Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich benötige die Lizenzen zu den Bildern die ich damals auf Fotolia gekauft habe.Die Account Verknüpfung war leider nicht mehr möglich und der Support teilte mir im Chat mit, dass dies nicht mehr möglich sei.Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich nun an die Bilder zu kommen?Die Rechnungen über die gekauften Credits habe ich natürlich noch.Eine Auflistung der gekauften Werke Seitens Adobe oder Fotolia würde mir reichen.Ich bedanke mich für Eure Hilfe.Liebe GrüßeAndy

Hi, I accidentally clicked a license button to see how much it costs and it said I purchased it? Not sure I really wanted that image.

I was doing a search for "polo woman" , standard content, include people, isolated assets --- and a series of ai-generated images of a man beating and strangling a woman keeps popping up. Here's one. https://stock.adobe.com/images/man-holding-woman-head-as-hitting-her/278503585 I can't find how to report the content. 

Can someone help me? I have a question, the pictures that people redownload on my account, can I still earn money from those redownloaded pictures? I mean with 1 account, how much money can I earn when they redownload in 1 month?

Hi everyone, I have a question please,I want to purchase a licence which allowed me to have a legal business in france (i'm from france), with some football clubs logo, but only pictures i see are for "EDITORIAL ONLY" (for example for Inter milan, manchester city, real madrid logos...) - THE QUESTION IS :  I've find a profil on adobe stock who sells a picture of all theses logos of football club, and it doesn't write "editorial only", what it means ? is that legal ? Why all of others are editorial only and not this one ?Can i buy it and be protected by Adobe stock for my guarantee in france ? (to use logos for a commercial activity?) Thank's everyone !

Hi!My employer has a CSC (Faculty) license with unlimited picture downloads from Adobe Stock. We are currently running a research project with external counterparts outside our organization. Can we share the "official" picture (downloaded from Adobe Stock and used on our project website) with the external parties to use in their own project-related communications (on their own websites and possibly social media)?Thank you already in advance!

@Contributor1 ,   Please check the fingers of this generative AI woman in the asset 794375536.   The same contributor has also other problematic assets, like the coplete series of gears. Example: 794374769: I would check the whole account, as the contributor seems to submit without checking it's assets and the moderators seem to accept what gets uploaded.

I'm having the same issue and there is nowhere to easily report it. If I had all the credits back that I have wasted on "vector" files that end up being a flattened image that someone put in a group to be decietful I'd probably have at least 100 credits back by now. I am careful to read the descriptions and even have my setting to flag me to make sure before I download and still this happens. I wish there was a place to just easily report the item instead of doing what I am now and having to dig through how to even report it.

How can I cancel this order and keep my current plan active ?Help please! 

Hello!I downloaded this stock , which is advertised as a template. But I found out it was a .MOV when I downloaded it.I don't know whether it's just misleading or if any files are missing. I needed it for my work and used almost all of my credits on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

Years ago I began to  create  a kid's book using Ilustrator. I started tracing google searched images not realizing that most images are copyrighted! I'm trying to learn about stock images and which images I can legally modify and use in my book.  I am quite confused! is there a way to easily identify which images I  can modify in Adobe Stock?Do I need an extended lisence ?   Let's saY, 5 years from now, an image creator look's in my book and discover's that I modifed his image. How would it be known that I purchased a lisence? Will I have to buy a lisence every year??Please help!!!  TY!!!

Every month I have to download my Adobe Stock invoice for my Accounting Department, and every month, without fail, it takes an act of God to find it. Why can't Adobe email me my invoice like every other company in the world?They make it sound so simple:               The problem is that every time I log in I get the following:       Needless to say, help from Adobe is non-existent. All "Help" articles put you in the same endless loop of checking the link above: https://account.adobe.com/Anyone have a reliable workaround? I swear I go through this every month and it changes every time. I must be doing something wrong. HELP!?!?

In my account, I cancelled the subscription, but it still shows up when I click pricing in Adobe stock. I contacted support and they said signing in and out again should work. It did not. Is there anything I need to do or will it go away on its own? The main thing I am worried about is getting charged after I cancelled.  

I have seen many responses in whcih Adobe says "No, you can't buy a single image, you must sign up to a subscrription plan." I understand why this is better for Adobne. I DO NOT understand why it is better for your customers. Can someone explain, please? Thanks.

Hello everyone, I mistakenly bought an image on Adobe Stock, by clicking on licence.I don't want this item and I'm going to delete it. How can I get a "refund"?Incidentally, a message explaining that clicking on "licence" buys or uses a credit, would be a good idea for new users, especially those (like me) whose main language is not English. I thought the "licence" button would give me information about the possible uses of the image (e.g. commercial, non-profit, etc.). Thanks for your help!Dimitri

Thank you. Yes I gave in and got the free one month trial, as I didn't want to buy a credit pack without being able to see how many credits an item would use. Hopefully when I cancel at the end of the month, I will still be able to see this

I've tried to license an Audio Track from Adobe Stock and I've received the following message...I'm based in the UK and Adobe Stock does typically license assets directly in the UK. Does this mean that to license the track, I have to do it through a UK reseller...?

Hello. I am about to buy the big credit pack worth 18 HD videos.but i don't understand how i will be able to use the credits.In the adobe website, in MY LIBRARY page, i have a few videos i would like to purchase. But each video only displays the button "FREE WITH TRIAL". I don't see anywhere any button saying something like, "BUY with 8 CREDITS" or  the "PRICE" . In the event i buy the credits, will the button automatically show up so then i will be able to use my credits? In premiere pro, i can see my library footage as well. Each video has a CART logo. When i click on it, it takes me to the adobe website with only 2 options (subscribe, or pay £47.99 + VAT). I can't see anywhere the wording, "BUY WITH CREDITS".  Will that appear once i have bought credits? Thank you B.

I have a locked Faces By Dan Stiles library on my dashboard and cannot remove it. I have no idea how it landed on my dashboard. How to remove this?
