Hi everyone,I’ve received a message from Copytrack regarding an image I used, claiming that it’s not properly licensed. I’d like to provide proof of my license, but in my license overview on Adobe Stock, I can see that the image is licensed but can’t find an option to download a physical license.I’ve noticed online that some mention a ‘License ID,’ but I don’t have this tab in my overview. I can only see the standard license, stock media ID, date, author, and price. Could someone advise me on how to proceed or download a more detailed proof of license? It was a free stock image.Thanks in advance!

If I select exclude people in a stock photo search, the results still have people. Torsos, hands etc. Exclude People should mean EXCLUDE PEOPLE!

Hi, I keep getting ai generated images in my results even though I exclude them in filters. I dont know where the issue lies; the creator or adobe. It's costing me an ever increasing amount of time to inspect every picture. Could this be adressed somehow so I'm able to manage the time, money, effort balance?

Hab ein kostenloses Testabo Abo für 1 Monat abgeschlossen und gleich wieder  nach 14 Tage gekündigt. Trotzdem heute an Tag 1 scheinbar im Jahresabo gefangen, welches - wenn ich kündigen will - gleich mit 169 € Strafgebühr zahlen soll. Ich wollte das nie haben. Das ist für mich Betrug. Im Internet steht, wenn man ein Testabo anfängt und es nicht kündigt, wird es zahlungspflichtig, ich habe gekündigt und trotzdem wird abgebucht. Einen direken Support gibt es auch nicht. Geld wurde gleich automatisch abgebucht.

Is there a way to get age verification in Adobe Stock Photos? 

Anyone have any tips or tricks on how to filter out images with words on them? Sometimes I search for a relatively simple concept (I've found actually including the word "concept" narrows things down greatly) ... but way too often, there are words all over the images -- often misspelled words, which is super unfortunate. Anyway, if I want words ... I can add them myself related to my design needs. I always would prefer clean images.

Mein Adobe-Stock Jahresabo wird am 10.4. erneuert. Laut anderen Beiträgen hier müsste ich im letzten Monat meines Abonnements kündigen können, doch selbst heute, am 7.4., muss ich noch eine Kündigungsgebühr von 17€ zahlen, was ich selbstverständlich nicht einsehe. Allerdings möchte ich auch nicht, dass das Abo am 10.4. erneuert wird. Was kann ich tun?

Hey,i just licenced a photo, that is very poor of quality and obviosly AI generated,but it was not labeled nor tagged as such. Within the preview file i was not able to see that poor quality.The image (and the contributor?) are already offline. I only subscribed to Adobe Lightroom, and the system also subscribed to Adobe Stock. I cancelled the subscription during the trial period, but I didn't realize that the system also secretly subscribed to Stock, so I didn't cancel it. Now I am being charged. I feel very disgusted.

Hi all! Can't seem to find an answer anywhere or a contact at Adobe...I want to cancel my monthly Adobe Stock subscription, but I have a bunch of images accumulated that I can download. Can an individual client use photos on their individual Adobe Stock license for the website and materials of the company where they are employed as a graphic designer? For example, I need to make leaflets and graphics for the website, and I need photos. Can I use my Adobe Stock license or does the employer have to have a subscription for companies?

Hallo, ich habe dazu leider nichts gefunden, was mir zu 100% weiter hilft.Wenn ich im Probeabo Audio-Datein runter lade und nutze, kann ich diese Audios dann nach Kündigung des Abos weiter nutzen? I have an Acrobat Pro subscription that includes Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month. When I go to the Stock page (I am logged in) and try to download, I am prompted to pay. How do I access these images? I'm already paying for them in my existing subscription.

I'm having trouble navigating pages on Adobe Stock. The only way I can move between pages is by using the left and right arrows. Trying to jump to a specific page by entering the number in the middle and pressing enter doesn't do anything. What's the way to go to a specific page?

I have seen a logo, if we buy it for our clothing brand, and it will be a success, and we decide to make an Exit (to sell the company), can we then include the logo in the sale of our company, if we buy it from Adobe. 🙂Best regards William
