I'm experiencing the same thing right now. Bought an image but can't download it?

How do I search for/filter results in Adobe Stock in order to find templates that can be used to create mockups? I have already created my own artwork (brochures, website, social post, phone app, etc). I need to find mockup/layouts to drop my art onto and then save images for my design portfolio. Most items I see in Stock state in the details that the preview images are not part of the download.

Hi, everyone,I'm an Adobe Stock Contributor and I found some of my patterns being sold by another person on Spoonflower (print-on-demand for textiles and wallpaper). They sell them as their own design without any reference to the artist (i.e. me). Before taking any further steps, I'd like to know is this usage is allowed under the extended license.I've read all the license terms, but I'm still puzzled.Thank you in advance for any help. 

Hello,Browsing the pages found this guy not marking his videos as being used with AI, I dont know how he could get through with such noticeable AI videos. I recently cancelled my Creative Cloud subscription but kept my Adobe Stock subscription. I had over 60+ available to use. When I log into my account, the credits are nowhere to be found. How do I get them back?

I'm in the USA,  We implement Geofencing which restrict access to only USA site.  When tried to download stock, it tried to download from URL stock-apex-images-prod-ew1.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com which is in Ireland.  This cause me not to able to download.  I their a way to force the download to use USA IP address instead of EU?

With this license, am I permitted to download audio music from Adobe Stock and incorporate it into my video projects legally?" This version adds clarity by specifying the intent to use the Adobe Stock audio music in video projects and seeks confirmation regarding the legality of doing so with a Premium Adobe license 

Every 10-15 min I get bumped out of the stock image website and have to log back into the Adobe Stock images site over and over all day long, even though I'm still logged in on Creative Cloud.  I always check or double-check that "Stay Signed In" is activated, I don't feel like this function works on the browser. If anyone has a workaround or fix for this I'd love to know. Running on Mac 13.5 (22G74) using Chrome with the latest update.

 Hi, I need help with understanding the rules and limitations associated with the standard license for Adobe Stock and Adobe Express images. I've read the terms and conditions, but I'm still unsure about some points. I have a few questions: 1. Can I use images downloaded with the standard license on my website, unchanged? If not, will adding an additional element to the photo be sufficient for me to use it?2. Can I download materials found in Adobe Express media without graphic editing? If not, will adding any additional element to the image allow me to download such a file to my device?3. Good afternoon, I have a problem when trying to purchase a plan for Adobe Stock credits (first with the free trial). It turns out that every time I try to sign up for free, I get the error I attached below. I already tried with different devices, different WIFI, different payment card (credit and debit) and there is no way I can buy any plan for anything, not even creating new accounts. Could anyone help me please.

I would like to ask about the use of music in videos published on Instagram and Facebook Reels (maybe TikTok and Youtube Shorts too) in terms of redistribution, because on these platforms it is not possible (in the reel's publishing settings) to prohibit further use of audio material from the reel by other Instagram users.

Hello. Can someone please explain me something because I don't get it. I pay for a plan '10 asstes a month' since June 2023. These 10 assets, in case I don't use them, were suppouse to stay on my acccount up to one year. And now, instead of asstes, I get some credits. Why? And these credits don't renew on my account. So I have a subscription for 9 months now and I downoladed exactly 11 asstest during this time and my credits are already gone I can't get download anything more from the Stock anymore. Hello. About 5 months ago I subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud as part of my curriculum. After some time, the amount debited from the card doubled and it turned out that I also had a second package with Adobe Stock included, which I did NOT add myself. I tried to cancel my subscription, but now it asks me for 180€. how to avoid this penalty payment and why was it added by itself? thank you in advance.

Hello folks,i've downloaded File 575072874, which is named "Water electric splash logo reveal fully editable template.".I'm pretty new to adobe stock, so i thought there may be something more after licensing it, but it seems the .mov file is all i can get. Unfortunatley this means this isn't a template at all (seems to be common with the files provided by "Designation"). Is there a way to get my credits back, since it isn't really useable that way? Best regardsAlex
