Hi, I did a trial for Adobe Illustrator and have canceled it. But I didn't know how and why I need to pay and cannot cancel Adobe Stock when I didn't even try to subscribe or use it? Could anyone explain to me please? Thank you!

I signed up to Adobe Stock prompted by an ad claiming a 30 day free trial. I was billed instantly, which I can live with, but now when attempting to cancel I have to pay out the year and lose the credits I haven't used‽  Can anyone explain to me how this is a reasonable strategy? I feel very ripped off.

Hi!   A bit curious about what you can and cannot do with Adobe stock footage.   A creative agency in Sweden has used the lioness from Adobe Stock-images as a references, (most likely without buying). The logo was annouced yesterday, and it seems that it will be printed on various merchandise items such as cups and shirts.    The owner of the football club just went out in media and said that nothing is wrong, and that "its hard to create an unique lion".    My question: is it ok to copy Adobe stock footages, and just changing a few small details, such as the eyes in this instance?     The football club: [link removed by a moderator] The creative agency: [link removed by a moderator]

Hi. I've payment creative cloud account and yesterday I used adobe stock to download a few photos. Today I started to work on another project and searched some free adobe stock photos. I've found but when I try to download, it says: "This asset cannot be licensed."when I try to add it in my library, it added succesfully but I cannot reach it in my photoshop. I can see the thumbnail but there is a "buy" button on it. and written "licanse image..." when I try to use another photos, I have same situation. there is no free assets in my stock adobe account right now. what should I do right now?

Curious if anyone knows why there is such a massive pricing gap between HD video licensing at 30 credits and 4k video licensing at 20x the cost at 600 credits.

What happened with filter choices? I can't sort out Ai or Illustration when I'm searching for images anymore. Get tons of really bad AI-images when I'm looking for pictures. Very frustrating and time consuming.

Bonjour tout le monde. Comme indiquer voila mon souci j'ai un compte adobe stock gratuit (grace à photoshop) que j'utilise régulièrement. Seulement j'ai souvent un message qui m'indique que mon quota de téléchargement est dépassé et que je dois prendre un abonnement pour continuer. Effectivement en lisant bien les termes, la version gratuite de stock et limité en termes de téléchargement mais selon une base inconnue et non communiqué par adobe.La question est: quelqu'un sait à combien de téléchargement on a le droit en étant en free ? Et comment ça se passe si c'est par mois, période, ou journalier, etc. J’ai cherché sur divers forum et question sur adobe et je ne trouve pas cette information.

I have an enterprise account through my school and I wanted to try Adobe Stock. I now want to remove the subscription but there isn't an option for it at all. Additionally, when I reach out to customer care they don't see anything showing on my account saying I have Stock. I have attached a screenshot showing that it is visible on my end. I received a number to call for enterprise issues and EVERY SINGLE PERSON can't understand anything I am saying because they have the worst phone service in whatever country they are in, so they keep asking me to repeat what the problem is. Is there anyone who can help with this or someone from ADOBE who can call from a decent phone in the US so we can sort this out? [Moderator deleted private information. Me suscribí al plan Creative Cloud Todas las aplicaciones 100 GB y Adobe Stock - 10 contenidos al mes el 1 de Septiembre de 2023 y lo cancelé HOY ya que ya no trabajo en diseño gráfico y no necesito más estas aplicaciones. Sin embargo, dos horas después de cancelar me hicieron dos cobros adicionales sin ningún motivo por más de un millón de pesos como se ve en la imagen y necesito saber POR QUÉ y necesito el REEMBOLSO INMEDIATO de ese dinero. I've been going in a loop to try to cancel my subscription. It says that I don't have any paid plans on my account but on the same account, I keep receiving invoices and my credit card is being charged. This has gone on for a year. Please help me!

I had an email from adobe that HD video's are now included in our subscription, but when i want to download one, I'm still being asked for a subscription or to buy it seperatly. we have a Creative Cloud Alle apps Pro-edition licence.

I have been using Adobe stock images standard assets (not marked as Editorial Images on the Adobe stock photos website) with standard licence (not extended license) on my travel-focused website without credit. Is this ok?  2. I have just been approved as a direct publisher on MSN.com. This means that I will be publishing my travel-related content on the MSN.com platform. There might be references to recent travel-related research and trends in travel in my content. Do I need to add photo credit on MSN.com for Standard photos (not marked as Editorial assets on the Adobe Stock website) for which I have bought the Standard License (not the Extended License)? If I should add photo credit on MSN.com, do I do it in the form "Image credit: [Photographer's Name] - Adobe Stock" or is "Image credit: Adobe Stock" enough, since for many photos I only have the nickname of the photographer? I am subscribed to Adobe CC via my organization, which includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads. The message "Your plan includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads" appears in my Creative Cloud dashboard. However, whenever I search for an image and the browser window pops up with the results, every single result has the blue button that says "Free with trial". When selecting 'Manage Account' and being directed to the account screen, I can see that I should have access to unlimited Adobe Stock downloads as part of my organizations plan.It appears like it is trying to get me to pay for something that my employer is already paying for.

Dear Adobe Developers,Thank you for creating such a fantastic suite of incredible tools. However, as a designer I'm requesting that there be some way to bookmark favorite templates/images/whatever within Stock without needing to purchase a license. Sometimes I want to filter down to just a select few before making a decision and selecting a single asset.It would be nice to be able to go back to my "bookmarked assets" in the future and not have to search everything again to find something I found intriguing a few week prior. Sincerely,A big fan of your work

First time adobe stock user and I wanted to favourite a template to consider using one of my credits. I accidentally hit the license button and now I've wasted a credit. How do I unlicense a stock item?

After realizing that I needed an extended license (not just the standard license I already purchased with credits), I have been trying to find out how to purchase the photo again. I tried looking in my license history because, apparently, there should be an option to re-purchase, but this option does not appear.
