Hi,I have a business license for my work, so we can purchase premium content from Adobe. I am working in Premiere Pro for a digital ad. I purchased a premium graphics template from within Premiere Pro. I see the blue dollar change to a blue check mark verifying the purchase. However, the graphic is nowhere to be found. If I pull the graphic from the graphics templates panel onto the timeline, I get an error message. If I try to find the file in the media bin, it's not there. I tried to find the file on my computer in the Premiere folder, it's not there. I have gone into my Adobe Cloud libraries where all my other purchased Adobe assets reside, it is not there. I have looked everywhere for this graphics template and it is nowhere to be found. Can someone please help me find this purchased premium graphics template?

When we try to buy "Erweiterte Lizenz" for Stock Subscription, we get the following message with error (added screenshot). How can we resolve this problem? Thank you for help.

W rezultacie znaczna ilość punktów kredytowych została odjęta z mojego konta z powodu mojego niedopatrzenia.Czy istnieje możliwość wymiany zdjęcia na inne ze standardowej kategorii i otrzymania zwrotu różnicy w punktach kredytowych?

So I have been doing image searches on "Civil Rights" and although I saw some amazing images within the search, I kept seeing Hamburger/Cheeseburger images under my "Civil Rights" image search. This is too me is so insensitive. With the history of US, and the fact that many slaves were in fact eaten is just pure foolishness. Hamburgers have nothing to do with Civil Rights. Adobe do better!!!

This contributer does not label any of thier ai generated illustrations (which is almost all thier entire gallery). Most of thier uploads are raw uncleaned slop with floating plants, books that are open in midair, background people sitting at the same table in differnt size chairs, wierd hands and library spelled wrong Here is an examplearifinzainal1728 photos, images, assets | Adobe Stock 

Two view assets that were recently approved, seem to be broken. Both clips are 30 seconds, but neither will preview more than 1 second, in browser, or if downloaded. I have tried this on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, all threes seem to have the same issue. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

All files are having this problem. If anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know

even though my account is set to English, I still get the adobe stock website in French.I live in Belgium, the Dutch speaking part and I absolutely do not want my site in French.No matter what I try, I can't change it.When is Adobe finally going to change this?

I downloaded a stock image and it contains numerous repetative icons that I was unable to see in the preview. Quality is not what I expect. How do I return it? File #:  378367672

I save photos to my favorites, and when i go to my library, i can see them in the thumbnail for the folder they get saved to. However when i open it up, nothing i favorite is there, and the "display all" filter is set. The only photos that are in the library are the ones that i downloaded. I don't want to have to download every single thing i like before i decide if i want to use it. Where are they?

Hi! I have a free adobe cloud account! For over a year, if not more, I've been charged $29.99 for Adobe Stock. I have no idea how / why this is happening. My account doesn't have a card connected to it. I'm worried it's charging a different account, but I don't have those credentials anymore (as it would've been a college email).  Please if someone could help this is so frustrating.

I have a query regarding the use of Adobe stock assets, whether or not using them as designations rather than the full product itself is fulfilled by having just a standard license. I am about to publish a Dungeons and Dragons written module, which currently utilises extended licensed assets from stock (images), as these contribute to the overall appearance and feel of the document (and hence potential marketability). However, I wish to use part of a standard asset as part of a label indicating the system it is designed for (which whilst informative to the purchaser, is not specifically part of the 'product' that the document represents and thus does not contribute to the 'quality' of the finished product) My question is this: do *all* stock assets in such a document need to have extended licenses, or only those which provide demonstratable value to the final product (as opposed to being used merely for information purposes?)

for example a Arrow vector icon is available on adobe stock. so, that same icon i maked on adobe illustrator from my own hand, and uploded on adobe stock, does there any problem ,actually that icon is same, but i didnt directly copy that icon rather i maked it that vector icon same to same,

Hello everyone,our company has licensed images for the website relaunch. Now we don't need any more and would like to cancel the subscription. We would like to keep the profile.During the cancellation process, however, a warning appears that I would lose the licenses for unused images. We have licensed a few more for later use, and I am unsure exactly what this means:Are we no longer allowed to use the images whose license we purchased with the subscription after canceling the subscription?Thank you! 

I got a message in my Adobe contributer account saying “Congratulations! Click here to select and activate the Creative Cloud app.” But I can't activate the code, I get the message “This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID.”. My account is registered in Israel and I'm in Italy. What can I do?

Hello there.I am a freelance designer and am currently editing and designing a social media reel for one of my clients (jewelry manufacturer) to promote their jewelry. May I use material from Adobe Stock „Free“ category for the video.Can you please tell me which license type this “Free” material is subject to? Is this the same as a “Standard License” with the same features? And is this sufficient for the above purpose? Thank you!

Leider habe ich gestern aus Versehen ein Bild gekauft für das wir keinerlei Verwendung haben (Nr.: #65272924). Wir haben es dementsprechend auch nicht eingesetzt für einen unserer Kunden. Gibt es daher die Möglichkeit, dass man die Lizensierung rückgängig machen kann? Vielen lieben Dank vorab 

I found an asset I'd like to purchase a license for, but I'm unsure if I'm allowed to edit the icon or have it on products I plan to sell?  The icon is: 578465053vortex icon logo vector design template Stock Vector | Adobe Stock 

I get the whole Adobe plan through my university and I have an Enterprise account. Every time I try and download a paid Adobe graphics template this error occurs. The free ones I have no problem with. I logged out and re-logged back in and I still have the same error. Is this a problem on my University's end or is this an Adobe problem? Please help whenever possible. Thank You!  

It is such a pity the vareity and individuality lost by the overwhelming amount of AI images. They all look the same, the overwhelming ammount have caused  interesting "human made" images to almost dissapear. . It is harder to create images and it is slower to, so now you can only find this homogeneous material. Stock images have lost so much with this AI revolution

If you purchase a plugin and then allow your subscription to lapse. Is that plugin cost forfeited? In my case, I had a subscription, purchased a plugin and then let my subscription lapse as I wasn't using the applications frequently. I now have a new subscription with a new email address and obviously my plugin is not available. Do I need to repurchase or is there any solution available to me to regain access?
