I licensed Asset #2023615238 as a vector file, but opening it up in Illustrator only contains an embedded image, not actual vector graphics. Attaching the .AI file.  

I downloaded image: AdobeStock_2029669428.ai from Adobe Stock. I used one credit. When I opened the file, I got a message that the traced image is missing. The file is completely blank. I would like a refund of my credit. How can I do that? I'm not getting ANY useful response from the chatbot.

The Adobe Audio Library has been crashing for a long time and displaying the message “An unexpected error has occurred.” I can't find any of them. Please fix this quickly. thx

Dear Community and Team,  i am Stock Contributor experiencing a recurring issue with the automatic language conversion of keywords in Adobe Stock. Despite taking the following steps, the language of the keywords is automatically changed from English to German. Problem:I upload images with keywords in English only (e.g. “tree”, “house”, “Vienna”). I select all the photos and choose the English language for all of them at the same time. When submitted for review, the language of the keywords is AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED TO GERMAN (e.g. “Baum”, “Haus”, “Wien”). This does happen with the most of the images (some of them remain English)I also tried to switch every single image to English, uploaded two images – one is now in German, the other is in English. I'm a bit frustrated, tried to change the language and region, but it didn't help. My IP address is certainly from Austria.What can i do? When I select multiple objects — for example, two images — and try to move them, only one moves. I deinstalled version 21.4 and installed 21.3 and the moving works again. Version 21.4 apparently has a bug. 

Hello. I recently connected my Payoneer account to my Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Payoneer account has been approved and I can see multiple "Adobe Canada Services Corporation" funding sources in Payoneer, which indicates that the connection request was received. However, in my Adobe Stock Contributor account, the Payment Details section still shows the Payoneer account status as "Connecting..." and the connection never completes. Thank you for your assistance. 

COLOR MODE: if you put a sequence adjustment or a sequence lut you cannot have everything affected by it. Graphics, title cards ot anything else. It needs to act as an adjustment layer, one has to be able to remove it where you do not want it or to put things on top that are not affected by it. A sequence adjustment should behave as a clip adjustment and you should be able to remove it where you do not need it in the effect controls on any clip level

Can anyone tell me why my computer keeps giving me the spinning wheel when I use the ADOBE STOCK website?  I have to click the My Library button multiple times to get it to change screens.  It seems to be locking up.  Using the latest Mac OS.

I am working on some youtube videos and want to grab my sound effects on adobe stock. But there is nothing there, in Premiere I am able to find stock SFX sounds. But that window is too small to browse around and look for the perfect sound effect. Then on stock.adobe.com I can only find music audio. It's really got me annoyed, this is something that CapCut is great at, and now I am SOL for sound effects. Please Fix!!! Like I wish i could just go to stock.adobe.com and search for subscribe sound, bell, ring, boo, ding, wowsers... you know basic ass attention grabber sound effects. 

Downloads from Adobe Stock are slower than dial-up!I've got 500+ Mbps fibre download.Getting similar stock from multiple other companies is done in seconds - Adobe takes FOREVER!!I've just signed up to a subscription - if this is best that Adobe can do, its getting cancelled - there are enough other sources of images without battling with Adobe.As things stand, this is not a usable service and is not fit for purpose.Any fixes you can suggest?I'm on a Macbook Pro via Safari.Yes, I've restarted computer, emptied cache etc etc. Speed test says download is 525Mbps. Other sites work just fine.

I have found a lot lately when downloading vector icons from Adobe stock that when you open the file it’s just a png or jpeg place in to the file. The artist - Lambe does this a lot (2023381250 and 2023381063). People are paying for these graphics and they are not the correct files. Does Adobe not check files and approve them? Wouldn't have this issue with iStock.

I purchased an extended license for AdobeStock_1947678659 to be able to use it as a vector. I downloaded the .ai version, opened it in Illustrator, and it appears to be raster. Please assist. Thank you.

J’avais appliqué un filtre de recherche d’images vectorielles. Le fichier télécharger est un .svg (donc fichier vectoriel) cependant, c’est une image jpg déguisée fichier svg. Pas déllements vectoriels dans le fichier.C’est un procédé fallacieux et trompeur.Je souhaite également que ce (s) se soi(ent) plus accéssible via la recherche avec un tag d’images vectorielles car elle ne le sont pas.Dans l’attente d’une suite favorable à ce litige, je vous souhaite une bonne journée.  

I signed up for a free Adobe Stock trial, entered my credit card numbers, and was okay. I see in my plan it's there, but when I hit Access My App, it shoots me to the Adobe Stock site, where it still offers me a free trial. When I go to an image I want to download, it says I have to either sign up for a free trial or can't do it. I have tried logging in and out to no avail. I have tried clearing my cache to no avail. I am not a computer maven, and I do not know what to do next. 

I would like to report some AI-generated images that are of poor quality or don’t make sense (not technically but visually).Of course no one is “forced” to license such low quality images, but In order to maintain the overall quality of Adobe Stock, and to not make it more difficult to find good material by "cluttering" the collection with poor quality images, Adobe should be more strict when approving AI-generated images for the database. Examples:823810261105308541810180494129132749879691535129691533519759204051018049412…Check also the corresponding collections for more similar poor results. Best regards,Till.

Recently, I had to format my computer and phone, which unfortunately resulted in me permanently losing access to my Google Authenticator and primary registered email address. Therefore, I am completely blocked from accessing my contributor panel and cannot access my verified trade portfolio or earnings. I am an individual with health issues and unable to work normally. Stock content creation is my primary source of income.I have already contacted General Live Chat Support (I have the case email code and live support redirection. However, they are passing the buck to each other). The supervisor stated that they do not have the technical authority to modify contributor accounts from their panels and directed me to contributor email support. However, when I emailed them, I received an automated response telling me to return to the Help Center chat. I am currently stuck in a frustrating

Too many assets are falsely described as “Editable Stroke” but after downloading turns out to be a lie.
