acutally i can get ten free images via adobe stock if i use a 1-month-free subscription.but what happens if i download up to 10 images - and don´t renew the subsciption / resign the free month?do i lose the image license ? or can i still use them for my project?thanks in advance.best regards. pascal

Hey ,today i wanted to start selling my pictures on fotolia/adobe stock, but when i click on "upload" the page (contributor.stock.adobe.com) doesn´t work. everything else work , my computer, my internet, all other adobe pages etc. I only have the problem that when i click on contributor.stock.adobe.com it doesnt load and after a while i see "error 504". earlier today it worked halfway, i could upload a image but when i want to publish it , the page is loading endless time.pls heeeelp

It's simple. I purchased a license for a stock image. It shows up in my list of licensed images but even after following all the standard image download troubleshooting instructions, it just won't download. Based on the popularity of this topic, it seems like LOTS of people are having the same problem. Never had this problem with iStock or Shutterstock. Maybe Adobe needs to get their act together and not make it so hard for people to simply get the items they've already paid for.

I am a BFA graphic design student with a disability who is reimbursed for my Adobe subscriptions through the Colorado State Vocational Rehabilitation Agency. I have been approved for 7 months of Adobe Stock to assist in my BFA exhibition (I have 7 month left of school), however I need to purchase all 7 months to be reimbursed. I have tried the outsourced adobe support channels with no luck. Is there anyone who may be able to assist me with this. I just need to be invoiced for all 7 months at once. I have a hard time understanding how a company is willing to turn down potential revenue due this issue. Thanks in advance.

How do I cancel?  There is no direct contact. I went for the free trial thinking of it as a stock investment. It is not what I thought, and I do not need or have any use for creativity like this. There is no switch plan option for me. No cancel option available, no direct help.

I have tried everything in troubleshooting for problems downloading stock images. It won't download to my iMac. I used to be able to download no problem. I have logged out and back in. Reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud, updated Photoshop, Emptied my cache, gone to License History and tried from there. I have 211 images available for download but can download nothing. This is fricken ridiculous.  error message "Can't Download File"

I've been trying to upload a property release for my current submissions.  When I try this I get error boxes saying :"Your releases must be JPEG files", followed by :"The title you entered does not fit our specifications (between 5 and 30 characters)"Never had anything like this problem before.I've tried release file titles 'ReleaseAAA.JPEG,',  'ReleaseAAA.jpg, 'Release_171007.jpg' and various other combinations.  Everything is rejected with the above error messages.The .jpg file in question was created by Photoshop CC.  It opens fine with various image applications, but is invariably rejected by fotolia.Is anyone else seeing this?  Any suggestions?

Hi, I'm trying to edit a vector illustration from Adobe Stock, in Illustrator CC. When I open a preview of the asset (.ai) in Illustrator CC (with watermark) there is only one layer, however I would like to edit the asset.I have not purchased / licensed the asset and before I do so, I want to know if it is editable. Is there something I need to do in order to display all layers and edit the asset?ThanksBen

We have purchased some Adobe Stock pictures to use them in our marketing material under the standard license. Now we would like to use the same pictures in a press release (so the medium might publish them alongside our text) as well pass them on to some of our clients to publish on their websites.  Does the standard license cover these uses if a circulation of 500.000 is not exceeded? And if it (probably) is would the plus or the extended license be the correct choice?

We are a small company and only use photos intermittently. I used to use Fotolia and just buy credits as I needed them.It appears that the only option I now have is to buy 3 images during the period of a month and then cancel my membership and then re-join when I need any further images. This seems non-sensical.I presume I will need to look for a more flexible package which is a shame as I am happy with the products. So,please could I request a facility from the powers-that-be, whereby I can keep a login but just buy photos as and when I need them? I do not wish to be tied into a monthly plan when I will never use that amount of images.Thank you for any help

Why do photos that were licenced open up small when I put them on adobe premiere?Do they need extended licence? If I get it will it open up and magnify without distortion or pixilation?

Didn't know what I was doing and find it out that two images are Licensed.I thought if I delete it will go away but didn't and I still have one I really don't it.Can I UNDO(haha) or unlicensed image?thank you for reading,James

Hi, whenever I got to download an image I get a "Payment Error" dialogue with no additional info. So I cancelled Adobe Stock after the trial period in June. It seems that the trial period offer was not very clearly explained as many people can attest.I have a transcript that confirms cancellation and that I won't be charged any further and that I won't be charged a cancellation fee.I expected to be charged for the month of June - and I was - but now I've been charged for July and August and my Adobe stock account appears to still be active!Now what?

I have to show a printed document of purchased licences to my client.I can't find any option to print out a document that proofs that I actually purchased this particular photo.
