? I don't think it is all images but many have to be licensed to download.

Hi all,My school partners with organizations to allow students to work with real clients in a structured class during the quarter. I'm looking for some guideance on whether I can license images for our client to use after our classes collaboration is over. Our client is a non-profit, so we don't have much of a budget to be buying images. Our school has educational licensing availble for adobe stock, but not sure if our client would be in trouble for using images from our subscription when we are no longer working with them (so like images that would stay on their website, social, etc).  It seems like there is conflicting information for this topic because it is for school purposes but also for a real client... Thank you so much for any help you have!

I purchased an extended license for AE03567220301CAU, I licensed it with the intent to recolor it and adapt it is a vector illustration, because that is how it was advertised, but the file is really just an image. This is not what I paid for. How do I get a vector version or a full refund?

I'm confused with the information in the ‘Adobe Stock Product Specific Terms’ in the section 9.2 Business use. I'm just wondering if my company can use the photos (with extended license) to make a package of the product more than 1 brands as there're many brands under my company.  As the information in section 9.2 Business Users has mentioned thatFor ‘VIP Teams customer’: “a Stock Asset licensed by a Business may be used only by Business Users from a single legal entity and may not be used by subsidiaries or other affiliates.” While for ‘VIP Enterprise customer’: “may permit your Affiliates to use some or all of your VIP enterprise Adobe Stock Entitlements (including StockAssets licensed under an Unmetered Plan and other Stock Assets, credits, and subscription quota).” I'm concerned and would like to know how can we identify our account as “VIP Enterprise customer”?.In case that I create an account for my company and purchase the credit pack from the certi

Hello, I know this question has probably been asked many times, but I wanted to confirm my understanding of the "standard" license. So, if I purchase an image (without the "Editorial Use" label) from Adobe Stock under the "standard" license, can I use it on Facebook and LinkedIn for my profile cover and blog posts? A few considerations: 1. I'm not a celebrity/influencer, so I won't have millions of views (hardly couple thousands).2. I don't want to give explicit credit for every image.3. Is it ok that by uploading an image to one of these platforms, the image will also be downloadable by other users who in most cases won't have a license for the image.Please advise, thanks!
