Hi, The email address attatched to my account is no longer in existance. Is there a way for me to change my email address without retrieving the verification code from inbox? 

I bought a material with the number 624947429 not long ago, and then was sued for pirating because I didn't download the authorized invoice at that time. Later, I downloaded the same material with the number 796445762 again. This time I downloaded the invoice. How can I be provided with evidence that I can use this material? We have a 10 download per month plan (Adobe teams). Can we use these images for cultural purposes with a standard licence?  I.e.  We would like to use about 5 print images in a small private museum that will not charge for admission.

Have been downloading Adobe Stock videos for a few years and all has worked fine. Today however, once videos are downloaded to my PC they will not play. In WIN10, I get no message on fail in Windows Media Player. However, on my WIN11 system I received from Media Player "APCH format not supported".  Files download as notmal, just will not play. I have previous .MOV files on my system and they play as normal.  Any Ideas would be appreciated!E

I've requested a trial version of Adobe Stock, but unfortunately I can not access to my personal email to confirm my Adobe Stock account!! So I can not access my Adobe Stock account. Can someone tell me if, although the Adobe account is not yet confirmed, is the first charge carried out after 14 days anyway?

Ich hätte das Bild niemals lizenziert, wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass es den Wert von 2,5 monatlichen Abonnement-Kosten hat. Hello, I am currently registered as a single (private) person and work for a company that creates content for a museum. I want to buy licences (HD video footage) on behalf of my customer, a museum. Is it possible to buy the licences for their use? Do I need to name my customer somewhere, when purchasing the licence or video? Can anyone help me with cancelling adobe stock without the cancel fee? Its close to $300 for me.. unacceptable. I thought I signed up for the trial, and it would cancel on its own. But its charged me $80 a month for the past three months and I havent used it either after the first few days. 

I would like to filter so that I see all of my licensed audio tracks only.I would like to be able to play a few bars of each track without having to go to a new page to play every single track and then try to find my way back to the filtered licensed audio tracks.thank you

I was working on a project for school, and I must have used a free trial to use an asset and then accidentally signed up for a plan for Adobe Stock. I haven't used it at all besides the initial free trial, and now I have been billed twice for $32.33 per month. I tried to cancel, but it is saying that I will have an over $100 cancellation fee if I do so. Please help me, I have less than $100 in my bank account right now and I can't afford this!

Last evening, I purchased a premium image for a project, and the client changed their mind this morning. I want to return the licenses and not use the image. AI help was not at all helpful, and I can't find any other place to actually contact a customer service rep.  Does anyone have a secret way to get a hold of a human to get a refund?   

Hello, unfortunately I licensed a 3D model in error - the model in question is https://stock.adobe.com/3d-assets/circus-tent/273950028  The license cost me 60 credits as it's a Premium model, which I hadn't noticed at the time. For context, I usually only license standard license models which cost far less.  Can you please refund the credits used. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you

I was deeply shocked when I saw that my subscription to Adobe Stock continued, even though I distinctly remember cancelling it right before my free trial ended. Now, I am demanding a full refund. However, when I tried to cancel it, Adobe wants to charge me a large fee, despite not using the subscription for the entire two months. Does anyone know how to resolve my problem?

Hi,    I have a few questions regarding transferring a license for assets to clients. I have read in another post that in order to transfer the (standard) license to a client I have to share the additional terms with them and get their written agreement to respect those terms. And if I want to license the same asset to another client, I have to buy the asset again (and of course share the terms and let them agree as well).   However, I do have a couple of additional questions -    * As I have an Adobe subscription some standard license - assests are free of charge. I use those in design work - reports, brochures etc for clients. This way I don't need to transfer the license, correct? (They will make the report available or print the brochure, but only in this ' end product - form'  and not use the asset on its own for other purposes).    * As it is not possible to buy these free standard assets, can I still transfer the license for these assets t

I only see /  have "download with free trial" option but want to buy assets without a subscription. I don't see a way to buy assets with credits as shown in the documenation. - I am logged in.- I have tried multiple browsers and diferent computers with the same result.- I chatted with their support who had no clue. It seems Adobe is forcing a Stock subscription. Die Dateien habe ich noch auf dem Computer, aber wo finde ich nun die dazugehörigen Lizenzen? Wie sieht eine solche Lizenz aus? Erhält man die als PDF-Zertifikat oder so? Wie kann ich mir das vorstellen? Wie kann ich nachweisen, dass ich eine gültige Lizenz besitze? Reicht die Bild-Datei alleine aus? Ich wäre sehr dankbar für ein paar Informationen wie dieses "System" funktioniert LG
