Anyone have this problem? It says we have "no plan" and our marketing agency most certianly does. We weren't even out of credits. This is a huge issue with our workflow and has happened multiple times.

Hello, Adobe Stock is charging credits when I'm just trying to download a preview. I do an image search, then when I hover over an image, three icons appear near the top right corner of the image. I click on the 'download preview' icon but it's behaving as if I've clicked on the 'buy' button. No warning that it's going to use a credit or that I'm being charged. It's happened twice today. I only get 10 credits per month - I can't afford to purchase every single image I want to preview. Is anyone else having this issue?I'm using macOS Monterey version 12.7.5 and Google Chrome which says it's up to date.

Hi, I licensed an "Editorial Only" image before I understood what that meant. I wanted to use it for a 404 page: "One doesn’t simply find this page." - Boromir meme. However, I discovered that I can't use it on my website because it is a business website. So, I removed it and don't need it anywhere else. I would like to return it.Thanks for your help!I looked up the issue on Adobe Community. The only way others resolved it was to post here. I'm not sure how else to contact Adobe.

Hello,I have been using Adobe Stock on my Enterprise Plan by my College for the past few weeks just fine, until today when I no longer had the "Unlimited Images" in the header of the website, and I no longer can license images, as whenever I search it claims "Licenses cannot be purchased online in your region." Despite the fact that I am in the United Kingdom (England specifically, where Adobe Stock does work and has worked in the past.) Also, when I go to account.adobe.com on the profile I use for stock, it still states "Your plan includes unlimited stock downloads."What is happening? Why can I no longer license images? I'll supply images of all screens I am seeing below.

I think I saw a link where you can report violation of generated images user guidelines. Does anyone know anything about it?

I have been paying for the Adobe Suit and as well as the other plan for assets every month. Today I see that these assests can not be used for many videos? Is this correct? I'm having a hard time believing that they are charging over 100$ for 5 second thought bubble asset that is litterally just a stroked black circles with like 3 keyframes? The 4k version (of this same black circle outline) is almost 300$. I must not be understanding this correctly? That seems very scammish to me, its like the equivalent of charging $100 for a roll of toillete paper?

I tried doing a monthly subscription, and didnt see that it was a annual plan, is there a way i dont get charged 400 dollars if i cancel it?

I have Adobe Stock educational license through my university BA course. Can I use licensed stock images included in my Education License as visual references to create derivative works (vector graphics, illustrations etc.) to use in a university project? Non-commercial. Do I have to use stock images marked 'Commercial' or can I use the ones marked 'Editorial' as well as long as I am not heavily eaditing the original image itself but an illustration or graphic from it?

Hello, I am unable to use any adobe stock credits due to a system error (65 credits on my account). When I try to licence anything (image, video, ...) there is only the attached error message. I read some of the other posts describing the same problem but there was no steps the user can take to fix it, so it seems to be an adobe system/server specific problem.6 Credits from an older Credits-Pack will expire on October 11, 2024 so it would be great to be able to use them up before they are lost.

HiI am going to subscribe the annual plan of Adobe Stock for our marketing team, but I find a tricky issue: the monthly plan is NT6,300 per month with VAT, so it should be 63,00x12=75,600 annually.  But it shows 76,650 if I subscribe annually. (or it only happen in my country?) I would like to know why it costs more than monthly plan because ideally I prefer to choose annual pay so that I don't have to send invoice to my company every month. (BTW your online customer service said I can choose monthly plan,  but I don't think that is an ideal solution for me.) Terry

Hi there, I accidentally clicked license button for asset ID #694682306. Can I please have it removed and the license credit reissued? It's a little frustrating as a customer for this to happen. I'm also having trouble understanding why I should continue to pay for Adobe Stock monthly for such a small amount of asset licensing. Other companies are offering unlimited downloads for half the price, what is the advantage of using Adobe Stock and what is the justification for paying such a high price per license? I know support staff are here to help and bear the brunt of community complaints and I know its my choice to subscribe. I'm honestly just trying to learn and provide feedback here. Thank you

The stock photo image id 688589684 has some weird sections that render it unusable, however I didn't spot them until I had purchased the image. Can I get a refund? I attached a screenshot with the aberrations circled in hot pink.

One of our clients has two admins on there account but the stock credits only show for one user (see bleow).Please could someone advise how to make them visible to both?As you can see from the circled areas the second admins status just reads 'unlimited' Kind Regards Glenn 

I just bought some visuals with titles to "Arohim Art" contributor. It says that it can be "100% editable, words and fonts can be changed". But as I open it in Illustrator, everything is vectorized, impossible to edit (I tried with other contributors with the same informations about editable text effects, and it works perfectly).Is that a bug or a scam from this contributor ?

this just happened to me as I Am a total novice here!!! I don't want orneed that image and I clicked license by mistake and now one of my free credits is used up on NOTHING!!  FOR NOTHING! I don't want a subscription. I only need one or two images per month so I'd rather buy credits. I don't see an option to buy them anywhere. Even the article about credit packs directs me to buy them from a page where they aren't mentioned. Also I can't contact Adobe because I "don't have an active plan" and the chat bot doesn't recognise the term credit packs. Are they no longer available, or is it a bug?
