One of the users on our team downloaded a Premium image which we do not need (ever). Is there anyone I can contact about this? Is there a way (aside from changing the filter each time you go into Adobe Stock) to limit users ability to download premium or enhanced images?

Hello,  one of my clients wants to have all the Adobe Stocks I have bought for him. I did see one Chat about transferring the adobe license to a client which is allowed if the client is willing to sign contract saying he will respect the terms of Adobe. My question is now is a license and the adobe stock file the same? I do see that the terms of use says that a sharing of a standalone file is not permitted. Does this also include transferring to a client? Am I allowed to give a client the adobe file or not? Thank you if someone knows the correct answer!

Hello, I clicked license on an image to see how many credits it would cost thinking that it would show a confirm page like it does for music and video instead I licensed an unwanted image and am now out 1 credit. I would much prefer to have my credit and not the image is there anyway to reverse this?   Regards, V

@kajolbhola, Kajol Bhola helped me a lot with my concerns to Adobe stock service. They helped me come to a resoluton after an informative conversation. If anyone has concerns with their membership, I highly suggest contacting a service desk agent because it was very helpful. It shows how motivated adobe workers are to improve in their field, best of luck!

I Accidentally licensed FILE #:  387197733 while scrolling through my phone. (Touchscreen, mistaken click) is there any way you unlicense this and get my credit back? Never used or downloaded it since it wasn't what I wanted.

My stock subscription was basically forced onto my Acrobat one and your website is making it obviously difficult to cancel it.It even wants me to pay half of a yearly fee for a service I didn't need in the first place.I saw you solved the problem in the past, I would just like for you to erase the useless service for me so that I can keep using the others and I'm not forced to erase all the subscriptions at once.

How do I purchase an adobe stock music asset on behalf of a client and transfer the license to my client when they don't hold an adobe account?

Dear community, I have recently gotten into book cover designing. All cover designs are built using Adobe Stock images, which are paid for and licensed. It was my understanding that all royalty free assets sold by Adobe Stock are copyright protected?! I have subsequently been told that AI generated imagery cannot by copyright protected? Even if said assets are purchased from Adobe. Please help!       

I was searching for "youth law" and came across a number of disturbing videos and images of young boys wearing very little clothing (or none) and in many they are acting or placed into in suggestive poses or inappropriate actions. I could not see a method to report them. Why would anything like this be allowed on the site? It is stomach-churning. There's no reason you can't open an Illustrator (.ai or .eps) in Photoshop. It will rasterize but it will open.I just had this problem with 2 vector files. The canvas is blank when opened in Illustrator or anywhere else. There's something else going on here.

As it seems, I'm having the same issue as hundred of other users. I was unable to cancel my Adobe Stock account as there is simply no button for cancelling. I had the free trial, deemed it not worthy to continue, and don't want it anymore.Please cancel my account - thanks very much.Alaina

I was told by support that there is no way to save templates to your library without licensing the image first?!  For images you can create multiple libraries then license the item later.  This makes it impossible to build up a collection of ideas and review them later.  Any help?  

Hi, I am looking to download Adobe Free Stock Images to use on my website. This website is for a hospitality business, and marketing purposes. Website will not be used for selling any goods directly, but more to market the restaurant. Is free stock really free and can be used for this purpose? Any guidance and clarification in this regard will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
